I live in Florida and have my dental work done here because it is by far the best dental experience I have ever encountered. It is almost a pleasure to go there and I have dreaded dental visits all my life. Their technology is always on the cutting edge; their work is impeccable, their commitment to excellence perfect. As a bonus they are a most pleasant and accommodating group. My entire family goes there for the aforementioned reasons.

I was truly dreading my appointment for getting a broken tooth fixed but Always There was extraordinarily hospitable and thoughtful with how they treated me. I felt fully informed and clear on what was going on and what the goals were, which is what I always thought dentists offices lacked, I always felt in the dark and at their mercy. I believe they made every effort to do exactly what needed done and nothing more (another gripe I had with previous dentists) and the bill was actually lower than what they initially quoted and I agreed to. They treat you the way they would want to be treated and it makes for a great experience.

I was a patient of Dr. Jeff at Always There Dental Care since 2003. Couldnt be more happier to find a practice that made dental work a breeze. Everyone in the office, from the receptionist, dental hygienist and dentist showed that they care about their patients, and went above and beyond to make every visit a pleasant one. Very professional and excellent care. Brittany, the office manager, was very helpful taking care of a financial matter that occurred long time ago. If you want outstanding care, this is the place to get it.

Wonderful group of people...dentists, hygienists, and staff. Not a challenge to schedule an appointment and the exams are very thorough from inside the mouth - obviously - to outside checking for lymph nodes and the jaw. Great location in Lincoln Park near the el and free street parking!

I have been afraid to go to the dentist for years growing up. I moved to Chicago 2 years ago and my friend referred me to ATDC. They are the nicest people!! They make me feel so welcome and comfortable. At my old dentist I would have to wait for months for an appointment and they can get me in within days. One week I could only come in on a Saturday and the dentist made an exception for me and came in just to see me. My old dentist charged me for EVERYTHING. I went in recently for something minor and they didnt charge me. They are excellent at following up and I feel like they really care about me. I cant recommend this dentist enough.

Dr. Scott is the BEST!!!! My son chipped his tooth last night and we were headed out of town this morning for vacation. I called their emergency number and my son was in their office bright and early getting his tooth repaired before we headed out of town. The entire team is friendly, professional and soooo responsive. We are so appreciative!

Had a great experience. Been going to Always There Dental Care for years and I continue to have a great time seeing all of the workers. Although everyone is wearing a mask and following COVID Protocol, I know they have a huge smile to see all of their patients.

Incredible experience! On time, clean, friendly and personable. Took the time to address all of my questions and concerns as well as some I didnt know I should be asking. All of the staff truly seem to care about my oral health and treated me like a human rather than a cash-cow. Until now, Ive never looked forward to my next visit to a dentist office.

I feel so safe at Always There Dental Care during this pandemic. I waited in my car until I received a call to come in for my appointment.. My hygienist was waiting for me dressed with mask, shield, gloves- the whole 9 yards. They have social distancing, and other safety measures down to a science!! My temperature was taken and they made sure my hands were sanitized before I entered office.

This was my first visit and Ive done nothing but rave about ATDC since. Aside from an awesome experience and the most thorough dental exam Ive ever had, the entertainment value is priceless! What a fun, caring, knowledgable and buttoned up group of folks! Ive never looked forward to going to the dentist but that is definitely no longer the case.

Even in a pandemic, the moment you walk in the front door, the entire TEAM, at Always There Dental Care, is kind, compassionate and professional! This is an AWESOME dental practice. I found them online and was really nervous to establish with a new dental practice but from the moment their receptionist contacted me for an appointment I felt better. The entire team is so organized, friendly, and efficient. The office was very clean and they were very cautious with spacing/masks/etc. Im so glad I found them.

