The people are nice enough but it’s ridiculous how hard it is to get someone to answer the phone or call you back. I called five times before I could actually get someone to answer, then she asked if I could hold when she finally did answer, then I was on hold for 10 minutes and gave up and called back, to get the answering machine. Should not be this difficult just to speak to someone.Update: also, be prepared to wait no matter what they tell you. The day I needed to come back to have my TB skin test read is a work day for me. They assure me that “Oh the ladies up front can read your test so you’ll be in and right out”. Nope. I showed up, had to sign a clipboard and wait to be called. Not efficient or considerate of people’s time.

While the service itself was decent, I waited over an hour before I was seen for a respirator fit test.

They did a good drug test and i passed but I want my urine back

Expect to be here at least an hour unless you make a morning appointment- it’s not the staff’s fault but it does take a significant amount of time to get small routine things done and they don’t appear to take appointments for small, routine tests. I should have driven across town to do my test instead of waiting here.

Expect to spend your entire day here. Or schedule very first thing in the morning.
