Im a fairly new customer and everyone at Winterset is so friendly and helpful. They call you by name when you come in. The office is very nice and clean and they have sanitizer available and they check temps. My hygienist Vanessa is the best, super personable and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and not hurting me. I actually enjoyed my visit and I recommend this location to anyone that needs dental work. They are very thorough and seems to genuinely care about the health of your teeth. My kids even enjoyed their visit and got some good pointers on brushing and flossing.

My visit today as always was excellent. The dental assistant that assisted me made sure that my concern were addressed. She was professional, friendly and greeted me with a smile, as well as efficient. She explained why the adjustment would be minimal to ensure the upper denture would maintain its fit. She also informed me if the adjustment wasn’t sufficient to call for an additional adjustment. Thus far there appears to be a little adjustment.

All though the most of the staff is friendly. My overall experience was not good. I was told I would be able to get a front tooth implant, unfortunately after extraction and bone graft that I paid $$ for, they said not enough bone for the implant to be successful. They said they would offer me a bridge at the same price... I’m paying $5k for an implant not a bridge. Plus a bridge will be covered on my insurance. So in the end it was a waste of money. I was just going to let it go, but when I asked for my dental records/x-rays they said it will be an extra $450 fee for them to give them to me!?!?Make sure you get multiple opinions, especially if its at all questionable if there is bone loss and implant being successful. I feel I got the bate and switch here. Also, I know bridges aren’t that expensive and most insurances cover them. Just be aware if you are thinking of going to Winterset Dental.

I became a dental patient with Winterset dental in 2014 til this very day because they have a wonderful staff which is attentive kind and thorough, I had just went there for a tooth cleaning she was so gentle but she got all of the plaque off my teeth to make them pearly white again, I love the staff at Winterset dental, give them a try.

Another great visit to Winterset. Office staff, hygienist and surgeons all great. Treat you with care and respect. Very personable and friendly staff. They went over all the options with me and making sure that this was what I wanted. I would recommend this dental facility whoever needed dental work done.

I’m not one to write reviews but I had to write this one. The entire staff are so nice, professional and friendly.The wait time is never long. I’ve never waited longer than 5 min. There’s one person that I must mention and that’s Dr. Hector Cummings. He is simply awesome. I had to get a tooth pulled and I was so nervous. I want you to know that he pulled my tooth and I didn’t even know he finished pulling it. It was a very good experience. He and the entire staff are the best and I highly recommend them!!

I have been going to Winterset for many years and have found the dental care to be outstanding. I have absolute trust in the doctors, and the staff is very warm and supportive. Dentists are a dime a dozen and it is really hard to find a good one, but I did. I am so happy to have found this wonderful team of doctors and their caring staff to serve all my dentistry needs.

These guys are great! I found Winterset through a Google search and picked them since they were close and had good reviews. The staff is very friendly and great to work with.

I paid $5,000 cash money for full top, and three bottom exstrations, and a bottom parcel. Was given a temporary bottom. Called to be fitted for my permanent bottom, and was told $1,200 more when that was never mentioned. Why would I pay $2,000 for a temporary. They going to burn in hell!

I have been coming to Winterset dental office on and off for maybe two to three years and I have never had a bad experience with them. I have no tolerance for pain but as we all know needles hurt no matter what but they are caring and gentle and they are very sympathetic with you. They explain everything to the fullest and make sure you understand before they even do the work. I bought my daughter today to get her teeth cleaned and found out she has cavities but she was scared at first and I told her they are awesome if I can take it I know that she can I recommend them highly.

My boyfriend went through a full mouth implant process. He just finished the 2nd stage and has nothing but great thing to say. From the consultation being very informative and all the visits to the procedures the staff and Doctor have been wonderful. They definitely care about the patient and your persona needs. I think the staff for the most part is good & nice. However I just feel that they always offer you the most expensive treatment versus a more affordable option. They made me feel as if money was most important over all. Still a good office, But I like to have options. I think thats the purpose of having a PPO plan in the first place.

Ive been here a few times now and get amazing service every time. All of the staff and dentists are friendly, informative, and helpful. They even helped me compare dental plans to get the best coverage when I was confused. I have other health issues that make dental visits a bit more difficult and they have accommodated my needs every visit.

Had a wisdom tooth removed. No pain and the extraction went quick. Dr. Cummings made sure I was comfortable and explained everything clearly.

I love how welcoming everyone is at Winterset. Ive always hated going to the dentist, therefore I would rarely make appointments. It wasnt until I needed a root canal that I was forced to find a new location. My mother received one of their advertisements in the mail and I decided to give them a try. I was super nervous, but Dr. George to great care of me. I literally felt no pain! Since then, Ive been back several times for other work and regular cleanings. I can tell that there is a genuine concern for my oralhealth. I would recommend anyone to check them out, even if its just for a consultation.

Before you get any work done in the Chicago office, talk to your insurance about what doctors are in your plan, what services are covered, whats your deductible,whats your out of pocket. Get a copy and bring it with you if you have to. Dont leave this in the hands of the front desk, because they will tell you one thing and then come back and tell you something difference leaving you owing more than you can afford. Complain if you have to, it worked for me. Also, ask questions, find out if their are other options regarding certain procedures, get a second opinion, go someone where else. Remember, their way is not the only way. When it come down to it, their your teeth and its your money. DO WHATS BEST FOR SITUATION.

They hurt you unnecessarily. The customer service is good. The first time I set in their chair I could hear the patient struggling and wrestling with dental team and I was shocked and wondering, what that hack was all that about. Well let me tell you I found out!!!: When give the shots for the anaesthesia they act like they dont know what theycare doing. They have to wrestle with you because they cause the patient sooo much pain to sedate. And my teeth after a crown is still screwed up. Personally I think they treat some patients better then others, they are untrained and or they are masochists. How can anyone think that telling a patient repeatedly that pain is all in the mind is acceptable or explains away poor treatment? I would never refer anyone without these disclosures. This practice should be investigated.

The Dentist just want business, he was saying i had a cracked tooth before he even saw me or my x-rays after my cleaning.I have been going there for a long time. Went through 4 dentists there, so when i show up i dont know who i am seeing since they have a big turn over of dentists.The front office is a joke, the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. I get a bill stating i owe $800, after i put out $800 at the time of service.I talked to the front desk, ( katie ) she said i owed that money even though i said i paid it. She said she will check it out and call me back. It never happened.A month later i received a bill saying i owe $400, WHAT ?No wonder they are looking for new patients. I am done, people dont waste your time. I am moving on after 10 years. Very sad.......
