Wonderful experience!!!! Sarah and Jordan were excellent and fixed me up within a matter of a few weeks. They were extremely patient and and receptive to my needs all while focusing their attention on getting me better so I can get back to my active life.

Phoenix physical therapy was an excellent choice. And helped me out tremendously through my rehab process. I had the pleasure of working with Jordan as my therapist and he helped me out a great deal and taught me a lot of new workouts to increase strength and stretches for mobility that I needed to do to improve my situation. Within a short bit of time I felt better than I have in a long time and even started running on a treadmill again. Although Jordan was my physical therapist Ive watched others within the office and witnessed each patient treated with undevided attention. Even the receptionist Carolyn super nice, warm and welcoming. Phoenix physical therapy is highly recommended.

When I first came in, I was walking with assistance & could hardly sit. I thought I had a very long road ahead of me but in a few months of hard work & great instruction, I had the strength & skills to do many of the things I love once again.The PT here was superior to any I have ever received in the past. Exercises were modified to protect my joints from hyper extensions. Its rare to find someone who understands hypermobility.

Fantastic experience here! Dr. Jordan did an amazing job of figuring out the cause of my pain and giving me reasonable strategies to help that I can continue to do at home. Having tried physical therapy (PT) in the past (via military medicine) I was certain that PT was a joke. Past experiences involved being handed a sheet of paper with several exercises on it & was told to do them. Unsure if I were doing them correctly I gave up & dealt with the pain.Being referred to Phoenix PT for chronic shoulder pain changed my perspective on PT. Jordan conducted an in-depth evaluation of my shoulder & walked me through several exercises identifying my neck muscles were tight & my lower shoulder blade muscle was weak. Over several weeks, he removed the chronic pain I dealt with for years.I highly recommend anyone dealing with pain to come see these professionals, you won’t be disappointed! The staff is amazing & extremely friendly!!!

I went to Phoenix Physical Therapy due to significant neck pain and reduced mobility. I saw Jordon for about 6 weeks and Im really glad. He and the rest of the team did a great job. Jordon provided a great assessment and a worked with me at each appointment. Now Im able to maintain my neck condition with stretches and exercises at home. Ill return to Phoenix if I need more PT.

This is a great office. The nice women at. The front desk is always sweet and calls you by name. They are very accommodating. She provided me with printout of all my appointments. I am recovering from Lumbar fusion back surgery. Last two times I’ve done PT in the past I got hurt both times. So I was nervous about doing it after such a major surgery. Jordan is absolutely fantastic! I feel comfortable with his knowledge of my surgery and limitations. He really knows a lot about the body and how it moves. He is very personable and is really actually helping me, not just going threw the motions of this exercise and that one. He he’s doing some work with facia I have built up. I’m really glad the last place I went to didnt except my insurance and suggested this office. He giving me some long lasting knowledge and suggestions to help me feel better cause this surgery is no walk in the park!

The staff at Phoenix were so welcoming. I had a great experience calling to setup my first appointment. The receptionists was warm and very attentive. The atmosphere is very positive and every person was very friendly. Jordan is an amazing therapist. He is very knowledgeable and always provided me with clear directions. I was prescribed therapy by my physician for a chronic back issue. This facility is clean and conveniently located at Edinburgh, right off the Chesapeake Bypass, a quick drive from NC. When I needed to change an appt., it was accommodated. Staff was professional and concerned about my limitations. As we made progress, I often had new concerns, due to arthritis or lack of exercise issues. My concerns were addressed and modifications offered. Staff always had a back door to create a way to attempt forward movement. My experience is that years of lack of dedicated exercise; due to work, family obligations, and lack of time, has created a small avalanche of discovered needs. I feel I have a good outlined personal plan to continue to recover my health and mobility and would highly recommend their services.

Went to Phoenix for a plantar fasciitis injury, and Jordan and the entire staff were wonderful! Jordan was patient, listened, and was encouraging as I recovered. I am truly grateful for the ability to walk again!

I was apprehensive about doing physical therapy, but Phoenix Physical Therapy was welcoming and adaptive to my needs. I came in with lower back pain, making it difficult for me to do some of my favorite things including playing tennis, running, and going to the gym. I’m now back out on the courts playing competitive tennis, completing distance runs, and doing my fitness routines with a greater amount of confidence. My therapist, Dr. Jordan was excellent at identifying my issues and addressing a solution to my back pain effectively.

