I had a pretty good experience here when I completed my drug testing for my new employment. The tech was professional and she explained everything well. My only complaint was one of the front desk receptionist made a point to go out of her way to let me know that she wouldnt wear the boots I was wearing because in her opinion the weather wasnt right for them yet. ???? Like really?? WTH I didnt ask for your opinion...

The nurse practitioner Bennett really needs to review instructions that he gives to patients especially when it pertains to prescriptions. Last interaction with him he was very dismissive. Not a place I would want to receive care from. Overall the other staff were wonderful and very pleasant.

Concentra was amazing! Hands down one of the best urgent cares I have been to. The staff was very friendly and professional and I was seen within 20 minutes of being checked in. I’m highly impressed and I just wanted the staff to know that they are amazing!!

Great, professional and friendly staff at the one in Cherry hill. The wait may be a tiny bit long but once its your turn, they are punctual and helpful.

The NJ location was fast, clean, courteous, professional and thorough. The Airport Philadelphia location was unprofessional, crowded, the receptionist was on the phone complaining that there was no staff to open for her. She told me I would be there for four hours! I overheard her tell a gentleman he could go to the NJ location and be in and out in 1 hour. I asked if I could do the same and she said yes. Well she lied. I was in and out in under thirty minutes! Walked in for a pre-employment drug screen and was advised it would be an hour wait. Although my wait was a little less than that, I appreciated being told in advance. Once I did get called back, the process was efficient. Staff was pleasant and I was in and out

The staff members are polite, however they appear to be overworked and under staffed. The facility itself is clean and they attempt to practice social distancing, but the place was still overcrowded. The mediocre score given was due to the two hour wait for a scheduled physical. That is entirely too long. Once seen the young man who conducted my physical was polite and professional.

I was treated with Great Care. They follow the guidelines for COVID. There is parking and I also received any medications that I had to take right from the location. The Medical Team here is AWESOME. Thank you for caring and showing me kindness and treating me with respect.

Staff are courteous and polite, but wait time is beyond reprehensible and unacceptable. 5 hours for a walk in and 2hrs wait time for an appointment is not good. Perhaps hire more staff to handle the workload because this is ridiculous.

As soon as I arrived, staff had a bad attitude. Then I had to wait 2 hours to be seen for a DOT physical. Then I was told I had high blood pressure. Just went to my primary care physician today n he reviewed my blood pressure for the last several years n blood pressure is fine. I will never step foot in any of your locations ever. George Myers

Havent received my urine test results yet. Made no sense paying them 200.00 for a physical, when they still referred me back to my primary doctor, for a physical or as they pinned it a follow up to clarify the findings of the physical. Crazy 😧

Extremely long wait time and no appointments in a very hot waiting room (it took ~2 hours to wait and be seen for my physical). The staff were very friendly and professional which made the wait less painful

Went for a “respirator fit test” some manager Jessica did not inform me over the phone that I needed to bring my own respirator. I got to the chery hill location and could not get the test done because guess what , was told, “you have to bring your own respirator “. And they also charge $70 for this service.

I came to the Concentra in Cherry hill for a physical for a job. I came in at 10 am and I left at 1 pm. Took 2 hours to get back and 1 to finish. That’s just too long in my opinion. The staff were nice.

The office was very clean the mom and daughter was very nice and professional and answer all my questions with out any issues. Definitely will be my premiere doctor

Worse place ever ! If I could give them a zero I ABSOLUTELY would . I was kicked out bc I had my son which I didn’t know he couldn’t be there. I explained to them that I live over an hour away . And they stated that my 4 year could give their patients covid . Which was absolutely absurd especially because I also explained to them I had just gotten off working night shift . Rather then being understanding they kicked me out . The worse place ever , I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone!! Both ladies were extremely unprofessional as well! They should learn some manners from the staff in their bellmawr facility!!!

Your doctor has insulted me on several visits now, claimed I was recording him, has laughed at me and claimed I was lying multiple times. Incredibly unprofessional.

Ok for the most part but I got the feeling like the person doing the breathalyzer for my pre-employment screening was insinuating that I had to do this due to abuse of alcohol and not a standard test. Not cool.

