I had a cavity filled and got fitted for a crown. I would not say it was a lot of fun, but it did go better than I anticipated. I was very happy with Dr. John Kontos, he was very professional and advised me what he was doing before he began the procedures. I had a very good experience, and would recommend Chicago Dental Professionals.

He was very knowledge about braces and the process and was able to answer any and all questions I had. I never felt uncomfortable during an appointment where other dentists/orthodontist could be aggressive or pushy. I have been to this dental office for cleaning for almost 10 years and now my husband becomes a patient too for the last couple years. My hygienist was Sheryl (I am not sure the name) but recently we got Laura who is very professional, friendly and very throughout her work. ( she recommended us the good TV Show 😆)The place always look clean and organized. Definitely highly recommend! they never told you to redone your filling or May have cavity inside. The Doctors here are honest and professional here.

I went to a different dentist 6 months ago who said I had multiple cavities. I did not bother filling them. Then I went here. They said I had no cavities. Alicia and Dr. Richter were great. I can actually say I enjoyed my dental appointment. Alicia did a thorough job on taking tartar off of my teeth and took the time to offer rid bits/advice on my teeth. I recommend this place.

Although the Lab made huge mistake Dr. Jordan and his staff were contrite. They went out of their way correct the matter. I left feeling that they really care, they treated me as family.

I previously received a dishonest dental exam at a different dentist office that tried to nickel and dime me and say I needed thousands of dollars of dental work I didnt need.I was referred to Dr. John Richter at Chicago Dental professionals by a family member and he was amazing and honest!! He gave me the cleaning I needed and told me exactly what I truly needed done and saved me sooooo much money by being a great Doctor and honest and credible. I went in for my first time and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I was nervous thinking I’d be judged or scolded for my dental hygiene, but that was not even brought up. I felt like the hygienist and dentist had my best interest in mind. I was also given my treatment plan for me too see and take home which I liked. I’m overall, it was a great first experience.

I have been going to Chicago Dental professionals for years now. They are the absolute best! I saw Dr. Morgan for years until he retired. I now see Dr. Richter. Dr. Richter and Dr. Kontos are both fabulous!

I came in to get some fillings and it was a great experience. The doctor adressed all my concerns. I have dental anxiety and Dr. Richter did a great job making sure I was comfortable. Theres parking garage on Medill Ave across from the Wendys. Then I was greeted by the doorman and he checked my temperature. They follow all covid guidelines. Overall a really good dental office.

I love everyone at Chicago Dental Professionals. My visit was smooth and professional. Dr. Kontos was great as usual. I met Irina for the first time and she was very attentive. Karen was holding down the fort that day and enforcing all the special Covid-19 protocols. I had a great conversation with the doorman while I waited for my appointment and Carmen set me up for my next appointment before I left. I watched as they all interacted with other patients the same way they usually interact with me and I was amazed at how much they all know and remember about each patient. Have been going to Chicago Dental Professionals for 40+ years and they have always done excellent work. They are professional and have a very sanitized facility.

I think the dentist here are very good. I had a cleaning and it was great. However, when I was deciding where to get my braces, I decided not to move forward with them because their staff desk is not only rude but incompetent. I called in early June to ask for a copy of my x-rays on file, so I could use them to get my braces on, and I was told they would email my x-rays to me. I called on June 29th, and spoke with Carmen and I was expressing my disappointment in not receiving my x-rays, and she told me she didnt understand why I was so upset. She then told me she sent my x-rays months ago, when i asked her to provide the email she sent them from so I could check my inbox, she said she would send them again. I told her I would stay on the phone until Id received the email from her, to ensure they were sent to me. She didnt say anything and put me on hold for 20 minutes and I still have not received my x-rays. I am very happy I decided to get my braces somewhere else, because working with their desk staff for a a year an half would of been a nightmare. Really think they need to be more selective in their hiring process.

My teeth feel cleaner than they have in years! I got lucky enough to have Dr. Richter clean my teeth himself and he did an excellent job, classic dentist, very professional and wonderful manner. He checked for things Ive never had checked and recognized my teeth grinding. The office is clean, comfortable and the staff are warm and friendly. You wont find a better dentist around!

I came here via a Groupon. I have major dental anxiety but Carmen and Dr. Richter made me feel at ease and at home. The service they provided, X-rays, exam and cleaning were top notch! It didn’t not feel like your typical Groupon.This place is kinda hard to find BUT once again you find it you will be treated like family! Trust and believe.

Dr. Richter was a referral for me 5 years ago and I have been coming to him ever since. I have dentures, but you would not know it unless I told you. Dr. Richter did such a fantastic job with my dentures. He is an excellent dentist not just for dentures but for your real teeth also. It is my fault that I lost all of my teeth being afraid of the dentist. Dr. Richter made me feel welcome and his staff is awesome. I had Invisalign’s put on by Doctor Andrew Weiss and feel thatI wasted all this hard earn money of over $5000.00+ plus. After the last appointment I had with him WAS NOT INSTRUCTED that I had to continue to use them. They have now shifted and worse now . I called Invisalign to resolve this and received a call from the office that I have purchase them again. What!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this doctor or Invisalign. There are now companies offering this same product online shipped to your house doing it in the comfort of you home. Even his assistant was laughing at me. What ever happened to taking pride in your work and customer satisfaction to the consumer and patients.
