After explaining why my daughter needed to be seen, the receptionist asked my husband, “Well, why don’t you just give her Tylenol.” Hello?!? Covid?!?

Went to here for my Covid test to travel to Jamaica and Chelsea provided excellent and fast service! I didn’t even feel the swab when she performed the test! We also received our results in excellent timing! I’m glad I choose PM for my test!

I have been here several times over the years with my girls, there was never a time, before yesterday, where I left feeling 100% about the diagnosis given. Every assessment before was quick, in and out with a “diagnosis” in 10 minutes with Mom and Dad out the door with the same worry we had when we walked in. NP Heather is an angel on Earth, she is made for this, her assessment was thorough… her communication was clear, we didn’t feel like just another chart on the board and we walked out the door feeling confident and HEARD. Thank you so much for your care and attentiveness!

I never went to this location before and called ahead of time to ask about insurance. I was speaking with Dawn and she denied me to come because of it being “booked” until 11, and also saying they are busy “with children”.(I clearly asked her, is she denying me to come because of her referring me else where, questioning the severity of my pain etc. and then again responding with “Well…” and nothing else. She referred me to go to a urgent care that was closed, and responded as “Well I don’t know” as a answer. I would never feel comfortable coming here and rather stay in pain until a professional, and assisting urgent care will be available.

Had to make an emergency evening visit due to our infant having a high fever. From the second we walked in we were treated with so much kindness & consideration. The nurse who took care of us was extremely comforting to both us & the baby. The doctor was amazing, so patient with all my questions, i felt truly listened to & cared for. Everyone even went an extra step to contact corporate for a mishap in our insurance. Overall we left so relived. They treated us & our baby so kind. It warms my heart to know our little one was in such good hands & i hope that helps others find comfort too!

Took all 3 of my kids with coughs and runny noses 2 days ago. They tested all 3 for COVID and I’ve yet to receive the results for any of them! I called and was told test can take up to 4 days to come back and once they do come back doctor has to review them before uploading them on the portal website. I wasn’t advised to quarantine just incase or anything. Thank god I had the common sense to do so because if they do come back positive can you imagine how many people they would have spread it to considering that they’re in school! 4 days! Then doctor has to review before uploading which could take another day or 2. That’s almost a week!!

The staff are excellent, highly recommend this urgent for children. However don’t be fooled by making an appointment, you are in the regular rotation of being seen with walk-ins. If they are going to create a system of appointments and walk-ins they should consult Quest blood labs for organizing things; they see appointments when they are scheduled and walk in’s have to wait.

The worse facility in the area. The person at the front desk refused to register my granddaughter, that was very sick coughing a lot, because I was not the mother, but the grandmother that takes care of her while my daughter is at work. I had been at different facilities and this is the first time that I went through this awful situation. It is very clear that this people does not care about the patients (The Little ones ). Do not waste your time with this uncaring, unethical and unprofessional monsters

My daughter left there and said, “ I want to go back there again!” 100% child friendly. Our nurse was super amazing..... my daughter still talks about the nurse with the daisy coat and now compares all other nurses to her....and no one can compete! Thank you CH PM pediatrics for your expertise and compassion for children.

My daughter needed iv fluids because she was dehydrated. I wanted to start at an urgent care that could give her the fluids. My appt was accepted online then when I called they said doctor said go to ER. They would not see my daughter. Why even advertise that is what you can do for a child. I also didn’t understand how they could refuse to see my child. Website says they treat “abdominal pain and dehydration “ but clearly only when they choose to. Thanks to CHOP/Virtua my daughter got the much needed Iv fluids and is much better.

Took my son there because he has been having some gastrointestinal problems and I wanted to rule out COVID, so I took him there to be seen by a doctor and to get a COVID test. The doctor and her assistant were very nice, I was even considering changing practices since my kids doctor is still closer to where we used to live. I was told that the test results will come back in 24 hours. 24 hours passed so I called (another thing, it is very hard to get to the receptionists, their phone system is made up so that is hard to do so), so I ended up talking to someone to ask for his tests, the person told me that it could take 24-48 hours, no problem.I called the next day and I was finally able to talk to a receptionist... she told me THEY LOST THE SAMPLE! she also said that its been a problem with the lab we have been using and said well, you can come back and we can do another test, the receptionists was very apologetic but that is 2 DAYS wasted!. When I asked if I was ever going to be told that they sample was lost she said we have no way for us to know that... so let me get this straight: they are using a lab that apparently loses COVID samples, then instead of the practice doing their due diligence and make sure that every test comes back with a result, they make the parent do the leg work, because otherwise the parent would never know if the COVID sample was received at the lab or not? I was so angry... these times are uncertain as it is... you go to a doctors office to get some solace and to make sure your child is ok... they cant even do that. To add insult to injury, no one from management has even called to apologize for this, with COVID everyone knows that time is of the essence. I am just not happy.Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this practice.

