Dr. Hanson and the staff at LPI are the best! They took great care of my husband first. They made his tooth look just like the original! We were so pleased, I am now scheduled for an extraction and implant. Had my consultation today, and all of them were wonderful, professional, and courteous. I felt very comfortable with all of them and their safety protocols. Highly recommended!

Was referred here to get my tooth pulled. It was a bit of a wait due to short staff, however, the procedure itself was quick. The staff is so friendly here one staff held my hand cause she knew I was in pain which was so sweet! Also, Samantha at the front desk was very accommodating to my pain. She gave me ice pack and snacks to accommodate my diet after the procedure! Thank you all so much!! 😊

From the first phone call a week ago to this morning’s extraction this place has been 5-star. Great front desk people. Doc is really nice. It felt like visiting friends. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Bonus: they’re vaccinated! We will be back (if needed, of course!)

Found LPI on my own through my insurance. Saw some not so great reviews from a few years back but wow, what a turn-around from the things Ive read. Glad I took a chance! Staff and Dr. Hanson were amazing. I went in for a wisdom teeth consult and ended up having ALL FOUR pulled that same day! It was hell, not going to lie, but Dr. Hanson and his staff took excellent care of me and kept me as comfortable as can be. Currently, office is slightly disorganized but understandable since there was a complete staff turnover. They are working hard to get on track. Have a little patience with them and my hope is that your experience will be as good as mine was. Ill also add that emergency visit and follow up visit were incredibly fast - like, in and out within 15 minutes!! Doc, Austin, Samantha, and sorry I didnt catch your name because I was still high, you make a great team. Keep up the good work!

I just love this place. The staff are wonderful and caring. The Doctor performing my oral surgery, was truly trust worthy and comforting. Great job everyone. You all are gifts to the community you serve.

I have been to other oral surgeons. Dr. Hanson is absolutely the best. The staff are terrific, too. This is an honest review from a patient who has seen Dr. Hanson for a number of years.

This office has the most wonderful team I have ever met. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed last week and since her first evaluation to her discharge they took a wonderful care of her. Dr Hanson is very professional and knowledgeable. He discussed with us the treatment options and how the procedure was going to be done. The office staff helped us with the insurance claims so we knew in advance how much well have to pay. Due to COVID-19 we couldnt be inside the office when the procedure was done but they took care that my teen didnt feel alone at any time.We were given precise instructions for the post op and the office managers called us back the day after to do a follow up. Thanks for making this potentially awful experience a good one for my daughter.

Great work, came in and I was greeted very politely and the other assistants made everything easy going and made you feel at home, Physician was very friendly and made everything fast and easy, first time ever having a tooth taken out and to be honest it was not bad at all, I didn’t feel a thing, thank you!

The team here is wonderful. They were very informative with their process and left me feeling very reassured before undergoing my tooth extractions. I had considered cancelling my appointment and putting off this procedure even further, but Im so glad that I didnt. If youre a big baby like I am when it comes to dental work, definitely consider coming here first and allowing them to walk you through the process before deciding to put it off any longer. Liz, Silvia, and Marcos did spectacular work calling my insurance to verify what was going to be covered. Then keeping me constantly updated. I really appreciate their transparency. I even received a pleasant follow up call from the Dental assistant (Lupe) the day after, ensuring how I was feeling. Copying & pasting my yelp review here because I loved this dentist office so much.I saw Dr. Hanson for a consultation about three weeks ago, they took an xray and after looking at my xray for 3 secs he determined I had a tooth that needs some dire work (not the one I came in for) and that tooth needed a root canal, something LPI does not do so I know he wasnt just trying to cash in on unnecessary dental work. I really appreciate that! - this was something my gen dentist has not noticed even though I have seen him at least four times in the last year. I forwarded the xray to my dentist and he was like oh... yeah.. go to the endodontist ASAP *eyeroll*. Anyway, the consultation with dr. Hanson was brief (who wants to sit there and chitchat with their dentist?) and we decided Id come back in 5 wks to get an extraction after they send ppwk in for insurance to approve. I walked out of there not paying a single cent after my consult. Within three weeks, I called them back to see if they had heard from insurance and they said yes and that only one wisdom tooth extraction with local anesthesia was approved. a little scary, but ok. Ive been to the endodontist just two days before so I was feeling empowered hahaha. I called them monday morning as soon as they opened and asked if they could squeeze me in for the day and they told me yes but only if I come in in two hrs. I was nervous af, but also still feeling a little empowered and gutsy. I wish I could remember the name of the dental assistant who prepped me and assisted with my extraction because he was SO nice and made me feel much less nervous. My extraction took like 10-15 mins, the worst part of it was probably the loud ringing in my ears + the fact that I could hear everything, like teeth cracking, the equipment grinding bone... but I felt 0 pain, even when Dr. Hanson was stitching me up I was like what the... is that a thread???!! They told me to take pain meds every 4hrs or so but I have only been taking mine every 8-10 hrs because I just dont feel any pain. *fingers crossed* Even after I took the gauze out, I had very little bleeding. I have been so lucky to have come here because right before getting all this dental work done, I was (metaphorically) pooping my pants with how nervous I was + worrying about being broke after paying for all these dentist visits. After my extraction, I literally only paid $50. Thank you thank you lincoln park institute! I will for sure be arguing with my insurance so that I can come back here and have you guys get the rest of my wisdom teeth out!