Highly recommend Phoenix Physical Therapy. I went in for long recurring back soreness and recurring injuries that would often leave me almost immobile for weeks. Jordon worked with me to develop the right program for my situation and then gave me challenging but functional exercises that improved my flexibility, functionality, and core strength. I have Lymphedema in my legs. I heard about PT Lymphedema Specialities. Google had only 3 in Hampton Roads. 1st didnt accept insurance; 2nd only did arms. 3rd one accepted me & did a terrific job. It hurts but works. Great customer serv & front office staff. Whole office was was a happy place but cared about each clients success.

Clean, professional and excellent service. My son went in for an issue and was released a few weeks later. Jordan was always on time, kind and helpful. We will definitely be back if we need therapy again.

Jordan does any amazing job analyzing my pain, my form on my CrossFit movements and providing improved technique. He has a great understanding of the connections with the movements in CrossFit and how certain form or continued reps have contributed to my pain. My daughter loved working with Jordan to help her sprain ankle heal faster with the exercises provided and he worked with her so she could recover quickly. I have seen Jordan after the past three CrossFit opens due to neck or back injury. He provided excellent “homework “ and strengthening my weaknesses in the minor muscles that I was not using. Every time he gets me back to life and workouts pain free!!

This was the end of week five of my PT at Phoenix.When I first came for PT I was having a lot of pain doing the normal daily things of life. On week five I feel almost back to myself. Jordan and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable and hands-on. My treatment has been individualized for me and has challenged me in many ways. I have done PT at other places where I felt out of loop of my plan and just another patient. They are very flexible with appt times which is important for anyone with a busy schedule. I will recommend them to my friends and will return if I need PT again.

Outstanding physical therapists. Both Jordan and Joey were awesome. I was having back pain from barbell squatting and deadlifting. I thought I would have to give up deadlifting all together, but Jordan participates in CrossFit so he knew exactly how to do both movements! Jordan corrected my squat form and totally rehabbed my back. Now Im back to lifting again and it feels great. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the therapy I received at Phoenix Rehab. The staff was polite and very helpful, understanding to my needs. Jordon was able to figure out my problems and how to fix them almost immediately. My pain level was decreased quite a lot in the first couple of visits. I highly recommend Jordan as a physical therapist, because being in excruciating pain from a back injury that took place in March of 2019, my chiropractor recommended that I see Jordan at Phoenix for physical therapy. I live approximately 45 minutes to an hour away, but since I trusted my chiropractor I followed his advice.As I walked into the facility, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist named Tanya, who worked very patiently and cooperatively with my schedule. Meeting Jordan was an instant comfort, for his friendly and caring mannerism immediately made me feel that I was in the right place. Once he did an exam, he knew exactly how to help me. He listened attentively to my concerns and shared his knowledge and experiences freely with me. He is one of the most friendly person I have met dealing with my injury. His genuine caring heart is shown on every visit. His knowledge of exactly how to strengthen while healing is amazing. I could not have asked for a better physical therapist. I am so glad that I traveled to his office twice a week and given the care, gentle messages to the painful areas of my back and specific exercises so that I can have a normal life again.As we said our goodbyes and he wished me well as I was released from treatment, I know that if I have any questions or concerns Jordan is only a phone call away. I highly recommend Jordan Moores, PT skills. He took time to ask questions about my pain issues so he and I could develop a plan. I let him know what end results I was wanting and he developed a plan based on my needs and his skills.. I could barely walk without pain when we started. I received outstanding rehab assistance at Phoenix Rehab Chesapeake, from Jordon Moore (PT, DPT, FAAOMPT) in Feb-Mar 2020. I had severe neck pain and spasms that required a visit to the E/R. After careful evaluation by Mr. Moore, and following his therapy plan, I obtained excellent results and a foundation for maintaining and further increasing muscle strength and flexibility. Mr. Moore is extremely easy to communicate with and understand as he explains the therapy exercises. In light of Mr. Moores outstanding credentials and experience and my very successful outcome, I am fortunate that my physician referred me to Phoenix Rehab Chesapeake.

The second time I have been to physical therapy/rehabilitation sessions. First time was 15+ years ago and it was a disaster. Never did get full mobility back to my left arm after a broken elbow. Fast forward to 2019 and I was referred by primary physician to Mr. Moore at Phoenix Rehabilitations and Health Services for mobility and pain issues in right arm. Well let me tell ya. Mr. Moore has me all tuned up. He gave me all the attention I needed in his office and sent me out the door with exercises to do between office visits. What a huge difference. Thank you Jordan Moore.
