The best dental office Ive even been to. The staff is kind, patient and thorough. Ive been a patient here for several years and when I started I had a list of work to get done. The dentist and staff helped me put together a plan of treatment and scheduled my appointments over the next several months. Its been years after following the treatment plan and my oral hygiene is better than ever! Now, I only come in for my regular teeth cleaning and maintenance. Even moving to a different part of town wouldnt stop me from coming to this dentist office.

I have to admit I have had a long dentalJourney. In the past few months between, deep cleanings, receding gums, cavities etc it’s been a long process! I kept putting going to the dentist off and off and off. It truly was my biggest fear with everything I needed to get done in this crooked grill of mine.Evelyn was the first person I came in contact with she gave me all my financial options and has been open and honest about payments and has always given me with her best advice like I’m a friend or familyMember. She works with my schedule in getting my appointments planned and doesn’t make me feel bad if I have to reschedule. I truly panicked when I thought she had left the office because I didn’t see her. Shes the best and an asset to keep that office running.Dr Choi is an absolute angel, she brought my gums back to healthy after my deep cleaning for my gun recession, I literally balled in the office. She was so sweet and such a realist when it comes to dental hygiene. She didn’t make me feel bad for having a total meltdown and sincerely cared about how I felt.This office has literally changed my life as cheesy as it sounds, I’m overall more healthy and confident my next step is Invisalign which again is another long journey but I’m proud I got this far in such little time. I couldn’t have done it withoit the whole team at Bright Dental!!Do yourself a favor and go get a checkup! Stop putting it off!!!!! I’m so grateful I did! THANK YOU BDLS!!!!!

Made this my dentists office when I moved to Logan Square, and it was a choice well made! Everyone is very nice and timely. They are taking great Covid precautions, like taking my temperature before I go in the back. I also work 9-5, so having a dentist I can go to after work hours is a big plus.

I can’t say enough about this office and how great they are. I had a few bad experiences in the past, making me really anxious about dentists. My teeth were suffering from my fear of seeing a dentist again, and then I found this place. They made the process of correction so easy and comfortable. I’ve only had two visits so far, but plan to do Invisalign through their office and stay with them as long as I’m in Chicago. I am thankful for their patience and thoughtfulness with dealing with an anxious patient like myself.

Was referred to this location after a filling came out. Coming to this location was the best decision I made. Needed a root canal, I was nervous going in Dr Choi was very thorough with the procedure and made me feel at ease. Evelyn at the front desk was very polite and makes everyone feel welcomed. Ive been going here for a little over a year now, and it has been a great experience! I really appreciate that every time Ive visited, Dr. Choi takes the time to explain everything going on with my dental health - Ive never experienced this level of detailed explanation at the dentist before, and I definitely walk away feeling extremely informed. Everyone is really friendly and makes me feel extremely comfortable, which is difficult to do at the dentist!

I recently had a small part of a back tooth fracture and fall out. I have not had a regular dentist for a very long time. I looked up dental offices on Google maps; Bright Dental Logan Square was among the best-reviewed, so I made an appointment. Dr. Chae and his staff are excellent; they made me feel at ease throughout the process. Dentistry, with or without insurance, is not inexpensive. As a patient you want to feel you’re getting the best care for your money. You also want to experience as little pain as possible. I give Dr. Chae and his staff 5 stars for these reasons. My only discomfort was having my mouth open for an hour while he prepared my tooth for a crown. Beyond that it was much a much easier experience than I’d anticipated. After coming home from the appointment I recommended Bright Dental Logan Square to someone I know who recently asked for a referral.

Everyone has been so helpful!!! Especially Evelyn, she always tries her hardest to find me an appointment in the evenings. Dr. Chae is wonderful! I use to have this fear of dentists but he makes me feel at ease. My son sees Dr. Choi and she is also great! Diana the assistant is also wonderful!!

Friendly and professional staff that make a habit of going the extra mile in the name of customer service. My dentist is knowledgeable and has great technique. I truly enjoy coming back here.