OMG, OMG, probably the BEST dental / hygenist experience ever. And this is definitely not my first rodeo. Pre-meeting preparation was over the top helpful, comprehensive and made it so much easier to walk thru the front door and right into my appt. Office staff very nice, helpful and kept everyone organized / socially distanced. Marissa, hygenist, was super professional, knew her trade, extremely informative, and thorough. I dont think Ive ever had such an interactive visit where I felt more aware of my mouth health. And the technology / care used for my cleaning was GREAT. Dentist / owner made me feel like this was his first customer even though ATD; Always There Dental has been in business for years. He stopped in several times / quick visits to augment the role of the hygenist.........great technique. I called all dental offices within the greater Chicago area that I found via google search and this office was the first two call me back. They were willing and eager to help me in my time of need. I showed up to their office the first thing the next morning and they bonded my teeth back together. Fast forward three years later, they have repaired yet another chipped tooth incident to perfection, and I have made Always there Dental Care my permanent Dental office. They always squeeze you in during a time of emergency, and their work is second to none.Tucked into the heart of Lincoln Park/Lakeview neighborhood, Always There Dental Care has a cozy, yet unique and modern feel to it. Its not your average dental office, it has a cool vibe with helpful and kind employees and I have yet to have a bad experience there. Honestly, their team is so nice. Sometimes it infuriates me how nice and helpful they are. hah.As someone who moved to Chicago only to attend law school, knowing nothing about he city, I felt overwhelmed when it came to finding new doctors up here. I had an incredible experience at ATDC. The staff is very welcoming right when you walk in the door. Dr. Brittany and Dr. Jeff both spent about 20 minutes going over various details on what care I would need. It was extremely thorough and I felt like they were taking the time to educate me on what was best for my health. Very modern office. They are on the cutting edge side of technology thats for sure. So I don’t usually leave Yelp reviews but I had to on this one . My husband had a horrible toothache and I called everywhere on a Saturday morning , finally I found this place. Maria was amazing !!! She got us in right away and you can hear her concern over the phone , when we arrived she greeted us with a huge smile and somehow she just knew it was us without ever seeing us before , just so caring and genuine. And the dentist !!! Dr Jeff was simply amazing , funny , caring and welcoming . They helped with the financial part of everything and were so accommodating. The whole visit went smooth, and I’m so thankful !

Just consistently great. Since I have been going there regularly, I dont need much more than a cleaning because my mouth is so well cared for.But it is always a good experience and I totally trust Dr. Scott to make aesthetic judgments that make your teeth look and feel healthy, never a compromise.

Im 45 years old, never write these reviews. Ive been to maybe 8-9 dentists over my lifetime - this dental practice, from Dr. Scott to Karen to Teegan to Brittany and the rest of the staff Ive met, is by far and away the best Ive ever been to or heard of. The service is off the charts, the staff are friendly, fun and extremely professional. you can tell they really care about the experience as well as the actual quality of work. Ill never go to another dentist as long as these guys are around!!!

This is a truly exceptional dental practice. I was very anxious about my appointment because I hadn’t been to a dentist in a shamefully long time, and I am so appreciative of how they handled my concerns. Every single staff member I interacted with, including the appointment coordinator, Dr. Wojno, Dr. Wojno’s dental assistant, my dental hygienist, and the person who handles insurance claims, was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. They spent a long time with me and explained everything in detail, patiently answering my many questions, and I was really impressed with both their obvious depth of expertise and also the kind, considerate demeanor of the practice’s entire staff. I really can’t say enough about this remarkable practice, and I’m so grateful that I found it.