The Concentration in Cherry Hill New Jersey was excellent. As busy as it was the wait time was not too long. The staff was so friendly, professional, and just overall great and patient!!!! Will absolutely come back!!!

I liked the doctor and the med tech. Wait time was so so. I waited longer in the room then waiting room. But not a bad experience at all.

The worst urgent care I have ever seen.The staff was rude. Although I got confirmation from my insurance, they state that they do not cover my insurance. When I offered them to pay out of packet, they refused to see my child who broke her toe🥺They basically refused to give medical care!!!!I do not recommend you to go there!

In June of 2020 I fell at ups in lawnside. The pain was unbearable. My husband came and picked me up to take me to the emergency room. I received X-rays and the emergency room doctor told me. I shattered my shoulder and broke my humerus in half and I would need to see on orthopedic surgeon to fix it. That was a Friday June 10th. That Monday I was told I had to go to Concentra. So my husband drove me there to see a Dr Brown in Bellmawr NJ. I went in the examination room I gave her my hospital papers and told her about my pain and my shoulder X-rays. She then had me try to move my arm and told me without looking at my X-rays or reading any of the information from Virtua Hospital that I can go back to work with a prescription of Vicodin that she prescribed for me! I told her your joking. I will not. Her mannerisms and unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. Not only was there no compassion there was no Doctor in that room that day!! I called work and was told not to come in. I did have to have reversed should surgery by an orthopedic surgeon, with months of therapy. A painful long journey. I am now going back to work. I did go to a different CoCentra in cherry hill. I got to see wonderful dr there dr L. Kind,sweet ,caring. I wish I could of had her when I first fell. So in closing I hope Dr Brown gets reprimanded for her unprofessional non caring way. And I hope Dr L gets a Raise! Best Regards Diane Magdaleno

Ants in the corner of the waiting room crawling on people. I never was able to disclose my medications when they called me no one answered when I called back for three days in a row. This place is horrible.

They are rude, rude, rude. We called our insurance for an urgent care of my daughter. They gave us this facility as being in network. When we arrived, after waiting for half an hour, they told us that our insurance is not covered. We offered to pay out of pocket, they still kicked us out saying that it is not possible. Come on, where is your Hippocratic Oath. In case anybody reads this and cares: This happened at around 11:30 AM on 3/18/2021.

I was scrambling on a Friday afternoon to get my CDL drivers medical up-to-date. A lot of things had to happen in order to make it there on time but I was able to check in 15 minutes before the deadline. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and I was able to complete my drivers medical in short order.The office was clean and compliant with COVID-19 regulations and everyone that I saw in the waiting room was well taken care of in a short time.

Very professional and courteous. They were knowledgeable and efficient. They took extra care in making it a safe and clean experience. I was very satisfied.

The staff as a whole is just ok. The one male & African America female PA’s are BOTH extremely rude, aggressive & very opinionated. I felt more like I was on trial or being condemned for my visit. As someone in the medical field we are suppose to listen to our patients NOT tell them what WE think is wrong with them. LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS....

Honestly I don’t understand why employers use this place . The staff is very rude . The only person I can say was nice was Jeff the MA but other than that I had an issue with a PA who did not want to listen to my concerns ; I had a front desk girl with glasses also yell at me because I couldn’t hear her correctly the first time . Honestly I would never go back here for regular healthcare whatsoever, I only went here due to job clearance . Not to mention that they were also very rude and gave a hard time to my SO as well . What I can say to the PA and Front desk girl is if you’re not going to be nice in the healthcare field then don’t be in it . I’ve been in the health industry for years and have never ever treated a patient this way. If I could give 0 stars to post this review , I would.

Overall it wasn’t to bad. Time wise. It was a 2hr visit. Which isn’t great time wise but considering everything with COVID and other ppl there for visits. I was glad it was only 2hrs in total.

Went in for a dot physical I was in there 2 years ago and I had no problems getting my dot card. I am the same weight I was then. Now this lady who was not even a Doctor told me I was overweight and I should consider getting my tonsils removed and I might have sleep apnea and I would have to sleep evaluation. I told her that this physical is over and I walked out. Dot Driver’s stay clear of this clinic. You will end up getting caught up in a lot of serious problems. This was on a Saturday maybe she is only there then. Don’t take the chance if you don’t have to! Stay clear!

