I’ve been really impressed with the care I’ve received at the Physicians Care on Hwy 58. I’ve been several times over the last several years and seen different providers, but have always received great care. These providers care and know what they are doing. I saw the APN today and she impressed me again. She quickly caught a potential interaction for a medicine she was prescribing, and chose a different one. She clearly is drawing on experience and expertise while making a diagnosis and recommendations. She also impressed me previously when a family member needed care. She quickly assessed the situation and rather than trying to treat and take a wait and see approach, she sent us to the emergency room, which was indeed the best choice. I highly recommend this practice and won’t hesitate to go there in the future. I’m grateful to be able to get quality medical care on a Sunday afternoon.

My visit went very well. The staff were all friendly, respectful, and professional. As far as the wait, it was the minimal. I felt like I was treated very well and would highly recommend this lication on 58 highway to anyone who should need medical attention.Not to say the other locations are not the same as this one, Ive never been to any other of the branches.

The staff was professional and nice. It was quite a wait but due to the status of the walk ins made it reasonable. My daughters exam was great. She enjoyed the interaction from the Dr. I dont have any complaints at this time.

Very friendly staff! Although I want familiar with the area, I was told by the pharmacist across the street at CVS that they would be a good choice. They took care of me right away when I walked in with allergy to fire ants. Would recommend this office.

I will say first that once I was taken back the nurse was great, very sweet and helpful, talked me through everything. My issue is that I made an appointment online for 1 pm, was told to get there at 12:45 even though I filled out all paperwork online, got there early, and had to wait until 2:10 to be seen by anyone. Do not plan your day or work schedule around this place!

Office was clean, sign in was easy and quick. Not to long of a wait. Waiting in room a little longer than was comfortable.

Very caring and explained everything thru my visit

Very efficient immediate care. Doctor ask questions to get a good assessment of my situation and diagnosis. Felt comfortable with her assessment and recommendation for relieve.

They are always extremely polite and even when they are slammed with patients they take their time to make sure you are taken care of properly. I feel very comfortable with the care I am provided there.

I have to say, this was the most pleasant experience Ive ever had at a medical facility. All of the employees were extremely polite. The nurse and doctor was very professional and attentive. I would typically say I cant wait to go back, but we all know thats not true. Haha!

Aside from a forty minute wait to be seen for a COVID test, and that was probably due to only one doctor/nurse practitioner, the experience was very good. Once I was seen, the staff was very nice, professional, and helpful.

They can have a decent wait time but I do like the doctor. She was very thorough. Not bad if you need a quick visit.

They were very busy with a waiting time of 3 hrs. This is because of the virus out break. But once we got see by a attendant we got in and out in a timely fashion.

Due to COVID-19 the wait is longer then it ever bin but long as u book a application u get seen on time over all experience was great

I brung my son to Physicians Care today at the Highway 58 location. The service was great we love the staff they were very friendly and thorough! Id recomend this place to friends and family, Ill also return if need be.

I fell and injured my hand and went to Physicians Care for treatment. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was saw, had x-ray, and got hand splinted in a professional and quick manner.

They were about 15 minutes late opening up but other than that,they provided great service.

Staff was very professional and polite. They took very good care of me. Facility is clean and sanitary. I gave them 4.75 because of the wait. But Monday is their busiest. I would recommend them to others.

They were very friendly and fast! I recommend booking a spot before you go.

The Drs. At physicians care are great. They r my families Dr. You dont need an appointment and they get n and out n a timely manner. They r caring and assist any way they can to make sure their patients get the best care. I love them and am greatful for them.

The doctor was helful to an extent and so was the nurse but when I was further trying to explain my issuse they stopped listening and was not able to acknowledge that they didnt fully treat my issue.

Had a bit of a wait, but completely understandable given the state of society we are currently living in. The nurse and Doctor were both kind and had a good bedside manners. They listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable and showed compassion to me, which is a real rarity these days. Although, they were extremely busy, they did not lose their humanity to care for me. I appreciate them both and recommend this location for your needs. I will be back!