This place has the worst billing! They are scammers. They have you sign a bill responsibility form and tell you what the cost will be and how the process goes. And say you’ll get a statement or message before they actually bill you but then they charge your card the same day that they notify you they never call they never sent a statement and they say they did. They also charge the insurance company more and if your claim is denied they charge you THEIR amount not the out of pocket non insurances amount they give you. Horrible. Don’t sign or leave card I formation with them ever. Scammers

This was my 3rd visit, and I like the staff here better then our primary pediatrician. The front desk was so friendly and courteous, and the doctor was exceptionally sweet. She listened to my concerns and gave me the answers I was looking for. She didn’t rush out, we weren’t just a number. Thank you pm pediatrics!

The entire team at PM Pediatrics was compassionate, friendly and displayed excellent customer service. The front desk receptionist was very helpful as we navigated the check in web portal. The nursing staff that greeted us at the weigh in station was also helpful and carried the car seat for us as we walked to the exam room. Dr. Shah was so kind with my daughter when examining a dislocated elbow. Thankful to have them close to home.

We brought our daughter in for stitches on her chin because of a fall. The doctor and medical staff was kind and very helpful. The waiting room was a different story, there were too many people waiting for a Covid test and the waiting area was not separated. It was a real risk to be in such close encounters. They should add a system so people could wait in their car and called when it’s their turn.

Terrible experience with the Doctor there. Front desk receptionist are LOVELY but the doctor literally was clueless & unhelpful. Very awkward & honestly felt like she had no idea what was even going on. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Each staff member was kind and efficient. The wait time was very short and the infection prevention measures were maintained throughout the location. The physician I saw listened to my concerns, took my personal situation into account and provided education in a very clear and understandable manner. The experience was very good and I would highly recommend this provider.

They have an excellent business model! Very punctual, and they did not keep me waiting at all! They were competent and very nice. The doctor gave me good advice and had a pleasant bedside manner! In The NJ office, they said they do not take other states’ Medicaid insurance . But they offer a similar business model in many states.

Dr. Shah is very caring and personable. She provides the best, evidence based treatment/care and explains everything thoroughly in normal words that any parent can understand. She spends time with and truly cares for her patients.Tom (Nurse) and Jamie (front desk) were both very welcoming and great to work with.12/10, definitely recommend.

Great clean and calming environment. The entire staff was fantastic and responsive to our needs when my daughter need to get stitches to her face. Dr. Autumn was amazing. Highly recommend them!

The office was cleaned. The staff from the secretary to the doctor was great. They made sure all the instructions they gave me about how to log on to my patient portal I understood. The patient portal was just as easy as they informed me when giving me the instructions.

My pediatrician for 14 years - CHOP- never has appointments anymore and they keep sending us to go here. I truly love this group. Responsive, staff playful w kids, very informative. I love them.

Excellent customer service. COVID Testing was a requirement for my son’s job and they were wonderful. They didn’t swap too deep and we got the results in 1 day. All of the staff were great!

Two very disappointing experiences here, the first was a four hour wait for a covid, test ( which is understandable, however the service was bad). I called ahead and asked if they were giving rapid tests, they told me yes, and I arrived at the locations and found out when I was in my appointment that they did not give rapid tests, ( which is understandable because they are in demand but I wish I had known that when I called). The next, I had been exposed to Covid, and was experiencing symptoms, I arrived two hours early before opening to avoid the wait, and was told when they opened that you need an appointment. On the google preview it states that you dont need an appointment or referral. I understand the long wait and lack of tests, however the service was bad, like there is no communication, and I was able to go without appointment the first time I went, and if that has changed it needs to be updated.

