Loved the ability to reserve an appointment on line. Very efficient and knowledgeable check in process and person. Competent nurse. Glad my situation wasn’t complicated as I wasn’t impressed with doctor.

I have to say that attention from nurse and Dr was wonderful and they were very honest with the support that they can give my daughter. However I give only three starts as the assistance from the lady in Check-In office was so rude. I consider they should put more focus in service attitude on people that are receiving patients by first time.

Dr. Patel and Nurse Bauer both took excellent care of me, as did the receptionist, despite it being a very busy day. Thank you to the whole staff.

First time visitor to Cooper Urgent care today. Very impressed. After spending 3 hours visiting or calling four other places today in an effort to get my son a covid test, someone suggested trying Cooper. From the time I pulled my car off Route 70 into a parking lot to fill out the pre-visit reservation form, to the time we left to go home, less than 90 minutes had passed. Remarkable efficiency, friendliness and professionalism. This carried through from the processing clerk, to the RN and to the doc we saw. And this was on a VERY BUSY Monday. What a top notch operation! Cooper Urgent Care is our new go to.

Just went there today to be seen. Great facility. Excellent staff. Amazing doctor!! Sadly, this doctor is severely understaffed. He definitely needs another doctor in the office to alleviate his patients from having to wait in the rooms for 30 mins+ for him. However this isnt his fault nor does it negate how he interacted or handled myself as a patient. COOPER is entirely to magnified to not be able to afford another doctor here for the truest optimal care that any patient deserves. This whole facility deserves a 5 star. However Cooper chain deserves way less for this. HIRE MORE DOCTORS COOPER!!!!!

I highly recommend Cooper Urgent Care Cherry Hill. I was able to schedule an appointment online and though I arrived before the appointed time, I was immediately seen. The nurse practitioner quite capably handled my medical issue so that I didnt have to see the doctor who was also available. The facility is very clean and observes COVID19 precautions. I noticed a large spray bottle of disinfectant in my examining room and disposable paper was used to cover the examining table.

Theyre great! Theyre all very polite and engaging. Checking in was quick and easy. Very professional, and great bedside manner. 👍

The worst ever …. My son in law went showed his insurance and you told him that he is responsible for 50% of the bill,when he asked how much you replied that you don’t know. I don’t know how that is possible, and then you had an attitude when he said no. It’s all about the money with you and I think the state should ban you from doing test until you get your act together. I would rather go to a veterinarian.

I have to say today’s visit made a difference in comparison to a prior visit I had. I think the professionals during today’s visit, the APN, L. Ballentine and the registration/technician representative were both friendly and established rapport with my son and I shortly upon initiating our session. The APN gave us educational feedback that my son felt was helpful as a teen. And, we left feeling our concerns were addressed and heard. 🙏

From front desk to discharge my experience was warm and friendly. Selena did the initial check of my grandson. She was so pleasant and patient with him as she did his covid test. Ivy Harbin, nurse practitioner, came in to further assist and Dr. Czarnecki followed shortly after Ivy. He did a thorough exam. Our wait was minimal. I felt confident in the care my grandson received here. I’d highly recommend Cooper, Cherry Hill urgent care.

I was there yesterday evening after an accident at the gym and had the greatest experience I have ever had at an urgent care, ER, or doctors office. I was seen immediately and treated with such care and compassion. From the front office staff, tech, nurses, and doctor, all were wonderful. I can’t say enough positive things about this location and crew.

Disappointed due to fact money is the driving factor. Called to ask for alternatives med for my father, I myself being in Healthcare, told they cant do anything and need to be seem again for the same condition even though they have already evaluated him. When I asked the lady is it because you want to run thru is insurance again and be paid she just said yeah...

Been here twice now for lacerations and wound care. Each time they quickly got me processed and into room where doctors and nurses were great to deal with, quick throughout process, and got my bandaged up without issue. Compared to another another urgent care where I sought similar treatment, Cooper staff seemed more experienced. Consider checking in online which I did second time.

Ive been to this urgent care twice, and I have to say, they really go above and beyond for their patients. I cannot recommend them enough. Outstanding in all ways. I really feel like they take their time with you and try to hear your concerns, and they seem to also try to collaborate with you on treatment. Any time I have a health issue, I will go see them first. An absolutely wonderful experience, I tell everyone who will listen that Cooper is the way to go.

