Smiles By Design is the place go for any dental care needs. The staff are knowledgeable and passionate. What I value most, especially in this environment is how clean the operations are and the many safety protocols they have put in place.

The service and quality is good but they try really hard to upsell and cross-sell me a lot unnecessary services.I built a crown on or of my teeth and it was an unpleasant experience. I had been in pain for two months. After less than a year, the tooth became not savable, and I had to build a canal. Plus, the price after insurance copay is still higher than what my friend self-paid in another place.

Smiles By Design has the most current technology in the dental industry. Always a pain free and relaxing experience, I actually look forward to going to the dentist! Great blend of science and knowledgable people. You definitely can trust these guys!

Irma is my Dental Hygienist and she is amazing! Very light on my teeth during cleaning and very quick. She also has a great personality which is a must for visiting the dentist! I look forward to going to my dentist appointments.

Dr J is an outstanding dentist; the hygienists are extremely competent; the reception and support staff are highly professional and the offices are safe, COVID-19 clean with upgraded air filtration! My 8-year experience with SBD has been outstanding. Yesterday, I had a crown inserted and they have the latest technology and best bedside manner imaginable. I am totally pleased with my results.

I had a lot of work done yesterday (4 hours). We ran long, but I never felt rushed. I felt like they were giving me all the time we need to get my situation right. I love these guys and cant recommend them enough. They worked on me through their lunch time.

Everyone at Smiles by Design is professional as well as personable. They are efficient in their work and never keep you waiting. I dont enjoy going to the dentist but I love Irma, she is most competent and keeps my teeth looking great. Dr. J works quickly and tells you what she is doing every step of the way. Their office has the latest technology and can take care of most problems within one visit. I wouldnt go anyplace else.

I have been a patient at this practice for almost 40 years and on my fourth group of dentists. All have been professional and expert. Smiles By Design has modernized with the latest equipment, including a digital printer. I watched in amazement as the printer created a tooth I would have waited two weeks for in the past. This is a welcoming and client oriented group.

Ive been coming here for almost a year. The place is clean, the staff are extremely nice! Great customer service all around. They are only open on weekdays though, I work close by so its not an issue, but can see that being a problem if you dont live/work close by.

I have been to dozens of dental offices across the country and Smiles by Design is simply the best! With a friendly knowledgeable staff and state of the art instruments all in a comfortable atmosphere, I wont be going anywhere else! But the best part is that Dr. Lina provides a PAIN-FREE experience regardless of what you are having done! (I got 5 fillings yesterday and have been able to function totally normally and without any tenderness post op!)

I recently moved here and woke up yesterday morning with a dental emergency. They were able to fit me in and fix my teeth and gums that same morning. They talked me through everything they were doing as they were doing it. They also walked me through the cost and how much my insurance would cover before they did anything. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I found my new dentist!

Awesome staff. Fair/Competitive pricing.I got invisalign estimates from three dentists. I assumed SBD would be more pricey due to the location and fancy office. It was by far the least expensive, and by far the friendliest staff. Highly recommended. Teeth look great!

The worst dental experience Ive had.My dental hygiene has been consistently good through the years, with dentist visits consisting of only bi-annual cleanings and regular x-rays. I scheduled a normal cleaning and was placed with Dr. Jonynas. She looked at my gums and said that they were in bad condition and that I needed to schedule a deep cleaning. I found this to be odd since I take good care of my teeth. When I asked her to perform a normal cleaning she said that she wouldnt do that since they could be sued for malpractice. Huh?This raised a bunch of red flags so I promptly left. I later found out this visit was billed to insurance, and all she did was put on rubber gloves and told me that I needed a bunch of expensive, non-insurance covered services. Hmm.I decided to get two different second opinions, each filling the role of a 6-month cleaning. Both dentists said my teeth looked fine and required nothing more than usual cleanings. As my mother once told me: When some dentists go drilling, they arent drilling for cavities - theyre drilling for gold.

After bad experiences with other dentists I started seeing Dr. Jonynas about 15 years ago. Irma is my dental hygienist and she has never once hurt me at all. A previous dentist had told me that I had 13 cavities, which I thought was probably a lie so I went to see dr. Jonynas and she told me that I did not have a single cavity. Since seeing dr. Jonynas my teeth have never been in Better Health and I am pleased to report I have not had a single cavity since seeing her. I am also very anxious about seeing the dentist and doctor jonynas and her staff have always been very very patient and calm with me during the exams and cleanings. I could not recommend this dental office highly enough!
