Waited about an hour to be seen. There were 6 people ahead of me. So I think staff did a good job getting everyone seen. Doctor was very personable and energetic. He answered my questions and didn’t seem annoyed with all the questions I had.

Wow! Excellent Service and Very Friendly Knowledgeable Staff. I was ate up with poison as well as hard build up in the deep part of my ear drum after coming back from the beach. Doc knew right away what it was and verified as well. The place is very clean and relaxing. I actually didn’t feel like I was at a Doctors office. Glad and thankful for the few here taking care of me while on vacation. A Plus service!!!

Physician’s Care was wonderful. I was a new patient, new in town and looking for a place with a staff I could trust. I had just had 2 very serious surgeries in another state and needed follow up care and guidance. They provided me with both. I will continue to see them on a regular basis for my health care. I recommend them highly and really appreciate knowing they are there for my best care. To the entire staff, thank you so much!

They are horrible they give you this song and dance about how they can meet you basic care needs including prescription refills. But when it comes to getting the refills you have to call leaving a bunch of messages, before you might get someone to respond. This has been an ongoing thing and the medication their PA prescribed for my daughter. And every month i have to call and pretty much beg them for another months worth. I do not recommend them for basic family care. Stick to only using them for an urgent care.

Easy to book my appt online. Got in same day and got a place in line so I didn’t have to wait long at all. Very nice staff!

This location far surpasses previous experiences just a few miles away! Friendly staff, appointment time was accurate without a long wait, and the Doctor was fantastic! He was kind, and compassionate, all while making us feel safe and cared for. This will be our Urgent Care spot from now on!

Our service was excellent from entrance to exit. Everyone that we encountered was friendly, professional, and thorough. We walked in clinic approximately 30 minutes prior to it closing and were welcomed. The nurse practitioner treated my daughter with compassion and patience. GREAT experience.

I took my son here to have a physical after having a poor experience at AFC urgent care. From the moment we walked in the receptionist was kind, friendly and greeted us with a smile. Check-in was smooth and seamless. We waited less than 5mins in the waiting room when the nurse took us back to see the physician who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and had a great personality. Great service all around at this facility! Thank you so much and I will be back!

I went to physicians care after lacerating my hand. I didn’t know that they could do stitches but they did and I was so glad because I did not want to go to the emergency room. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly there and it’s probably the best walk-in clinic I’ve ever been to.

I got in quickly after exposure to someone with Covid. Results came back within 15 minutes. I appreciated the efficiency of the staff.

Tiffany was amazing and very kind when issuing my steroid shot. Being a person with anxiety, she drawled the shot of medicine in the room to make sure it was the right one. Lol my mind is quirky like that but honestly that meant everything for me to help calm my 😬 nerves.Thanks Tiff

Telemedicine did not work, and when I called about it, the receptionist lied that there would be no wait time. 15 minutes later, I showed up and there were two patients ahead of me. I sternly told her I had no time for it, and later I learned that I was lied to.

We went out of town and experienced some symptoms - the staff was very nice , the doctor was very knowledgeable and took his time with us - if I ever need any more medical care this is my goTo - great overall experience!!!!!!!

They were good listening to my issues. They immediately addressed the issues.I would have liked a summary on my medical condition, even though the doctor there explained not to strain myself. For a couple days. Staff were very nice. They even worked with me on payments. Wasnt to expensive. Xrays only cost around $40.00. If you would need urgent care I would definitely go back. They took the time to identify and analyze to problem. Rather go here then the Emergency Room. STAFF HERE ARE NOT JUDGEMENTAL LIKE THE EMERGENCY ROOM IS WHEN YOU DONT HAVE INSURANCE.

The appointment scheduling and check-in processes were very easy, and the service was great. I was seen by a physician promptly after I came in since I had scheduled an appointment ahead of time. The doctors and nurses who attended to me were very professional. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I feel like I was given very good care and that the doctors cared about how I was feeling and the staff there was also great the nurses and the x-ray technician was really great too! Its hard to find a place that actually cares about you these days so its really really nice that this place feels good to go to when you dont feel well.