Dr. Bennett is sooooo nice and has a good sense of humor. I got the evaluation I needed and the assurance that I was good to go back to work, so here I am the next day waiting on these forklift operators to load me up so I can 🚛🚛🚛🚛🚛🚛🚛 Thanks, Doc!

I cant think of any reason not to give them a 5-Star review.I was there for a work related injury so I can compare to my usual health care provider.Doctors are Staff are very friendly and your particular situation receives the same level of care and concern as youd expect from any health care professional.The wait times can be excessive because they have to prioritize based on the issue so you should be prepared for that.But for a walk-in health care service I had no complaints.

Waited FOUR hours to be seen. FOUR HOURS !!! Dont go here. Over a few weeks n 3 Dr, 1 Dr had a WAY OFF opinion against mri results. I think a Dr just looking for work goes there. Any qualifications.

Was very well organized and the staff were very aware of there job.

Service provided was very professional & Friendly. Was done with my medical need in about an hour and a half. Will definitely be going back.

Jackie the nurse/tech was excellent. She is very good at her job and made me feel calm and relaxed. The doctor was also great. I would give you a 10 if it were not for the hour and fifteen minute wait. I had an 11am appointment but did not get started until 12:15. You did say plan on 2 hours and I was done in 2 hours and 15 min.

I have been to Concentra twice, the first time it was a wonderful experience. This review is for my second trip there. I waited 1.5 hours before I was even taken back and then waited another 20 minutes in the exam room without being seen and called my family doctor while I was waiting and he handled my issue for me. Totally unacceptable

Came here to get a PPD Test. I been waiting almost 2 hours. I am annoyedReception was friendly. No one should have to sit here this long.

Never go here for a n emergency!!! procedure didnt work for a serious nose bleed. They send me to the E.R)during the COVID 19 outbreak) but still took my money!!! and to top it off think they damage my nose. Have not been breathing the same! He put the device in my nose a bit rough! Will never, never go to any urgent care again!

Everyone at this office was very nice and hospitable. There were numerous staff members around to answer all questions and provide assistance. One of the staff members even went out and picked up lunch for me. I highly recommend this facility for all your needs! Thanks again for such a pleasant experience!

Dot physical possibly motivated for kickbacks to sleep apnea companies. Never had a problem before in 30 years. Have no problems sleeping. A few pounds overweight and my neck measures 17 inches I don’t know what that has to do with anything but. Told me I had to go to sleep apnea can’t imagine how much that cost sounds like they’re getting kickbacks. Physical wasn’t even done by a doctor physician’s assistant. DOT drivers stay clear. Go to your own DOT physician for a more comprehensive and non-bias review.

This concentra has very flexible hrs and the staff there are very professional and accommodating i recently had a Dot physical and the doctor was very courteous and explained everything in detail. Also took the time to make suggestions on what i need to do to control my blood pressure and cholesterol levels. They care about your wellness as a person . Great people great facility.

Very thorough. However, the wait was unacceptable especially since I called in advance and was told to simply “come in”.

If I were to grade Concentra on a scale from 0 to 10 0 being the worst 10 being the best I would most definitely have to say,10×10=100. The service was unbelievably amazing, so patient oriented. What also stood out for me was how wonderfully clean the establishment was. But more than anything else how I was treated with respect, courtesy and expediency I fully enjoyed the experience.

I sent what is i believe an unprecedented 2 hrs. Waiting for a cdl certification. I have been to other places and it gas Never taken more then 45 min. 1 hour tops...

It seems to take a bit of time to process people. Everyone was very nice, tho. I think there should be a sick people waiting area and a well people waiting area. With everything going around I was worried about Contracting an illness when I was just there for hearing test.

I had an appointment for a work-related physical. I waited over 30 minutes to be called to the back. Once I got started, things moved quickly. The tech who did the testing and the doctor who did the exam both were very nice & professional. But when it came time for the blood draw, the first person tried 5 times before giving up. She said another person would be in, but she was at lunch. So after another 30 minute wait, the second person successfully drew the sample. All in all, I left my 9:30 am appointment at about 1:30 pm.

Never been to an urgent care of any kind but Ill never go to any other facility then Concentra. Very professional extremely quick. Went in for an employment physical and it was so quick I felt like I just sat down.