Cherry hill location is horrible.This place turned my 12 month old baby away because they said a fever of 102.9 temp wasnt an emergency , so now she is in the er with a severe uti, super high fever and dehydration and is being admitted would have been nice if she couldve been treated sooner.These people should be ashamed of there selfs!! If i could give no stars i would. They should care more about the children well being

The fact that this place is opened at such hours make it so convenient and accessible for those who are busy in school or work to come in and get checked. The wait time was so short. Super nice gentle staff. The moment I walked in I was guided by the staff everyone with a bright smile despite it being so late. They wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and even offered me something to drink or munch on. Seriously incredible staff. The doctor was probably the most genuine doctor I’ve ever seen. He actually wanted me to understand the diagnosis/prognosis unlike others who rush the appointments. Don’t know why I didn’t check out this place sooner. Highly recommend !

We brought our 5 year old in because she was bit by a dog on her face in multiple spots. The doctor tried to stitch her when she was barely numb and then wanted to restrain her by tying her down, when my daughter was clearly saying she could feel the sutures going in. The doctor also attempted to stitch one laceration three separate times before successfully getting the suture through correctly. We left and went to CHOP, got amazing care from a pediatric plastic surgeon and attending physician. Don’t bring your child here, just go to CHOP!

We went to the Cherry Hill location twice last week and both times we saw Dr. Autumn Dye. She was so condescending and rude that our 15 year old felt the need to try to explain the reasons him and his sister were there for Covid tests. Truly, you would have thought she was paying out of pocket for them. I will NEVER recommend going to there if she is employed there. I have never met someone so unprofessional. PM Pediatrics needs to address Dr. Dye’s terrible attitude with patients and parents.

Efficient, clean, very child friendly. Fantastic having such a specialized resource close by. We hope we never have to go back, but know that if we do, it will be a positive experience.

This group is wonderful. After a terrible experience at another walk-in earlier in the day, I came here with my daughter, presenting the same symptoms, and getting the same test, but unlike the other clinic came out with a solution. They listened to me and emphatic towards my daughters pain. I only wish I had chosen this clinic first.

Weve been there a few times. Each time, staff (nursing and medical) has been warm and friendly. Theyve seen us soon and were thorough and fast. We were in and out quickly. My granddaughter feels comfortable and safe there.

One of the best urgent care experiences I’ve ever had. Very knowledgeable doctor about children. Will definitely return next time we are sick. Very important to go to pediatric doctor for children versus adult doctors. I knew this and it was confirmed today (after having gone to an adult urgent care the day prior).

We were checked in efficiently and seen pretty quickly. The staff and doctor were friendly and patient with my only somewhat cooperative three year old. Poor little guy. They gave him a sticker for being a good boy - and he even said going to the doctor was “so much fun mommy!” My first pediatric urgent care visit and we will definitely use them again.

The service when I took my son was excellent. The doctor and the assistant were very friendly. However, I tried calling for them to check my email to see the Covid results, because in their discharge instructions it said I would receive an email the day of service and I never did. The receptionist hung up on me three times and the last time she didn’t even let me speak. Very rude as I’m a concerned parent.

The staff was amazing. We were waited on promptly, did not feel rushed and everything was explained. Great experience!

We were “those” people and didn’t get our daughter in until 11:30pm (half an hour before closing). The staff was still so very nice and patient with us—especially having a crabby, crying toddler who didn’t feel well.Everyone from the front desk, the nurses, the doctor, everyone was so pleasant and made it so we were in and out, without feeling rushed. So grateful this was even an option! Even more grateful to be able to see someone right then and there to help our daughter start to feel better.

So grateful this place was open on New Years Day. It was busy but we were in and out in about an hour. Front desk staff, nurses and doctor were all very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend this place in the event you cant see your primary pediatrician.

In the last week I have taken three of my children to be seen. VERY FAST SERVICE AND AWESOME STAFF!!!! Thank you very much.

Just visited this place for the first time. We live in NE Philly and decided to go because of the great reviews. We will definitely be back if we need to. The care was wonderful. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were wonderful. The doctor asked for my opinion on my daughter’s illness and the treatment and I truly appreciate that. The medical assistant was also amazing and my daughters loved her. Two more things.. lol there was no wait and the place was so clean! I highly recommend. Plus, it’s open until midnight every day.

