Excellent blood sticks-like, no pain or marks! Efficiency is exceptional-a little better than 2 other clinics I have been to (w family members). Dr. Sass was thorough, observant, incredibly efficient, as well. Very pleased.

The front office ladies are wonderful, and super friendly. There is ZERO reasons why a person should be waiting over 2 hours for a drug test here (especially a basic urine screen). Management needs to revisit their processes to take care of their customers.

I arrived early on a Tuesday morning and was 1st in line for a DOT physical. Apparently 1st come 1st served is not part of their business model. I was there approximately two and a half hours total. This is a walk-in clinic so no appointment is necessary. They stop doing DOT physicals at 4:30 so you may want to keep that in mind.I felt the physical was thorough and fair and walked out with a new 2 year medical certificate.While I was waiting there were many people who came in for physicals and drug screening. Make sure your company emails them with the required information for whatever test you are there for. Seems like a lot of the people on that particular day were having to contact their employers to get that straightened out.I was self pay and the price was a little higher than I am accustomed to with the physical costing $92 & change.All in all, it was a positive experience and I will see them again in two years.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The day I arrived had a packed room but the staff was able to get patients in and out quickly. I actually placed on my calendar two years from the date for my next DOT physical for the same location.

Waited for over two hours to do a dot physical passed everything but when dr came he looked at me didn’t measure my neck and told me I needed to do a sleep apnea test. Had one two years ago in medical file at regular dr office passed it. Wouldn’t give me a dot card. Lost a really good job due to this nonsense.

Warning, go elsewhere. If u have simple drug tests, health screen u may bc work ordered but I still say Warning...go at your own risk. You will regret in the end bc u will b told how great your doing and then u will find truth through someone who actually cares for your health. My experience here was horrible and put my overall health at risk. Not patient friendly but company oriented. Cant believe this place got 4 stars except they loved that their basic drug screens,, examines came back ok, this is quikcare mill for businesses and their interests not yours. Went in for pre-employment drug screen. Staff assisted immediately, no long wait time. Was in and out in no time! Took no more than 15min! Very efficient & polite! Would recommend!

When I went in they had almost a full waiting room but I didnt personally wait more than maybe 10 minutes. They were fast, efficient, and very nice and clear with instructions.

The so called Dr that did my physical told my Im obviously in good health, but he couldnt clear me to work because my PCP aproved me to not be on medication for epilepsy when I havent had a seizure in over a year. I wasted 2 hours of my day. If you have to go to them lie on the forms if you have ever had anything wrong that doesnt bother you now.

These people were so sweet I got there between 20 and 30 minutes before they close I was kind of in a hurry they were ready to go home but they were still kind they worked quick and I did not know that they didnt let kids in there so I wasnt prepared with a babysitter so they decided it was okay and they let me have my kid there. I did forget my ID but thats my fault not theirs so they deserve every bit of five stars

I have been going here for dot physicals for yearssss! As a company driver, Owner Operator still now as the owner of my own trucking company! Its Such a breeze! Their staff are all super nice and professional from the front desk to the Doctors! Theyve never held me there long at all

There were quite a few people in the office but my pre-employment drug screen did not take long. I can not remember ladys name that did my drug screen, but she was very sweet and funny. Definitely made me feel very comfortable and also very professional!

I have been to this clinic several times and the staff have always been professional and quick at getting me out. Initially I came to give a 5 star rating and shame Nova for being so under staffed! But Michelle Bradley (Karen) comments were disturbing to me. I thought I would give Michelle Bradley and others a new perspective of what I saw. One thing I was taught in RN school is that the diagnosis is never the obvious. 1. It is obvious that they are under staffed. I also verified this in conversation during my drug test. 2. The lady in the front is doing a minimum of a two person job. Assuming had you picked your head up from your phone you would have seen that she had to stop numerous of times from putting our information into the computer to 1. answer the phone. 2. greet people, inquire about mask (some people got attitudes when told a mask is required), ask COVID19 questions, scan for a temperature and then find out why we are here!!! To add insult to it all, I actually watched people place their clip boards on the opposite end of the counter from where the lady was sitting! Who does this!!! I also watched the lady extend her hand for a clip board from a guy and he shoved it across the counter instead of placing it in her hand. So Michelle I hope you open your eyes to the diagnosis, because it is never the obvious!

I did not have a pleasant experience at all. First of all, they had only 1 person working the front desk who was very rude, and unprofessional. I waited for a exactly 2 hours. 2HOURS. I was there for a physical and drug screen. The other nurses that done my drug test were nice. The doctor was also very nice. But the man who done physical part of the test was VERY rude, and hateful. Yelling at me and belittling me. Very bad attitude. This location needs to be paid a visit by management. Or turned in to the BBB.

Past experience had me dreading this visit. I was blown away though. The clinic was spotless. The attendants were so very friendly and nice. Stephanie at the counter was patient and attentive, and Tania (sp) was very thoughtful and courteous as she ordered the necessary exams she would be conducting.Way to go NOVA! TOP NOTCH.

