Definitely the best dental clinic I’ve been to!! I love the ambiance! The clinic is very clean and organized and everyone has their masks on at all times. They are so professional, from the receptionist to dental hygienists and doctors. They are also very transparent in terms of the cost of the dental procedures needed to be done. My dental hygienist Ashley explained all the steps and procedures very well. I came in for a simple teeth cleaning and it really exceeded my expectations. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends!!

Dr. Lyuda and her entire staff are lovely. Going to the dentist isnt my favorite thing to do but this team makes it as pleasant an experience as I can hope for. The office is very modern and comfortable. They were also very welcoming towards my 8 year old while he waited for me to have my work completed! Fantastic! From the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor! We moved to Irving Park and I was ready for a dentist closer to our home. It was also the middle of COVID, and I was a bit leery, but needed to have someone check out some pain I was having. Everyone is so nice, very professional and pay attention to details, including cleanliness. I feel so comfortable being there. I hope I never have to move and find another dental group.

My first visit to VIP Dental Lounge. Dr. Sabina is awesome and very friendly not to mention extremely diligent and thorough when it comes to the dentistry. Octavia, the dental assistant took really good care of me, making sure that I was comfortable. The office manager Jessica is really nice she handle my payment with no problem and schedule me for my next visit. The dental Lounge is really clean and modern. You can find fresh water with cucumbers or coffee and tea can be made. Overall I’m satisfied and pleased with VIP Dental Lounge.

Called 3 different times to schedule a cleaning + 3D scan, never received a call back. Seems their time is much more important than mine.

Having both an extraction and deep cleaning I can say that Dr Lyuda and the team at VIP dental are great at what they do. Very informative, caring and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a dentist.

First, the office is super modern, does not feel like a dental office, the vibe is excellent. Colorful, lots of technology and the latest equipment. The people are sincere and provide great information. From phone, to dental technician to the dentist, I was truly satisfied with the service I received. I have been in twice for 1.5 hr treatments on my gums.Not an exciting thing to do, but the effectiveness of the experience was exciting . If you are looking for a new dentist, it would make a lot of sense to check VIP Dental Lounge out, so you can feel like a VIP, like I now do.

Very happy with my experience here at VIP! As soon as you walk in you want to smile. This isnt your ordinary dental office, the staff here is very inviting and welcoming and are very transparent with costs and procedures. I needed a wisdom tooth extracted and I was in so much pain. I called VIP and they scheduled an appointment for me the next day. The extraction was seamless, and although visiting a dentist makes me so nervous, the staff made me feel very comfortable and made sure I experienced the least amount of discomfort as possible. Special shout out to Monica for making me feel very calm and helping me walk through the extraction - shes the best! Thank you all! I would definitely recommend VIP!

I had a cleaning on Septemper 23, 2019. The dental hygienist, Tatiana, did a great job. She spent time educating me on the proper flossing and brushing techniques. She is very passionate about her job. The overall experience was very good.

The thing about this place is that you are the focus point.When you walk in, there is a friendly receptionist. She offered me water and I had a seat in the waiting room. There was a sign with the wifi password which is so nice because sometimes it can be weird to ask.My dental hygienist was so friendly. She spoke to me like an old friend. The biggest reason I am giving five stars is the fact that they came in, explained what I was paying for, and had me agree to it. I used to accidentally pay for fluoride all the time when I didnt want to pay extra for it. I didnt feel judged for denying it either. They knew it was my choice and personally I dont ever get it because of the extra money. If you are looking for a new dentist, this would be a great spot!

It’s modern, bright and airy and has every amenity you could want; even the music they play is great!The staff are amazing and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. I really don’t like going to the dentist at all but since I’ve been getting tension headache from my wisdom tooth I thought I would give VIP dental lounge a try. I called and got a respond quickly and I was able to get squeezed in right away. I’m absolutely satisfied with the service and everyone was friendly and good at explaining the process and procedure. The first thing I noticed when walking in was how nice and clean the office was. Very modern and up to date. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. It is always a pleasure to visit as everyone greets you and asks how you are doing. I am generally very afraid of the dental experience... Not any more! Great place. Very caring. They do a nice job of explaining the work that needs to be done and are very professional.

Friendly staff. Dr. Lyuda is very down to earth and approachable. Comfortable atmosphere with up to date equipment. Getting x-rays done at her office was not a perfect experience but it was far better than my last dentist. Dental procedures are also rarely pleasant but Dr Lyuda and her staff made me feel relaxed and less apprehensive about having them done. Im glad I switched.

