I went to at least 3 different dental offices because they were all terrible at cleaning my teeth. Yes. Just cleaning my teeth was a painful experience. My cousin referred me to Lincoln Park Smiles to see Dr. Jack, and he was all the awesome things my cousin said he was. Great dentist and great personality. But then there was Nicole K., my go-to dental hygienist. She does an absolute amazing job at cleaning my teeth. I tell her all the time how pain-free the experience is. Shes definitely a pro at what she does. Cant say enough awesome things about the team at Lincoln Park Smiles. Thanks!!

It was a good experience. I had my teeth cleaned in an hour. The hygienist was efficient and quick. No cavities were found. It was a good experience.

I picked this office based off of the Google reviews and was honestly so disappointed. I arrived for my appointment, no one was at reception to check me in. They finally showed up and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes past my appt time just to be seen (no other patients were there). The cleaning was well done and very thorough which was great! However, when I went to check out I was handed a very large bill (even though I have insurance that would fully cover everything) and was told it was because BCBS server was down? I was charged for items I did not ask for or approve being charged for including a special toothpaste that the dentist said he was giving me. I have now found out that they billed my insurance twice. Def got duped by this office so avoid if you can!

Had a cleaning today and it was just the best experience. The hygenist Nicole is so gentle and careful. Dr Teo is the kind of dentist that everybody wants.I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Teo for several years, and I’ve always had good experiences. The office is clean and safe and everyone who works there seems extremely competent and is very nice. Dr. Teo is fast and reliable, and, I think, very fair and trustworthy.

The dentist and his assistant, Liz, bent over backwards in terms of making my dental exam and taking my X-rays as comfortable as possible. Since I am in a motorized wheelchair, they adapted their usual routine to accommodate me and my disability by moving furniture and equipment so that they could provide high-quality services.I received the best dental examination that I have ever received in my lifetime.

I always have gone to the Lincoln Park location. Today was my first time coming to the Loop location. Loved it. Nicole is an awesome Hygenist. She took time to explain everything in detail.

I have seen Nicole twice now for my cleanings, and I never want to see a different hygienist! The office is clean and pleasant, and Nicole is very skilled and generous with the dental freebies! I actually look forward to going in for cleanings! Exams on the other hand... The inner mouth piece to do the x-rays is very uncomfortable, actually it was pretty painful to the tongue and inner mouth 😖. My husband goes here too and he said the same thing. If anything can be done about that, it would be the only thing I would fix!

Amazing customer service! I felt like I was at a spa day when it was a teeth cleaning! :).

Thanks to Dr. Jack, I was able to fend off a cavity that was starting to show up. A year ago, he recommended MI Paste to bolster the tooth and after using it regularly, it worked! He really takes the time to diagnose and figure out the best plan of action. Nicole is also great - she is very thorough and provides tips for making your teeth even better.

Filling a cavity took longer than expected but I was given the added time necessary to complete the job.

Going out in public let alone a medical facility is potentially a stressful venture. But, smiles in the loop is an immaculate oasis that takes all the necessary COVID-19 precautions. The entire staff is amazing, I have been a client a doctor Teo for 20 years. My hygienist (Nicole) is thorough, highly skilled and very entertaining. Super friendly office! The space was very clean and they took extra measures to make sure I felt comfortable and safe during this pandemic. They had added sanitizing procedures to make sure all surfaces and the air was clean and bacteria free. My dental hygienist Nicole is so nice and always quick!

I was a new patient at Lincoln Park Smiles - LOOP location, so it was the first time I had visited the office. I was in love with the building the moment I stepped inside. The original vintage structure was so beautiful and the dental office was very quaint, clean and modern. The administrative staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of all things dental insurance related. I saw Nicole, a wonderful hygentist, who was friendly, gentle and very thorough in her explanation of proper dental care and ADA approved products. Dr. Gay came in to perform my exam and was just as cheerful and friendly. The two ladies seem to be a great pairing. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Thank you.

So happy Ive switched over to Dr. Teo and Lincoln Park Smiles in the Loop! I needed a new deep clean after 2 years and not only did I save a ton of money, I was examined throughly to determine I only needed trouble areas cleaned (my former dentist was just trying to force an entire other one on me). Ive now gone through 2 treatments and theyve been the most pain-free dentist experiences Ive ever had, I was shocked. I will be referring all my friends to this practice from now on.

I loved all of the staff at LPS both locations Dr Teo and Dr Mel and extended staff. They created a new smile for me over the course of several years and actually took my records and presented at conferences with my permission and shared knowledge and best way to move forward for optimal results!! They explained each procedure and why they recommended it! Also were always open to my input and made my experience fun going to A Dentist Office!!

I moved to Chicago from NY, which meant I was in need of a new dentist. I found Lincoln Park Smiles on ZocDoc and booked my first appointment. Ive been going to LPS for over a year now and have enjoyed every visit. Everything from booking and confirming appointments, to in office visits has been seamless. The team at LPS is very knowledgeable and stays current in their field - you can tell by the way they conduct themselves as well as in their profiles on their websites. Most, if not all staff, are members of their specialtys association, (Association of General Dentistry, Association of Cosmetic Dentistry, etc) which proves they care about bettering themselves in their profession. My current hygienist, Nicole, naturally makes me feel comfortable every time Ive been in. She does a great job and is extremely personable. She impressed me by remembering our conversation (or actually took notes and read them!) from my last visit - ranging from past dental history to personal life. Shes great! Aside from her, Dr. Gay is amazing and the front office staff is always so welcoming, kind, and the wait is never long if you have to wait at all (I usually book for 8am or 4pm appointments). The office is always so clean and well kept, too. I used to dread dental visits before going to LPS. Definitely recommend!

Just switched over to Lincoln Park smiles, had my first appointment not too long ago, went in for one cleaning and they were able to find something that my last dentist didnt. They were so professional, I am starting to think my previous dentist was not competent haha. I love it here, The front desk is all smiles (no pun intended) and the doctors and their assistants are the most courteous professionals I have stumbled upon.

I woke up in excruciating pain and called Lincoln Park Smiles at early morning on a Sunday and was able to come in for an appointment a few hours later.