My and my husband’s experiences at Bright Dental of Logan Square have both been great! We chose this location after moving to Chicago from North Carolina due to the already wonderful reviews online and they have not disappointed. The clinic staff and Dr. Choi are all professional, friendly and were very informative regarding the development and continuation of our treatment plans. We are very happy to have found this clinic and will remain with them throughout our time in Chicago.

I’ve been coming to this location for nearly a decade now, about half my life. I’ve never felt unwelcome or looked over when coming. My dentist, Dr. Eunhee Choi, remembers me and what my previous problems have been.I don’t like flavored cleaning paste, and when I had a really difficult time keeping it in my mouth I requested if I could use some unflavored variety. They didn’t have any but they worked with me to find the most tasteless variety they could find. It may seem small, but those little things that show the dentist cares mean a lot to me.The dentists are kind and try to avoid as much undue discomfort as possible. Though I can only speak from personal experience, I could not recommend Bright Dental of Logan Square enough.

I absolutely love Dr. Kenneth D. Chae and his staff. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist. They always make me feel at such ease when I walk into the office. They are very thorough and answer any questions I have.

Dr. Choi is very personable and answers all your questions. I find these two qualities incredibly important when visiting a dentist. I typically would rather try to dodge traffic than see a dentist. That isn’t the case here. They have made it worthwhile and easy to get some major things done in a short period of time.Thanks Dr. Choi!

The front staff was welcoming and helpful when I walked in. I had Dr. Choi for my consultation. She and her assistant did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Choi also takes the time to explain what is happening in your mouth in terms you can understand. I feel happy leaving and will definitely come back for my 6 month consultation.

Such a professional environment. My first visit was over a year ago, I came in for a deep cleaning after not having been to the dentist in almost 10 years (I know I know lol). I heard so many painful stories of how it hurts so bad to get a deep cleaning (the needle used for numbing and afterwards). So naturally I came in scared out of my mind. Dr. Eunhee was nothing short of amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I felt no pain before I knew it I tried to talk and I was slurring lol, didnt even know she had already injected the needle into my gums. Dr. Eunhee made sure I was at ease and talked me through the process step by step. A year later and my teeth are healthier and I have found a dentist that I love. Would highly recommend!

Bright Dental is a very friendly place. I been to several dental offices but Bright Dental is different, everyone remembers you from the receptionists to the doctors. They make you feel really comfortable, i take my kids there and they love it. I highly recommend Bright Dental.

They are always prompt and on time. Makes the dent a quick and good experience.they are honest when I have things to improve on, like flossing and dont try to sell me on things I dont need.

Been going for a couple years and they’ve always been great!

Moved recently from NYC to Chicago. I tried one other dentist in Chicago before Bright Dental. I initially went for a cleaning and consultation at the first dentist.It was not a great fit with the first dentist--I felt that the hygienist was rushed to finish--and I am usually early for my appointment so it wasnt that I was late arriving. I researched and found that Bright Smile was near to my place so booked a cleaning and exam. I have sensitive teeth and after the hygienist applied topical anesthetic I still jumped in the chair when she began using the ultrasonic tool. She stopped and asked if I would like an injected anesthetic. After that of course it was pain free and she could get her work done. Why hasnt any other dentist in my life offered to numb me before? Dr. Choi examined my teeth ( thoroughly) and saw that one filing needed replacement and a crown needed to be replaced. This is exactly what the other dentist I tried suggested too. So yesterday I went and had the filing replaced at Bright Dental. Dr. Choi injected an anesthetic and after a while I could still feel sensation so she stopped and injected more and replaced the filing.This was pain-free. I noticed Dr. Choi spent more time to make sure the filing was fitting perfectly with the tooth on the top row for a good bite.I want to also share that Bright Dental fees seem reasonable...at least to me coming from NYC. But the other Chicago dentist gave me an estimate for the work and would have charged more than Bright Dental. $163 more for the filing and $843 more for the crown. So crazy. I thought it seemed expensive for the work required and glad to find out that I was correct.If you are anxious about visiting a dentist this place might be a good fit for you. The staff--receptionist/hygienists/dentist are super relaxed and calming. This was a five star experience for me.

Bright Dental was the first place I went for dental services upon moving to the area and I haven’t had to go ahywhere since. Very happy with the service.