I was so impressed with VIP dental lounge! The booking process was super convenient, I called at 6pm on a Friday expecting to leave a message. My call was answered, the gentleman was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable (and set me up with my appointment the following Friday). The office is amazing. It reminded me of a cozy little Cafe, not some stuffy office. I thought the dental assistant was very efficient with my x-rays and the hygienist was thorough with my cleaning and also very helpful (she gave me advice and at home care tips). Dr. Lyuda is exceptional! She did an exam before and after my cleaning! I dont know that Ive ever had a dentist dedicate so much time to me in one visit (especially being my first). I cant say enough good things about this office and staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

EVERY single person here @ VIP Dental Lounge is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Their office puts out a vibe that feels like a cool friend or aunts house because you can sip on a latte and surf the web on one of their I-Pads while sitting on a big, cool, colorful, cozy chair. The office puts you in such a relaxed state that you typically do not stress as you might normally at a regular boring dental office. Horrible! Have not been seen there for more than a year, and when I called to request my X-rays for my new dentist..was told that I had an outstanding bill! Never heard about it until I called? Not ok. I also think the Dentist is too interventive and not very good about explaining the procedures, nor at asking permission to proceed.

This is a fantastic place. They are laser-focused on patient-satisfaction, and provide an exceptional quality of care. They have great attention to detail. I also really appreciate that they have great technology integration. I dont mean the ipads in the waiting room (if Im bored I prefer my own smartphone, so those arent particularly useful to me). I mean the fact that they are easy to contact via text or email, they send instructions for follow-up care via email, they send reminders via text, and they have online scheduling.

So far so good. I had a cleaning and floride treatment that felt excellent after! Guess Ill be back for some cavity fixes next! 😓

I didnt think the dentist could be an enjoyable experience until my visit at VIP Dental Lounge. I was nervous going in and was greeted with a smile (perfect, of course) from Jessica at the front desk and immediately put me at ease.The cleaning and x-rays are my least favorite part but there was a big screen of pictures and a 90s pop playlist playing over their way to nice for a dental office speaker system to distract me. The staff individually chatted with me and it was over before I knew it. It was obvious everyone there got along and enjoyed being there and which just puts you in a good mood.The worst part: I had 2 cavities that Dr. Lyuda explained in detail. Ive only had 1 cavity prior and forgot if it was painful. I expected they were going to tell me I needed to make another appointment but Dr. Lyuda was able to fill them during before I got out of the chair! They brought over the prices on a tablet beforehand so I could decide before they did it. The prices were reasonable and appreciated the transparency. I overheard someone volunteer to take a later lunch to make this happen. Whoever did that , thank you so much!

The staff was very nice and had detailed information on my situation. They offered alternatives after treatment was performed. The procedure in extraction was painful but necessary to deaden the nerves that was causing excruciating pain that radiated along my jaw and temple area. The dentist did a great job.

Went to the VIP Dental Lounge after not being to a dentist in years. Dr. Lyuda, Vivek and all of her assistants were extremely friendly and understanding. Even if you dont have insurance, they offer a great plan and I was able to have work done mere days after my first visit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!

I would give more stars if possible. I had the best experience ever, getting my Maryland bridge installed here. I was missing a front tooth for over 4 years. I had several consultations with many dentists before choosing Dr Lyudmila and her fantastic staff for my procedure. The environment and staff there are warm, friendly and very professional. So many dentists wanted to upsell me on everything, making me feel like I was at a car dealership. VIP Dental Lounge treated me with respect and care. They listened to me. On top of that, their estimate for my work came in quite low. I also love how they text me for filling out paperwork, appointment reminders or follow ups. They are current with all of todays technology. Now I can smile without embarrassment for the first time in years. I cannot recommend VIP Dental Lounge enough. They gave me my smile back!

I absolutely love this dentist!! I am terrified of the dentist and she was so gentle and always made sure I was comfortable I left to another office while she was on maternity and just had to come back because I was unsatisfied now my whole family comes here, she even sees my younger children because I am at ease of how gentle she is!!

Im writing based on my 7 year olds experience as she was the patient today. From the moment she stepped into the office she commented on how cool it was and right away forgot the real reason she was there. She became enamored with all of the technology available. Once she went back to the exam room (right at the time of her scheduled appointment) she was her chatty self, listening to the doctor explaining what she was seeing in x-rays and what the recommended course of action would be. She was definitely apprehensive but felt so comfortable in the care of Dr. Lyuda that she just went with the flow. A tooth extraction is not fun for anyone at any age, but she handled it like a champ and we want to thank the staff and doctors at the office for making it a great experience! A great place for kids and their mama and papa bears.

I hate going to the dentists. Its one of my biggest fears to the point where I cry just being in the chair. But going here that all changed instantly! From the waiting room with tablets for your enjoyment (although Ive never used them since the longest Ive waited all three times Ive been here was about 2 minutes) To the receptionist Melissa who Ive already come to think of as a grandma like figure to all of the Doctors and Nurses they are all so welcoming and comforting. They answered any and all questions I had and stopped whenever me and my nervous bladder thought I needed a break. They were generous with the pain meds and giving me a hand to squeeze when the neck pillow and aromatherapy blanket werent cutting it. I have recommended them to every single person Ive come across multiple times and I cannot stop with the praise! Im oddly excited to come back for my six week check up as crazy as that sounds. Oh and I cant forget to mention the goody bag from my very first appt which included a free tooth whitening kit!Love Love Loveee them!