If it werent for the front desk girl, Adrian, I would give 5 stars. She just does not seem to like her job, or even want to be there in the first place. Stephanie is awesome and professional, and should be given a raise!! The physician was very nice, too, and seemed to be nice to the employees. The other employees seemed happy and nice also.

I arrived mid morning. Was greeted right as I entered. Very prompt and professional. I was evaluated and released in about 30 to 35 minutes. Excellent visit.

I was sent by my employer for a random drug test. Front office wasn’t very friendly, kept demanding paperwork from online, or I would have to pay for the test myself. The website wasn’t clear, and front desk wasn’t much help, went to Physicians care instead.

I found the staff very friendly, the nurse, Stephanie who did most of my DOT physical was kind, friendly and answered questions. She talked with me and didnt rush through the physical as if I was just a number, I was a person. She was wonderful when I told her I really had to use the restroom. The urine test was done rather quickly. The person at the front desk looked at me when she spoke to me and acknowledged me when I came in the building, she smiled even. The doctor was friendly and talked, although he was all business he still was kind and friendly. He was interested and waited till I could do certain things that took a few more seconds to do, such as crouching down, but I did it. He understood the prescribed medications and allowed me to explain them and even took the doctor name and phone number. This is a great place for DOT physicals. The wait time was a bit long, but it was the time of day I came in, they dont take appointments.

When I first got there I thought the receptionist was rude but she turned out cool. I understand the wait because it was crowded but the only complaint I have is the fact that after I filled out the paperwork and took it to the desk and tried to hand it over with my ID and info on the forms it was taken and just thrown on the counter for everyone to see. No explanation of what to do next so I just stood there and waited for a while like????? Just to get ignored. I’m like you have to put your name, social, address and ID on this form and you just going to throw it on the counter for anyone to see.

Absolutely terrible experience at Nova Medical in Chattanooga! Was stuck in both arms a total of 4 times! I have plenty of huge veins in both arms so it wasn’t a challenge issue. The problem was they gave the IV bloodwork job to a person who’s a complete rookie and didn’t supply her with any team backup. Actually, after trying to coach her myself and calm her down while she was very nervous, the other employee that just left her in the room should’ve stayed to make sure she was able and back her up!To top it off they walked me to the front and released me before I did the drug testing and as I was driving home at 550pm I realized it was too late to go back and get that part of my requirements done. ( Nova closes at 600pm) So I went back the next day with a full bladder and asked the front clerk if I had to wait due to the circumstances of having to come back from the day before and she looked at me as if I’d asked for something special. I waited 25 more minutes and couldn’t hold back either my bladder nor my attitude! I asked if someone could help or I’d have to go let all that water out! The manager said to go because I’d have to wait my turn. I again told her I was here because Nova made the mistakes and it wasn’t right to make me wait even longer two days in a row! The manager didn’t care and had a look of anger and seemed to be purposefully targeting me now.So there you have it . Super poor patient care and very bad management. I myself have been in medical management in major hospitals in Radiology departments and would’ve never allowed my staff to treat a patient this way. ESPECIALLY AFTER KNOWING MY STAFF WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SITUATION!!

If you are a black male, prepare to be yet again criminally profiled. The tech was adamant about me having something on me before I took the test. After emptying my pockets and submitting Urine sample, he told me my Urine was contaminated. Then proceeded to tell me I had to submit to a strip search. Felt more like a prison intake than a drug screen. Make it worse, it was a gay guy asking to strip search me. Very unprofessional behavior. A testing facility has no room for racial profiling. Not accused of a crime. Dont have to prove Im not a criminal.

Staff was EXTREMELY positive & welcoming. I felt like they knew me even though that was my first visit there. It also only took a few minutes to get my drug screen done & I was out the door.

They had exactly one person doing drug screenings for work and there were 12 people waiting to do just that when I went. So the wait was close to two hours just for a urine test just for me. Everyone else had been there longer.The receptionist spent the entire time on the phone talking really loudly about some pest control issue, that no one needed to know about. It is a medical facility. And so she was decidedly unhelpful. I never got her name because she wasnt wearing a name tag. But she was thin and had long hair.When asked what was taking so long she just sucked her teeth and shrugged and then disappeared from the front desk to go somewhere else in the building, leaving the receptionist desk unmanned and more people were coming in for work screenings.The receptionist was also unprofessionally dressed. An outsized sweater over a ratty, badly fitting tee shirt and old jeans. Hair a mess. Her entire attitude was as if she would rather be elsewhere.I have been in gas station bathrooms that were more welcoming than this place. And took far less time to get seen to also.Once I actually got seen to it was swift and efficient and the person doing the test was professional and polite. But only one person to do urine tests for jobs isnt enough.

Long wait times for a drug test. I waited over 1.5 hours, so did a co-worker that arrived when you opened and was the first one on the list. You have an issue with your process that could be corrected if managed by the time the visit should take. (I.E. a drug test that takes less than 5 minutes to complete vs a longer appointment)

I’d never done a drug test for employment. I was a little put off by the paperwork but afterwards I realized why they are the way they are. Everyone was very courteous and professional. My lab tech was a 30 year navy veteran. That helped me a lot. Thank you.