I have covid, but when I got to the pharmacy the pharmacist said I was given the whole “covid kit.” She wouldn’t suggest anything that I wasn’t already prescribed. THANK YOU!

I had been experiencing a myriad of painful things when I arrived, and only had a short wait before being seen. Without having insurance, I was given full transparency of cost, and was not charged for anything else.The entire crew was very attentive, and kept me well informed about my status and next steps. Very concise and kind, even telling me to “feel better” on my way out.10/10!Thank you guys.

Your staff is friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. Ms. Terrestrial Haire, NP does a wonderful job. Shes very thorough as well as knowledgeable and caring. She does a great job in explaining and examining you. Ms. Wendy Calloway is very polite and thorough as well. She knows her job and is very professional. This is my place to go to when I need to be seen in a emergency.

I went to this office for an covid test. I paid $50.00 Co Pay then turn around and took $290.00 out of my bank account . They charge me $340.00 to put a Q-tip up my nostril.They are a ripe off and check your bankStatement. Ask for an itemized bill so you exactly what they did. I also have insurance. There office is located in Arkansas and the lady got smart about my money. I also reported them to my insurance.

My husband and I were patients at this facility today. The staff was courteous and very accommodating. Kindness and gentleness when you are not feeling well and are apprehensive about test results were greatly appreciated. We had a wonderful experience and have recommended this facility and amazing staff to our friends.

Actually quite an enjoyable visit to have my DOT physical done due to the smile everyone always kept and their exceptional sense of humor. I just moved to Chattanooga but I already know where Ill be going with any non-emergency Healthcare situations

Very very slow waited 2 1/2 hr just to get a dot physical with only 3 or 4 people in the waiting room never coming back and wouldnt suggest coming unless you have time on your hands

I cannot recommend & absolutely will not be back. I called ahead. Signed in. Sent my family on the way bc I presumed, Id be a minute. Only to be told that I couldnt be seen, unless I paid a balance of $26 TODAY. Since, this is the 1st Ive heard of this balance (Which isnt a big amount of money)... I asked to have it taking out of my account next week. But NO, WE CANNOT SEE YOU TODAY, UNLESS YOU PAY IT NOW.. So.. Not real good business practice as you not only lost my business today but all future business. I have good insurance. The amount of money you lost today has to be at least several hundred dollars, as I needed multiple X-Rays after a fall.

My visit went well, but the office failed to send my prescription correctly so I was in pain throughout the entire night. The following morning I am having to physically drive back and forth from this doctors office back to the pharmacy because they cannot figure out how to send my prescription electronically. The patient is having to do all the leg work while injured and the office will not answer their phone.

I highly recommend going here. Went here for a DOT physical and I was in and out in no time. Everyone was great and they are very knowledgeable

I waited a while, but it’s understandable. My appointment was at 2:30pm. I have waited for 2 hours. Still haven’t been back. Hopefully it won’t be too much longer.

Completely unprofessional. Discourteous. Dismissive. Waited an hour and a half wait for a covid-19 rapid test. But they would not give me results even if I waited. Said they call with results and no waiting for them. Promised to call by end of day. No call. Tried to call multiple times for test results but they just wont pick up the phone. Left voice mails. Wont return multiple messages. Finally drove back 2 days later in person and asked for results at which time I was once again treated as a nuisance. Absolutely avoid this place if at all possible.EDIT IN REAPONSE TO OWNER RESPONSEI can only guess the person writing the owner response didnt actually read my comments or didnt want to address them. As I stated in the initial review, I had the rapid test, not the slow test. . And the reply also completely ignores that the office would not give me the results at the office (which was also frustrating) but when I asked why not they promised to call by the end of the day but didnt, refused to pick up the phone, did not return multiple voice mails, and when I finally drive back to the facility and asked why no one had called the person at the front desk pulled up the results (which means the results were obviously in the chart), printed them, and handed them to me and was dismissive and unapologetic.

