HORRIBLE BILLING EXPERIENCE. Beware billing says it can take up to 120 days to review a billing call. Had a virtual appt in April 2021 related to COVID. Insurance confirmed that all COVID-related appts are 100% covered. Virtua charged $235 for the virtual appt. I called the billing dept 7 times to request the ICD code be changed to a COVID-related appt and request a status of the charge. Even had my insurance call Virtua billing to request them to recode to a COVID-related appt. Every call I asked if they cannot put this in collections as I keep following up regularly. On every call they assured they would not put this in collections as I keep following up and would mention it can take up to 120 days to review but I would have to follow up with them; They would not call me back with a status; I had to follow up each time. In Oct they put the account in collections with no notification. BE WARY OF BILLING.

What a terrific experience! I was stressed worried anxious and all the staff was amazing and comforting. We were seen super quick and th doctor was kind and funny with my 7 year old! Thank you Virtua!

Here now for my mother who had some acute respiratory issues. The staff is wonderful the nurses, the receptionist, and the X-ray tech. Dr. Lee was excellent. Ten out of ten would recommend.

The staff and doctors are very accommodating, thorough and they really care. I felt like they were more concerned about me than my own doctors office, because they are not always too busy to let me come in and address my urgent medical issues. Virtual Urgent Care is efficient, friendly and they see me in a timely manner and show compassion. Ive left two times feeling better and trust that they know what they are doing.

The staff here are excellent. I was treated by Dr. Gitler. He was extremely thorough and compassionate. He answered all of my questions. After leaving the urgent care, I called back with more questions. Dr. Gitler took the call immediately and helped me out again.

What a great office. From the time I stepped into the office till when I left everyone was so kind and helpful. I hate when I go to an office and the front desk acts like you are inconveniencing them. Not here. They made me feel so welcome. Also the place is extremely clean! So important to me. The front desk assistant, nurse staff and dr were so professional. Don’t think I will ever go anywhere else

I received top notch care when I was treated at Virtua Urgent care for an allergic reaction. Due to the unknown cause of the reaction, they brought me back immediately even without an appointment. Jen and her team over at Virtua are very efficient and caring for their patients. Thank you for the excellent care and treatment!

This place is terrible. We took our son who fell and was in alot of pain. They took our insurance card and said that he was not covered, which he is. They tried three times and called another person to check and still said he wasnt covered. Wanted us to pay cash and would bill us for the the rest. We left and went to another urgent care who took him back right away. Amazingly he was covered under the insurance. I will never go to this place again they have no idea what they are doing

Went here because my son had an allergic reaction to something he ate. When we got there we stood in the lobby about 5 minutes before someone came from the back and checked us in. When we were seen we told the nurse why we were there. When the actual doctor came in, off the top she said oh your baby is fine. Which we knew. We just wanted to help his reaction symptoms go way faster....he is 11 months. The doctor then proceeded to say she recommended Benadryl for him , but she didnt have what he needed on site and told us to take him to the ER. So I was a bit concerned. I asked why couldnt she prescribe a dosage based on his weight? So I could just get it over the counter? So she tells us to hold on and then comes back a few minutes later telling us she sent a script to our pharmacy for the Benadryl. Go to the pharmacy. They said they did not receive a script, but that it could take up to an hour. So we go home and wait. Call the pharmacy an hour and a half later..still no script. Called the urgent care to tell them that the pharmacy did not get anything. The receptionists looked into it and said she would have it resent. So while waiting I decided to Google dosages for Benadryl based on weight. Found my babys dose and went and just bought the medicine over the counter and gave him his dose. His symptoms are gone. I spent a copay for nothing. I still have not gotten the call from the pharmacy telling me the script is ready. I went to urgent care at about 11 am this morning. Im writing this review at 10:27pm. This is the second time I have had a problem with them not sending scripts. I will no longer go here.

Great experience. One of my employees had a wound to his hand. Everyone was professional and courteous from start to finish. It was a great experience and I would definitely use their services again should an emergency arise.