There are good people that works here, every one I interacted with was really nice and helpful. I didn’t have to wait along time to be seen. The only thing I can say , is that I wish I could get my results from the test I took!!

Waited over an hour and a half to be seen. If they were gonna be that late the least they could do was call me and give me the option to reschedule. Physical therapy has been terrific at this facility.

Waited almost 2 hours, everyone in this office was rude, especially the front desk receptionist. I waited almost an hour before I asked how much longer and the receptionist told me I wasnt even checked in yet? However, when I first came in, she was the first person who took my information! She seemed annoyed that I asked and told me she didnt get to checking everyone in yet because she didnt get a chance to, yet. She said a few people called out so they were short staffed. I can understand that , but thats not my problem! If everyone was nice about it and not taking it out on the opatients then that would be different.I even heard the receptionist tell a patient, after she waited 30-40min, that they could not take her! I had to go here to have testing done for school,;however I will never return!I gave it one star because they did complete my test and this website does not give you the option to post a review unless you give atleast 1 star! Id prefer to give it 0 stars!!

I walked in and the front desk worker was extremely rude to me. She kept telling me I didn’t have an appointment without allowing me to explain. Finally I showed her the information on my phone and she said that’s exactly what I need and made me go home and print it out. When I went back after printing out my information there was another person who had the exact same problem I had except she let him go without printing his. I will never go back to the cherry hill location ever again. If it wasn’t for my employer I would never go back. I will never recommend your business if you continue to hire employees like her. It’s not like people enjoy going to take drug tests. It was an awful experience. The people in the back were very professional though. But unfortunately she’s the first person I seen which is the first impression. She ruined my whole day and wasted my gas money because she coulden’t just do her job

My doctor today was very polite and good at his job i wish i remembered his name. He was very professional and enjoyable to talk to while he tended to my knee injury. My nurse and the rest of the staff were also very polite and doing their jobs well despite how busy it was and seeming like they could use more help. I would definately reccomend this location. Thank you for the pleasant experience. Also i was checked in, evaluated, stitched up, and released in almost an hour. Very good urgent care.

Very quick and very courteous. They are almost always open and you don’t need an appointment. I went to the cherry hill location for a drug screening for a new job and was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: Its been 10 days since my husband was seen here for a head injury. Both the Dr he saw initially and the follow-up Dr said he should get a CAT scan. The follow-up Dr said they were still waiting for approval from NJ Manufacturers. (the workers comp insurance). So we waited. Now at 10 days post-injury my husband called NJ Manuf. to find out what the hold up is. Turns out Concentra NEVER SENT ANY INFO TO THEM!!! They told my husband for them to review and approve the procedure they need to have the info!! So my husband has been walking around with an under-evaluated head injury thanks to whoever at Concentra is responsible for sending the info to the insurance company. Totally unacceptable for a facility that is responsible for persons health and well-being!Review on day of follow up visit (3 days post-injury): The doctors were average. No complaints there. Workers Comp Ins made us come to this facility. I would NOT ever chose to return simply because the wait was 2.5 hrs initially and now we had an appointment for follow up and we waited again, a really long time (even with a scheduled time to be seen!). Some of the clientele make the wait worse. Im sitting here now, being forced to listen to a girl, wearing next to nothing, speaking loudly to a boyfriend (who is on speaker), using profanities. Other patients sitting here are annoyed too, many sharing knowing glances to one another. This has gone on for 15 mins and NONE of the staff has come out to ask her to step outside to have her conversation.

I visit this location two or three times a year for work related vaccines and test and I have to say the staff and facility is amazing. Service is always prompt and I have never had any issues or complaints. I recommend concentra cherry hill to a lot of people I know. Keep up the excellent work

I went here for a DOT physical. It was by far the best place Ive been to, to renew my dot card. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and had me in and out in no time. What I like about the Cherry Hill nj campus is they offer weekend hours saturday and Sunday, which was very shocking to me. I chose the Saturday appt and said if its a lot of people waiting to be served Ill just come back sunday. Which I didnt have to do. Ill say after I registered I was in and out in about 30 mins. The staff was super friendly and Ill definitely be coming back to this facility again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