PLEASE DO NOT , I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE OR TAKE YOUR KID HERE!!Its become a covid testing center, you will probably contract covid going here, plus we had to wait 2 hours just to be seen, as a covid testing center, pm pediatrics just cares about money and not their patients, the waiting room is so packed, they should probably set separate appointments aside for people wanting covid tests, but instead theres 100s of patients that just walk in for covid testing per day, making us true patients wait for 2 hours to be seen, last I checked they were a pediatric urgent care?? RIDICULOUS, worst place ever.

For my first experience at PM Pediatrics, I can say it was very enjoyable. Each staff member was extremely professional and helpful.

Highly recommend! We have been here twice and have had a pleasant and efficient experience both times. First time for my 7 year old - xrays and diagnosis within 30 minutes. Second time for my 17 mo old - stitches within 30 minutes. Make an appointment online! Also, the office has kid friendly decor and friendly, fabulous staff.

This place said you dont need appointment a their website.They claim they offer Covid test to children.They turned away 3 families with children because they claimed they just changed their policy .The sign on the door said the policy change was for tomorrow Nov 18th.They even called the police on one of the fathers and the staff was upsetting the smaller children .This was a 45 minute drive for me and my son.Im very disappointed about the way they handled things.I thought this place was for the children how can you turn away the kids.

I went here to get tested for COVID because I worked an in area where people were getting infected. What made the experience bad was that the doctor was kind of annoyed & unconcerned about what I felt. Also, they were in a rush to have me leave, despite having little to no patients at the time I was being checked out.

Everyone was extremely friendly and kind. The receptionist was extremely helpful as I was dealing with my daughter who’d vomited all over herself in the car, offering her a drink and getting us signed in quickly. The nurses were quick and thorough and even went out of their way to find her her favorite character stickers. The doctor was kind and saw us promptly, gave us a diagnosis and treatment and got us on our way quickly on a Sunday morning. The office was also very clean and tidy. We will definitely go back if we need after hours care.

Amazing!! After a horrible experience at our childrens actual Pediatricians office, we finally called PM Pediatrics to confirm that our insurance was accepted. We were in and out in about a half hour but more important than that the staff was AMAZING! The front desk person was quick and efficient, the medical assistant was fun and friendly and the doctor was the cherry on top!! My kids, for the first time in their lives, said they couldnt wait to be back!!

It’s been a rough winter and this is the 4th time I’ve been here with my 4 year old daughter since January! However, it’s ALWAYS a positive experience! Almost no wait, lots of distractions for scared little ones, and every member of the staff goes above and beyond to listen to you and effectively take care of you child. I highly highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience with my daughter at PM pediatrics, my daughter was in pain from an ear infection and really couldn’t wait until morning for go to our pediatrician. Everyone from the front desk person to the triage nurse to the doctor were all wonderful. It is always refreshing when all staff is kind and friendly towards the parents and children. This was our first experience with PM Pediatrics and it was wonderfu . Our son developed a croupy cough and as it was Sunday, our regular Pediatricians office was not open. This place was recommended and now we recommend it. Staff and doctor could not have been more friendly. Doctor had great bedside manner with our son, greeted him with stickers and was generally easy to speak with. He explained everything clearly, checked our son thoroughly, listened to us, and answered all questions we had. No wait time and we were seen right away. Could not have had a better experience. Highly recommend.

This place is great!!!!! No wait.... fast service!!!! From the person at the desk that checks you in to the nurse to the doctor....excellent service!!!! The doctor even joked around with my daughter to make her feel better. I live in phila but had to go to this center in cherry hill because they were open till midnight. I would definitely bring my kids again!!!

We were seen so fast here, and our doctor was helpful and reassuring with our baby’s cough and slightly labored breathing. Their hours are great, too. So glad we know about this place now! It’s a huge relief to know we can bring our baby here when our doctors office is closed.

The staff were all very friendly from the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left. The intake staff person was very helpful in getting us checked in. The doctor and nurses were all so kind and attentive to my child. I highly recommend PM Pediatrics and will definitely be back if their services are ever needed again.

I went here because the urgent care in cherry hill had a long wait, and they actually recommended this place to me! The place had a cute theme and everyone was really friendly and I got in and out in an hour! I’ll keep coming here.