My experience was horrible I had a client with me who had dementia and I was at a number 10 pain and the left side of my stomach and they denied seeing me because I had one person with me as you can have one visitor and I certainly could not leave them home alone the girls at the desk were very unprofessional very rude what time is it 5:00 I was in there until 5:20 before they told me they wouldnt see me and I had to leave and go over to Kennedy Cherry Hill I will not be coming back there again and Ill make sure it let everybody know also any other place I have been would have taken care of me most places would have taken care of you

Absolutely awful wait time. I have not been seen for 2 hours. There was only 2 people who checked in a head of me and were seen. Now I hear the doctor and nurses in the central area talking and relaxing while telling me I have to wait longer, despite being here for 2 hours.

Make sure you make an appointment.... We waited almost 3 hours before being seen. People coming in AFTER us were seen prior to my wife who was throwing up in the lobby bathroom. Wonder if we made an appointment in the lobby if we would have been seen faster. Might as well go to the ER if you dont make an appointment.

Great experience on day of appointment. They did not explain that they do not provide refills. Now I have to go to a different doctor and pay an unnecessary extra co pay. People on phone were unwilling to even try to help.

Let me start by saying the service was a 10+ from start to finish. Being in the healthcare field I am always helping the patients and then when you are on the other side and become the patient it’s a whole different experience. The caring and kindness that started from the moment I walked in the door from the receptionists at the front Karen Coyle and Jamie Lewis was warm and welcoming. They greeted me with a friendly smile and check in was a breeze. Jamie Lewis also ended up being my MA in the back to get me ready to be seen by the doctor. Jamie’s kindness and caring while I was extremely feeling under the weather was above and beyond. She had me all ready and waiting for Dr. Enriquez to come in and evaluate me. Dr. Enriquez never made me feel rushed at all with all my questions, showed genuine concern for my well being to get better and treated me and in no time at all I was feeling better in a few days with the right antibiotics. I never felt like a another number, I was treated with kindness and caring and in a timely manner. I will continue to go to Virtua Cherry Hill Urgent care and will absolutely refer friends and family. Thank you to the amazing staff there from front to end.

2 stars because it was clean and quick. I showed up early for my 11am appointment and was taken back pretty quickly. I explained my symptoms to the dr/pa on staff (don’t know her name because she never introduced herself) and what I had been currently doing to try and combat them at home on my own. Her response was “someone else was just in here like that as well. I recommended continuing to take emergen-c and zinc and you should too.” I have continuously gotten worse day after day, which is what I was trying to avoid as I leave for vacation in 4 days. I walked there from my office and was back into work in less than a half hour with nothing other than a recommendation to continue doing what I was already doing. I should have gone to my pcp, cheaper copay and would have been listened to by provider.

I was recently seen for my annual ppd placement for work. I did not have an appointment, I walked in at my own convience, was greeted kindly by Karen, and my registration was completed in minutes! Was brought back right way, (didn’t even have time to look at my Facebook feed!) Monica S. Was very polite and placed my ppd promptly and I was on my way

Absolutely awful. 1/5It took them a week to contact me about my test results for what was quoted as being a test that would take no more than 24 hours. After several days/attempts to get said results with the reply theyre still pending, I went to Cooper urgent care, was properly diagnosed, treated and sent back to work DAYS before I even received the horribly delayed test results from this Virtua... And they werent even busy the day that I initially went!!

Awful experience, waited over an hour and half after appointment time. Nurse left me sitting in room with no update for another hour. Doctor shows up for 5 min then waited another half hour for paperwork. Understaffed, if you need urgent care this is not the place to get it. Go somewhere else.

Went to have breathing problems checked out. No Dr. Present. Was seen by a Nurse.Why no Drs on schedule on a Monday night at 5 pm ?Very disappointed.

I would recommend to see your family doctor, i went there, and was rushed in and out, just told I had a cold, it was not just a cold it was pneumonia, when I went and seen my doctor the next day, told him about my experience, he was actually mad, so I rather pay for the emergency room then go to this urgent after hours again
