Great staff that works there!!

The Doctor was good. The administration even with an appointment, I spent 5hours there, yes 5 hrs. If this wasnt my companies DOT physical pick. I would gone somewhere else. I would have rather paid for it my self.

I waited 2 hours and I decided to leave after 10 more min. And Then they call me .So finally I can do my DOT physical exam. Waiting time is more than 2 hours? This is not properly functioning lab.I spent my half day for this. When I get my blood pressure check It was high because I was upset.Had to check 2~3 more times.

Friendly staff, clean and organized system to get you in and out fast. Got my 2 year DOT exam done in 45 minutes.

Two hours after appointment. Still here looking stupid.

Taylor Made Diagnostics of Chesapeake Virginia is the worst place that one can go for an employment drug test, eye test, auditory test, and physical. Taylor Made Diagnostics didnt meet my expectations for several reasons. Here are some reasons why below:When first arriving to Taylor Made Diagnostics I was overwhelmed by the smell of cigarettes, overall uncleanliness in the entire waiting area, and body odor throughout the waiting area.All employees were prompt, professional, courteous, and tactful during my check in and checkout process. The wait time and check in/out process was average. However, with the smell of cigarettes, overall uncleanliness in the entire waiting area, and body odor throughout the entire waiting area, it seemed like a much longer wait time! This was not a welcoming or comfortable atmosphere, and I definitely dont ever want to go back to Taylor Made Diagnostics again. Not only was there a foul odor of cigarettes, overall uncleanliness in the entire waiting area, and foul body odor; the entire office was filled with a very rough group of customers.Finally, after being checked in, and escaping the horrible odors of cigarettes and bad personal hygiene, and uncleanliness of the waiting area the next unsatisfying journey began.I was greeted by the lady who would be doing my drug test, eye test, and auditory test. Let me tell you, I was not impressed at all. The lady was way below average for several reasons, and heres why: the lady had bad hygiene (bad breathe), bad personal appearance(her clothes were covered in animal/pet hair), bad physical appearance (nose ring), unprofessional appearance (her clothes looked bad, and had an odor I could smell from afar).All the areas that she took me through during my drug test, eye test, and physical were beyond disgusting and unclean.The lady who done my drug test, eye test, and auditory test had an agenda of her own, and put her own personal agenda over that of Taylor Made Diagnostics. The lady wasnt courteous, prompt, professional, knowledgable, or tactful. As a matter of fact it would be safe to say that she was condescending throughout the entire drug test, eye test, auditory test, and during my entire time with her. Taylor Made Diagnostics would have gotten three stars on Yelp if it werent for the lady who done my drug test, eye test, and auditory test. I dont understand why you would want to have the most disrespectful employee, worst hygiene of all employees, worst personal appearance of all employees, worst physical appearance of all employees, most unprofessional appearance of all employees, and worst odor of all employees in the entire business working directly hands on with the customers.After going through the lengthy drug test, eye test, and auditory test with the worst employee in the business, it was time for my physical. It was an average physical that took the average amount of time for a physical. My only complaint with the physical is that the physician didnt wear gloves during the entire physical. I didnt like that, and I feel that is completely unsanitary.Uncleanliness doesnt justify how unclean Taylor Made Diagnostics of Chesapeake was throughout the waiting area, and entire office.Who names their business after a golf company? Talk about not having originality.Finally, Taylor Made Diagnostics is easy to find. However, parking on the other hand is not easy to find....

We have worked with Taylor Made and their mobile services for over 15 years and every year they provide professional and quality services to our employees. Kay Stewart is a joy to work with each year. She is dependable, knowledgeable and proficient! Anytime I have a question or need a service, she is there. It is an absolute pleasure to work with Taylor Made Diagnostics.

Visited for an employment physical and drug screen since they accept walk-ins for this type of service. Although the office was about half-full, the wait was reasonable. What was great about the visit was that the entire staff was not only highly professional, but also very friendly and nice. From the front desk staff, to the nurse, to the physician, everyone I dealt with was great. Its not often that you have such an overall pleasant experience at a medical office so I just though they deserved some praise.

Unfortunately, I got injured at work in August and my company sent me to Taylor Made Diagnostics to see Dr. Dorr. If there is one word I had to pick to describe her it would be, PERFECT! She not only did everything she was supposed to do, as a doctor, but she also went above and beyond and cared for me as if she were my family.From the moment she walked in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and the sweetest and most caring attitude that is possible. She spent an enormous amount of time with me, as opposed to most doctors Ive seen in the past who only spent a few minutes examining me before quickly sending me on my way. Not only did she spend a great deal of time with me explaining my injury in a way that was easy to comprehend, but she was also genuinely concerned with my injury and took several necessary steps to get me back in good health. This was the case for my follow up appointments as well, which she also spent a great deal of time with me going over the necessary steps needed to help me get well and back on my feet. Her commitment to me, her caring nature, and her genuine concern for my health and well-being, were above and beyond anything Ive ever experienced from a doctor before. She is the epitome of what it means for doctors and healthcare professionals to uphold the Hippocratic Oath. I wish that all doctors were like Dr. Dorr, because this world would be a much better place. I must also recognize Pam, one of the assistants, who was also incredibly nice and friendly and gave me excellent care, as well as the rest of the staff I encountered from the front desk check-in to the ladies at the check-out area for follow-up appointments. They were ALL very polite, professional, and courteous, and I give them 10 out of 10!!In conclusion, I have to say that I was very happy and blessed to have had Dr. Dorr as my doctor and beyond pleased with the service and care that she, and the rest of the staff at Taylor Made, provided me with. When I arrived I had to wait for receptionist to pay here bill while I was standing there w 2 other people ,then I was directed to wait in my car.48minutes later I had to call them. Then they had me go into another waiting are, Super slow..

Went in there for an appointment and waited almost 40 minutes. Before I left the check out lady (who had the most monotone voice and talked very low) said yeah youre ready to go... Not true, I had to go back and get my blood drawn. The doctor was very awkward and the place looked disgusting. The only pleasant staff member there was this lady called Kathy. They need to renovate and not waste peoples time.

As the Safety Program Coordinator for Tidewater Community College (TCC), I have had the pleasure of using Taylor Made Diagnostics Mobile Clinic as a means of providing on-site medical services to employees participating in the Hepatitis B vaccination program offered by TCC. Our campuses are located throughout Hampton Roads, and it was so easy coordinating the clinic schedule with Kay Stewart, TMDs director of the mobile unit, at our campuses. Kay has a very easy going way with our employees, and certainly puts them at ease just prior to receiving their shot. Im looking forward to working with Kay as well as the other TMD staff members in the future.

Tidewater Community College contracted with Taylor Made Diagnostics to provide Hepatitis B vaccinations for our employees whose job classifications expose or potentially expose them to bloodborne pathogens.. To date, we have had four on-site vaccination clinics using TMD’s mobile unit for TCC employees to receive their first and second Hepatitis B vaccination series. We anticipate having another clinic in April 2017.The staff at TMD have been great to work with in scheduling the mobile unit clinics, providing nursing staff to administer the vaccinations, and providing additional vaccinations at their medical facility to any TCC employees who were unable to attend the mobile unit clinics. Invoices for the vaccinations provided were received in a very timely manner, and detailed the name of our employee, which vaccine they received and on which date it was provided. If I have any questions at all, TMD personnel are readily available to provide an answer.I would highly recommend Taylor Made Diagnostics to any one requiring occupational medical services for their employees!