Quick and convenient, place to get necessary medical advice and treatment

I made my appt online. I got there 15 min before my appt time and they got me in right away. The frontline staff, PA, nurse, and xray tech were really accommodating and nice. Listens and cares for the patient’s needs. They even made a follow up appt with another specialist to to call me to schedule an appt. Great place to go for urgent health needs.

Walked in with a deep jagged cut on my finger. I was checked in immediately. All of the staff were very friendly and efficient. A nurse examined and cleaned the wound and I was quickly seen by a physician who sutured it. The nurse returned to apply a bandage and give me a tetanus shot. I was in and out in under an hour. Very good experience.

It was very ready to schedule an appointment online. I ran late did my appointment, and the front desk person was kind about it when I called to say I was late. The registration was easy. I was seen by a nurse practitioner. He worked with me until we identified what I needed....rather than rushing. I appreciated that. Also, there was plenty of parking and it was a very clean place. They also adhered to COVID-19 protocols from what I could see.

Today was my third or fourth visit to this location (I’ve been here for various different reasons over the past several years) and I have never had a bad experience. The staff are very nice & professional, The bldg is clean, and the check-in process is quick and efficient. Today’s visit was due to a slight reaction to my first COVID vaccine dose. It came on a couple hours after the shot (Tight chest, some palpitations) and I had already left the vaccination site. The checked my BP, did an EKG, and looked for signs of swelling at the injection site or hives on my body. Everything looked ok so no epinephrine was needed, but out of an abundance of caution they gave me two kinds of antihistamines and an oral steroid. I’m home now and thankfully the unpleasant feelings in my chest & heart have subsided. They advised me to take the same meds for the next week and call 911 if the heart issues start happening again. I’m so glad that I chose Cooper urgent care because I was in and out of there in a fraction of the time that I would have spent in the ER.

I have gone here along with my family a bunch of times when our GP was unavailable. Needless to say they don’t disappoint, they are efficient, knowledgeable, and always diagnose exactly what’s wrong. Will continue to go back!

Urgent Care on Rt 70E in Cherry Hill is & has always been wonderful. I’ve been treated when sick & at another time for 3rd degree burns & they were at the top of their game! Always so nice! I will update recommend them to everyone! They’re great with diagnosing & treatment! Today, during the pandemic I hurt my leg & they were so professional. Made sure they wore masks & treated me very well. A Huge thank you to all there that takes good care of everyone that needs their help! 💕

Went in without an appointment and was taken care of quickly. The front desk associate patiently walked me through the intake steps/payment and the nurse and doctor were very kind and efficient. I left the office feeling better and was pleased that my prescription was called in quickly.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to schedule and then get a call that was on time and professionally completed. The first Urgent Care caller took my information and instructed that a nurse-practioner would be video-calling me to help me with my medical issue. The practioner rang immediately after, accessed my problems, gave me a solution and then explained the instructions and asked me if I had any questions. She listened and didnt rush me and answered my questions. Thank you for this medical option when youre not feeling well and make it exceptionally easy to get help in a safe way.

I broke my leg and stopped in this urgent care. I was brought a wheelchair and was seen rather quickly. The receptionist wasnt friendly and spelled my email wrong in the system which later became an issue because I didn’t receive follow up info. I was seen by Dr. Jen T. She was friendly but later found out by my orthopedist at Cooper University that the wrap job was terrible and was not wrapped properly. You couldn’t even see my pinky toe. Also, my foot burned for days upon days because it was wrapped too tight and improperly. My orthopedist was very upset also that I was not seen in the normal 48 hour period for a fracture. I waited 7 days for an appointment and was told by my orthopedist that that was unacceptable and he apologized for their lack of attention and care for my foot that was incredibly swollen. So I wouldn’t recommend this urgent care unless you have a cold or something not so serious. But the Drs and nurses at Cooper University in Cherryhill are fabulous!

I used to love coming here. The nurses are super nice. I just don’t like the women doctor ( forgot her name) about 5’7, white, and rude. She made me feel like I was wasted her time and was so Snotty. I don’t like to feel like a bother so I just went else where.

This is the place to go if your personal doctor is not available. Highly skilled personnel, where doctors and nurses work together. They have all required equipment for X-ray or quick lab test. My family and I have visiting that place since they open. Accepting our insurance and charge us just like a regular copayment.