I went in there with a crying child, everyone we saw was pleasant and polite. They treated my daughter right away and we were in and out in a very timely matter. I would highly recommend PM pediatrics.

I used PM Peds for my 11 month old son for the first time this past Monday. The facility and staff were AMAZING! They were great with us! I highly recommend using them if you need to.

We checked in and was seen by a doctor within 15 minutes. Dr. Luma was great! He was very knowledgeable and very nice. He was also very easy going and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this place. The staff was also very kind and great to work with.

I signed up for an appointment for my son and then I called to make sure they accept his insurance even tho its PA ins and the girl said yes. So I go at our appointment time and we r turned away bc its a PA insurance. You think that someone mightve told the girl working there that they dont accept it. Its just plain laziness n lack of respect for peoples times and my son was in pain. Will definitely not recommend them.

Very clean facility. Professional staff. We received a quick and accurate diagnosis. My son loved that it was decorated like a log cabin and staff was super friendly to him and made him feel very comfortable.

Second time here and each visit needed an X-ray. Completed and read during our visit. The first time he needed a hand specialist and they set him up with an appt and we went right there immediately after to follow up. This urgent is highly efficient, staff is very friendly, clean facility and never a waiting line while we are there! Highly recommend!

Can not say enough about how wonderful this place is. Not only was it clean, warm, and comfortable, but the staff was FANTASTIC. From the young woman at the front desk to the nurse (April), to the doctor, they were amazing with my son, and thorough. If I could come here for his general care and well check ups I absolutely would.

They were very patient and most importantly when I took my son to hospital at 23:58(2mins left of their closing time), they were very patient, treated my son, gave immediate medication, asked concerns, and they found out 24 hr pharmacy for medication and finally my son exited from hospital happily...If anyone asks me for recommendation, then I would go with PM Pediatrics. Quality of service was awesome.

Super friendly staff! We were in and out quickly and they were great w. my daughter! Love the later urgent care hours and the specialized pediatric focus. If you have to go to urgent care, this is the best one to visit! :)

Waited from beginning to end longer than I would have liked for having had an appointment, but atmosphere was great for kids. Loved the TVs to keep my daughter distracted. All the staff were friendly and professional. Would go back if I needed to!

Took my 16 month old in and The whole staff was so helpful and caring. Definitely better place to take children than normal urgent care. Everything is tailored for the children and they try to make the best out of a bad situation.

First time at PM Pediatrics and it was a great 1st time experience. I will def. Go back again. Check in was fast, got right in with no wait. We got looked at by nurse and doctor quick and with a quick diagnosis. They were kind and kid friendly. They offered my son a popsicle and he got a sticker. The place looks cool, with paintings and decorations on the walls forest themed, it was cute. The place was very clean as well.

Absolutely the best urgent care facility around. Extremely welcoming, sweet, and friendly staff from the front desk, right through the doctors. They made my kid feel like a family member being tended to by a loving parent. I dont want my kids to be sick or injured, but this is the only urgent care place to which Ill take them. Great, late hours, too!

The waiting area was so warm, welcoming and kid friendly. Not scary like most doctors offices. The staff was welcoming, friendly and very informative. Each room had a theme so kids would feel safe and the waiting area was like sitting in a log cabin. I would definetly come back and would recommend this place to others as well. A+++++

Staff was very kind, friendly and professional. I was in and out within 30mins. This includes checking in, my son being seen, tested, and released.

Everyone is very friendly. They called us back immediately. They asked us if we needed anything and bought us little bottles of water to the room. My 5 month old vomited all over the floor and they kindly moved me to another room and carried all of my belongings for me. Staff seem to really care about the baby’s well being and they told me I could call them later if I have any concerns or questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

Never had to take my 10 month old in for a sick appointment ever, not even her primary. The experience from the front desk check in was amazing. Then next I had Rn April and she was fantastic, I enjoyed every moment. The doctor as well was very compassionate. I would recommend anyone to take their children there for hours or just their personal convience.

Could not recommend this urgent care any more. Nice people understanding and helpful. They did everything anyone could do to make my daughter comfortable and make the visit go smooth and avoid tears. Doctors nurses and front counter staff all 10 out of 10.