Not the first choice for fun things to do, BUT if you need a professional staff, a welcoming and calming environment and a great surgical team choose Lincoln Park Institute. Dr Hanson is a skilled surgeon and (for me) quick to the business at hand. This was just about as pain free a procedure as you could ask for. The entire staff is a good as it can get!

Dr. Hansen is the most unfriendly dentist I have ever met. He barely said two words to me throughout the whole process. Also he made me lose feeling in my right lower chin from removing 4 of my wisdom teeth and on top of that he quoted me 4.5k for the whole surgery. I would definitely stay away from this place.

I think this is my google review, but I felt so compelled to come here after finally receiving my dental implant. To say this has been a long time coming is an understatement. After a really tough extraction from my dentist in 2017, I came to see Dr Hanson to begin the implant process. Unfortunately, things werent healing as needed, so I needed to have the bone graft redone, followed by a sinus elevation procedure. Neither were particularly calming procedures, but the entire LPI office made sure I was comfortable throughout. They answered questions and chatted with me prior. Including my implant procedure, I was consistently shocked with how speedy the procedures were; once numbed, I wasnt in the chair for more than 15 minutes. The only pain I felt was from the first shot, and even that is more of a slight pinch. Though I wouldnt recommend a sinus lift or dental implant for a good time, if you need to have these done I would absolutely recommend Dr Hanson at Lincoln Park Institute.

I unexpectedly was directed to Lincoln Park Institute due to an emergency oral surgery (tooth extraction). I was frightened for a number or reasons not least was 10 years ago I had a terrorizing experience with the same procedure but in a different office. This time I was treated very well by all. Dr. Hanson was friendly, knowledgeable, and effective. At that kind of moment It is an additional stressor to see someone you do not know. I felt Lincoln Park Institute had miraculously appeared for me. Thanks to everyone who attended to my individual needs. If I should ever need oral surgery again I will go back to Dr. Hanson and his staff.

I would never refer anyone to Lincoln Park Institute. They do not explain to you if your insurance company will only pay a certain amount you will have to pay the balance. Also if your insurance company gets the wrong paperwork from them they may not go out of their way to sort it out. They will just send your bill to a collection agency. This has been such a bad experience. I’ll be glad when this is behind me.

They were able to schedule a wisdom tooth extraction within a day. Excellent staff. Dr. Green called later in the evening to check up and make sure everything was going well.

The front office staff was completely unprofessional. The had no record of my appointment despite my record of the phone call Id had confirming the appointment. Then just assumed I could wait two hours for a doctor to arrive to extract my wisdom tooth. There was no apology or consideration for this inconvenience. I took a day off of work to have an uncomfortable procedure and their flippant regard made me very nervous so I cancelled. After reading other reviews Im glad I did.

Complete scam. STAY AWAY! Was told they accept my HMO insurance plan and was under the impression that their office had contacted my insurance for estimates and the clearance of my oral surgery... WRONG! Not to mention Dr. Hanson is super rough and unprofessional. He stepped out mid-extraction for a 15 minute phone call.

On September 01,2017 I was scheduled to have my wisdom teeth removed at 10:30 am. When I arrived I was instructed by the receptionist to fill out paperwork and wait to be called to see the oral surgeon. I was not told prior to my appointment that I will have to have these expenses x-rays done before I was allowed to see the Dentist. The rude, and unprofessional receptionists stated out loud I would have to $170 to have the X-rays completed before the surgeon Dr. Greene will see me because my insurance will not cover the x-rays. If I was told this information before my appointment I would have made arrangements to get the x-rays sent to their offices from a previous dentist that I seen over two years ago. The receptionist then proceeded to tell me I could just pay $70 dollars for the x-rays meanwhile its the 1st of the month I just paid rent and did not have $170 to $70 laying around out of all my experience with dental office this has got to be the most uncomfortable and unpleasant experience Ive ever had. New patients be aware of hidden x-rays and fees that may come up once you arrive to your appointment I will be filing a complaint with the dental association due to the level of courtesy I received and lack of information being given to me prior to my appointment this was an in network dental office that supposedly my insurance covers 100% of the cost

Honestly... too much to write. Im furious. Ive waited 3 months for a wisdom tooth extraction. 3 Months... They never follow up, or follow through with what they say they are going to do. Then over-bill for services already rendered and paid for. Dr. Greene treated me unprofessionally, poorly and disrespectfully. The front staff is Incompetent and frankly, the prices are extremely high. Keep searching.