3/21 Dental VisitStark contrast.This, my 3rd visit to Always There Dental. First two were casual, careful, and patient to make me feel at ease. The first was a cleaning and orientation on how Always There does dental. It was great! The second was my first of 3 visits to get the “temple back to good.” It was also great.The third, and most recent visit, was exactly the opposite. The appointment booked for 4pm on my day off. I was one of, if not the last appointment of the day, and it was obvious.Dr. Scott who I’ve known to be informal, personal, casual, and professional seemed to have an off day. I get it, we all do.There are a few instances to which I speak of:-letting me know he was tired from doing 10-20 crowns before me, but will now need more focused for this instead.-a photo was taken, of me, and how many tools were laid out on my chest. Joking ensued.-it’s been 6 days since the appointment, and the teeth worked on are sensitive and it’s near impossible to chew on that side.Payment:I take partial blame here by not asking, but I was never informed the cost and breakdown of the work that was going to take place during my appointment.I put full trust and faith into Dr. Scott and believing his recommendations. I am in the process of getting multiple fillings over 3 appointments. The first went smooth and painless. The second was the opposite. It has left me wondering if the procedure went according to plan. I understand working on the back lower teeth (18, 19) would be harder than a tooth near the top-front (from an access point-of-view). There was a large amount of discomfort and some pain.Mid procedure, Dr. Scott noticed another tooth that needed work, and couldn’t let me leave knowing that was there. He said he would do more work on me, “...isn’t that nice of him?” I don’t have a lot of money, but when I came to the payment counter and the hygenist asked if one of the two clerks could check me out, one quickly snapped, “I already clocked-out.” The other clerk left with the task, grinned and let me know the total cost was over $1000. I obliged, and payed. I felt weird, but should’ve asked (that’s on me), do you offer payment plan for larger amounts?Ultimately, I feel that it was the end of a long day for all, and unfortunately, the staff couldn’t make it through the final appointment without letting it impact them.I’m disappointed. I get it, end of the day, people have other lives and want to get on with them. But this lack of effort across the board felt like everyone went 90% of the way, and called it a day, rather than going the full 100%.

Had my first visit today and all I have to say is.....Amazing! Friendly staff, took their time to answer all my questions and explained what the next step would be during my visit. Special thank you to Dr. Scott, Dr. Jeff, Charlotte, Angie, and finally Emily for giving me the best dental experience I’ve ever had!

What a beautiful, modern, clean dental office! They have the most friendly staff and the doctors are wonderful. They listen to your concerns and answer all your questions about treatment options. My teeth cleaning was so thorough too. The hygienist talked to me about the health of my gums which none of my previous dentists have ever done. They also offer several different payment options that I think anyone would be able to fit into their budget. I love their fun atmosphere and they play great music that Ive never heard played at any doctors office Ive been to! :) ATDC will make going to the dentist a whole new experience for you. I didnt even feel like I was at the dentist. It was more like visiting old friends.

I recently moved away from Chicago, and my experience finding a new dentist made me want to leave a review for ATDC, where I was a patient for around 10 years. This place is truly wonderful. The entire staff is warm and friendly, and appointments here are never stressful. Dr. Scott is an expert who really cares about making his patients feel confident. The cosmetic work at ATDC is incredible, but never gets in the way of taking care of the health of your teeth. I cant say enough good things about ATDC, and especially Scott.

I really dont like going to the Dentist. Really.When I had a toothache, I knew I was going to have to go. My friend referred me to these guys and frankly, they were excellent.I made a phone call at 1pm, has an appointment booked for 4pm and problem solved (wisdom tooth out) by 5:00pm. ATDC rocks! Seriously, the staff often wear dental themed black concert tees and they play excellent music while they work on your teeth. ATDC has the most up to date technology for solving difficult problems in a timely fashion and they are quick to provide recommendations if the work is beyond the scope of their expertise. The Drs and dental assistants are the top notch and they run the schedule on time. 5 stars!

A first class experience by first class people! They are friendly and thoughtful, and the clinic atmosphere is modern and relaxed. Dr. Stiffle and RDH Amanda seem to really enjoy their work and will put your well-being first and take the time to explain what they see and how it affects oral hygiene and health. Additionally, the front desk staff are patient in explaining the financial and insurance related aspects of your particular care plan. This was such a refreshing experience!

Very efficient and quick as alway had yearly xrays done today , ATDC has an xray system that uses electronic dohickey in the mouth which can be used again and again and makes the xrays immediately available on the Hygenists computer right there and then no developing no hanging around . Very Modern, on the cutting edge. Keeprocking guys
