Simply: an absolutely great experience every appointment! Dr. Joshi is extremely professional and always cheerful; cleanings always include a great conversation. My insurance is never confused (yes, my insurance company is confused by dentists) by their billing statements, so no issues there. Finally, working in the loop, the office is super convenient and it is also accessible by all the transit lines (and several bus routes).

Dr. Joshi is simply the best. Patient, professional, and very pleasant. He removes the fear of dental work. My husband and I find him a Joy to work with because he reviews the X-Rays with us and explains our options. In fact, he walks us through the steps of the dental procedure. Dental Assistant Corinne, is fabulous, too. She schedules patient appointments, and works diligently to help patients with a manageable payment plan. My smile has never been brighter. I highly recommend Chicago Dental Smiles.

Dr. Joshi and his staff were wonderful. Was a first time visitor and he walked me through everything step by step and made it an easy check-up. You can tell they really value their patients and Ill definitely be spreading the word!

Dr Joshi was great! After many painful dental experiences elsewhere, it was so nice to go to a practice where you had everything explained to you during the procedure, a dentist who was careful and thoughtful (told me to bring headphones to help during a filling), and best of all, I left with three fillings and no pain after! Would highly recommend.

Dr. Joshi is very thorough and compassionate, always asks if Im doing ok. So hes probably very good with nervous dental patients; I would have my teeth cleaned once a week if I could!Ive got nothing against dental hygienists, but I particularly like when the dentist does the cleaning themselves.

I was terrified of going to the dentist, but this was one of the best experiences Ive ever had. I was given a thorough explanation of the whole process and what was needed and felt totally comfortable the entire time.

Dr. Joshi was introduced to me by my cousin, at a very odd time (I had a terrible experience with my dentist who conducted my wisdom teeth extraction surgery), and I came to Dr. Joshi at Chicago Dental Smiles for a consultation due to the excessive pain I had even after a week. While he put my worries to rest, connected me with a dentist in Boston if needed (I was going to Boston for a work trip in a day), and asked me to call his cell phone if I had any more pain beyond a couple days. Its so great to have a dental office and dentist who are so friendly and welcoming! I then saw him again about my TMJ splint that needed adjusting. Ever so gracious, I wasnt charged for stopping by twice to get it adjusted. Im so grateful to the kindness, gracefulness and lovely atmosphere at Chicago Dental Smiles, I highly recommend them.

Dr. Joshi and his office manager/dental assistant (Corinne) are amazing. They both address a holistic experience for patients. When you go to a dental office, you might think there is only a binary experience of good or bad. You might think one good dentist is just like the next good dentist. Chicago Dental Smiles definitely falls under the category of good/great; but, more importantly, the office is completely supportive. This, in turn, turned me into a loyal patient.Specific acts that really stood out:1. I feel as if I never really had a proper teeth cleaning until Dr. Joshi, especially behind my bottom from teeth.2. Dr. Joshi replaced my silver fillings from the 1990s with healthier teeth colored fillings. What I found most surprising was that when I went home, I could properly floss for the first time with string floss. Before, string floss would snag on my teeth that had fillings. This led to improper flossing and interproximal decay/cavities. Not only did he replace my fillings, but he helped my flossing routine which helps prevent cavities and other dental issues.3. I am in need of a crown for one of my teeth. The prices he charged were reasonable, and he did his best to try to save the tooth from the steep bill of a root canal. Dr. Joshi isnt just saving my teeth but also my budget. THANK YOU!4. Dr. Joshi has this cool, dental device that suctions while holding your tongue out of the way and keeping your mouth ajar. This is a compliment to that devices company as well as to Chicago Dental Smiles for investing in that device. It made for a much more comfortable experience.5. Corinne is quite the office assistant. Not only is she intuitive about what Dr. Joshi needs to quickly have done for your health as a patient, she is also a fantastic office manager/customer relations specialist. She designed and ordered their cool, unscented chapstick which also acts a business card. I love that. Additionally, the gifts you get from a typical dentists office pale in comparison to what you get from Chicago Dental Smiles. I still havent even finished going through the two gifts (one bag and one box) that they gave me. The day after I was in their office, I called to say thank you because I had never been able to floss properly until Dr. Joshi had worked on my mouth. I appreciate that Corinne asked if I would be willing to write a review. Thats the kind of office manager and dental assistant you want in your office--one who helps make it known that her boss is awesome, which he is.Clearly, I really appreciate the Chicago Dental Smiles duo. I look forward to my next appointment. I would feel awful if I didnt write a review because Dr. Joshi is a dentist who should be well-known. They are always great!In other news, it is Valentines Day, a day often associated with flowers and chocolate.