We had the most helpful and pleasant experience when going to get tested for COVID-19 at this facility. The receptionist (I believe her name was Stacy) was exceptional, patient, and informative. The doctor who administered the test was pleasant and quick. We are so grateful for their service.

The online application was a little difficult to use because we had to put the same information in twice before it would take for the appointment.

Wasnt feeling well, as soon as I opened the door I was greeted in a professional manner. The staff here are quick and efficient! The doctor talked with me to figure out my best course of action and himself was very professional and helpful. Best of all they work with my insurance company. If I do get sick again or need evaluations, I will be back at this location!!

I had poison ivy all over my arms and legs and was pretty much miserable! Drove to my nearby Physicians Care, registered and was taken back promptly. Easy diagnosis, treatment and on my way!Friendly, convenient and professional!!!

Doesn’t appear signing up for an appointment gets you seen at your appointment time. Even when you arrive early. The wait time was almost 1 1/2 hrs. Before seeing doctor. Not sure scheduling an appointment a head of time makes much difference.The physician and nurse were very good though.

One of the best doctor offices I have been to. My wait was minimal, the office was very clean, and the staff were friendly. They have very up to date technology that assists you with scheduling from home, saving a spot in line, and learning more about your health. In the patient rooms are interactive touch screens that teach you about a variety of health conditions which was very neat. The best thing was how detailed my instructions for home were and they were printed out on paper for easy access. Great visit, I switched to them for my PCP and I am very glad that I did!

This was my first visit to the Hwy.58 Physicians Care. I would absolutely recommend this location! I was given the best service in a timely matter. I received all of the medical attention I needed and was given the exact medications I needed to make me feel better. The entire team working on my visit day was so genuine and made me feel welcomed! From now on this will be the only location I visit!

So my daughter had an ear infection. We decided to go here because it was around 4 and close to our home. We were amazed, not only did they accept her tn care insurance, they treated her compassionately, answered questions, and gave additional helpful information before quickly calling in an antibiotic. Thank you for providing compassionate care.

Horrible service, was given a covid test on the 6th of January and here it is a week later and still no contact... dont try to call because you wont .reach anyone and on the off chance that you do they have no answers and tell you they will call you back and never do..... do yourself a favor and go to another urgent care, maybe AFC or any other urgent care. Horrible service.

Unremarkable professional assessment.

I have a primary care doctor but I have to make an appointment and keep it. However, my work schedule does not always allow me to. That is where I use Physician Care. I always receive the same quality care and it fits my busy schedule. The staff is always professional and caring. This way I can keep up with my health needs.

Fast and wonderful staff

I was miserable so the wait did seem eternal. But it there were only three people ahead of me and the wait was not long, in reality. The young woman at the desk was friendly.The nurse was attentive and both she and the doctor tried to be aware of my discomfort. I got a good explanation of the Rx I was going to use and I felt well taken care of. I recommend this office.I have used the East Ridge location previously when my Primary care CNP was not available (or a visit was not warranted)and was satisfied with them as well.

Comment: I have been seeing David Allen at this facility (Hwy 58) since they have opened their doors. He & Wendy (nurse asst.) have been with me so long, they know me by first name when I walk thru the door.Certainly NOT by frequency; but by longevity.They have always been caring, professional, and attentive to my medical needs. Even though I could easily have gone elsewhere, due to two insurances, I have always chosen to go there consistently, because of them.The convenience of walk-in and locale to my home are two of the other contributing factors to my longevity, but I have to state more so than that, it is always been because of David Allen & Wendy.As well as, the kind receptionist on duty that greet me when I walk-in!The comfort and sincerity of knowing they know my previous histories and they are always compassionate regarding my health concerns, speaks volumes to me as a patient. That type of tenderness and devotion to medical care is a rarity in todays world! I would highly recommend them to any one I meet, and often do!If something is successful, why try and change it?!