Ive been to this location at least three times and have always had a good experience. I was just there again a few days ago because for nearly a month I have been dealing with horrible congestion due to my allergies that I could not shake off with my regular allergy pills and nasal sprays. I couldnt take it anymore, so I tried to schedule an appointment with my regular doctor, but they wouldnt see me because I had upper respiratory symptoms. I have suffered with allergies and asthma ever since I was about 4 years old, so it was upsetting that theyd turn me away considering my history. I do understand everybody is being super cautious due to COVID-19, but all they could do was a telemedicine visit, which I didnt feel was appropriate for what I was dealing with. So, Cooper Urgent Care took me in! Dr. Patel was who evaluated me -- she was EXCELLENT! If I could have her as a primary care doctor, I surely would! She asked all the right questions, did a thorough examination, came up with a diagnosis, and a treatment plan quickly. Thanks to her I FINALLY have relief from that horrible month long congestion and can actually breathe through my nose. Next up is to see an ENT doctor and allergist and get my allergies back under control. Thank you Dr. Patel, you really helped me!

Today I saw a nurse practitioner thru telemedicine: he was very professional; and very helpful. This is the 2nd time I have used this location for urgent care. The last time I saw Dr Haroz: she was very caring; and very compassionate about her care towards me. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone.

Great experience! I was a walk in, sat in chairs no longer then 30 minutes the place was very clean the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable basically in and out in less then 45 minutes!

I got the best caring and loving treatment from the nurse and the doctor. They help me in a way I will never forget.

I came to this location As I wasn’t feeling too well due to the flu-like symptoms I was experiencing.I could not get an appointment with my regular doctor. The experience was excellent it felt like I was seeing my regular doctor. The front desk greeted me right away and I didn’t have to wait for the doctor to see. I highly recommend this place.

Very professional. Went in for glass in my foot and the ladies were all very nice. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and set up a follow up podiatrist appointment for me too.

With the exception of a crabby radiologist, services were very good. I would definitely return here for anything but getting an x-ray.

Was very pleased with my experience today at urgent care, with the person that answered the phone thanking me for following the notice on entrance door stating if you have flu like symptoms to return to car and call first, To the nurse that greeted me with a smile and face mask to put on, filled out paper work and got me right back into a room. Within a minute another nurse came in to take my vitals and info to the doctor who came in to examine me. With all this panic going around it’s nice to see this staff be polite, professional and answer all questions. Could not ask for a better experience. Highly recommend

The Dr. was very caring, concerned and helpful, I would highly recommend this facility but there was one woman with long hair that commented about my anxiety & the front the door which was unnecessary. Other than that the visit was very good so thank you to the Dr for being understanding today I felt much more relaxed throughout the visit :)

Not that I like being sick, but if you are and need a good place to get better. You cant find a nicer staff then this office. I have used this office for several years now as my family doctor is a bit away. Easy to reccomend as they can fix most normal everyday sick stuff, thats the medical word for it. I checked.

Going to the Dr is no longer a hassle for our family!The check-in process is simple and being able to see where you are in line and how long the wait is in real time takes the anxiety out right away. Out of the four times we’ve been there in 2018 I think our max wait was maybe 8 minutes.Today was 6 minutes.This Cooper Urgent Care is spotless, the staff is friendly, courteous and informative.I really can’t say enough good things about the staff here. The way they take care of my family is just beyond nice. I really feel like we are in good hands when we are there.Thank you!

This urgent care center is excellent! I was in and out in no time for stitches removal after being in Cooper Trauma Center. The staff is very friendly. From the receptionist to the intake personnel to the nurse and the nurse practitioner that took care of me were professional caring and was very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and were great. They really care about their patients. I would recommend this urgent care over any other one and I used to work for a major competing hospital urgent care center in the same area. I would go here any day over the others.

Due to an infection caused by manicure, I came to Cooper Urgent Care Center in Cherry Hill. The infection was so painful that I was unable to sleep. My finger was swollen and extremely uncomfortable. I rarely go to a doctor so I was as uncomfortable (or more!) about coming to the center as my finger itself. As soon as we walked in, I was impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of the office. The staff was incredibly welcoming and understanding. They moved us through the process very quickly and tended to my issue within 10 minutes of my arrival. The nurse was outstanding, communicative and empathetic. The doctor was incredible. With 30 years experience and a fantastic bedside manner, in a moment where I was quite nervous, he had me and my husband laughing. They did a perfect job with remedying and honestly addressing the infection in my finger. Very truly I give this place and its superb staff the highest of recommendations.

It was a very simple process. Their website tells you the wait times for each location and it was pretty accurate. You can “reserve” your spot in line, which I did. Check on was easy, first time information set up was easy. The place is clean and very nice. Everyone was very nice and pleasant. I was in and out and the whole experience was very positive!