Dr. Gartman is great, the staff around him is absolutely terrible. Not trained, very slow, and terrible bedside manner. Would recommend Erlanger East over this place, and thats bad!

This is the 3rd time for doing a DOT physical. Every time I have to wait 4 plus hours. Simply doesnt make sense. I mean of course I have other plans like a dentist and tire appointment. And to add to. The staff is truly rude. How this place gets away with piss poor service and no sense of urgency I and everyone else that co.es in here would love to know. If you can go elsewhere by all means do it

I was nervous about the actual test because I hear so much about the swab test being so unpleasant . Everyone at this location was very nice and professional. The swabbing was done gently and quickly which I was thrilled about. I would definitely recommend anyone needing to be tested give them a call or do as I did go as a walk in. I was nervous but the process was painless and quick.

Comment: I arrive at 7:50 pm and realized they closed at 8 not 9 but the receptionist was very kind and allowed me to been seen by the doctor . The nurse , the doctor were all very kind and attentive to my need . One concern ; because I need an ultrasound which was not available until next day at a diff provider for my knee , I had to call them two laters to find out the recommended treatment , At the ultrasound the technician said they would get the result straight to the doctor and he/ she would do a follow up call that day . Now in the doctor defense I do not know how long the results of the ultrasound sound took to be sent back to him . But , over all I was very impressed with the service ,definitely will return in the future . Thank you

I was very impressed!! My doc wanted to be very comprehensive, he is asking for tests I’ve never been offered to figure out what’s going on.

Tracy Gartman wrongfully diagnosed my boyfriend and I with an STD before sending any lab tests out. There was nothing seriously wrong with either of us, but he spoke the diagnosis like it was fact. He shared our personal information with people without permission which is a violation of HIPPA. And now I owe them $200 for what? Wasting my time? Everyone here is an idiot.

Wish I could give zero stars. Waited over 2.5 hours on visit then they do not do any follow up with patients after lab testing or referring them out. Inappropriate doctor handling. Do not go here if you want good care

Came to this place cause I was very sick one day and I couldn’t go to work so they sent me here, when this whole pandemic was getting worseSo fast forward to my appointment we go in everything goes fine I was negative for covid and they looked at my neck and noticed something seemed off with my thyroid and he asked me do I ever get acid reflux and a gland swells up I said “..yes” (not knowing where this is going)They refer me to Chattanooga image scanning or whatever it’s called to get a scan on my thyroidCame back with nothing found (my insurance covers that one)They then told me to comeBack for a follow up but a zoomed in scan version just in case they missed something that didn’t show upAnd last minute told us that my insurance wouldn’t cover it and never heard from them again.Don’t recommend this place. At all

All of the staff was friendly and helpful, however there was nothing urgent about this urgent care. I was waiting for a very long time, even after I was in the exam room and also after the physical was already finished. I finally had to walk out and ask if I could leave yet.

Absolutely terrible. Went for a simple physical for work. I arrived at 12:50 pm. It’s 2:53 and I still haven’t been called back to a room yet. Only use if you have 3 + hours to waste!! Also, the receptionist said it would be 1 hour which was clearly way off, and she was very dismissive when I said it had been double the time she stated.👌🏻Editing to add the doctor was great and super quick once I got back there. Please at least give people a better estimate on time.

I was in there for a visit a week and a half ago. I was told to let them know if the round of antibiotics alleviated my problems. They did not, so I called on Wednesday and was told the nurse practitioner that saw me would not be in until Saturday, and I needed to call back. I asked if I could leave a message and they said no. I waited until Saturday morning and called but no one answered. I left my name date of birth and phone number multiple times and never received a callback. I called Sunday and have yet to get a callback. My wait to get in initially Was fairly substantial but I understand they are busy. What I don’t understand is why they do not return calls at all!

I came here because I couldn’t hear anything out of my ear due to wax build up. This is suppose to be an “urgent care”. They had me waiting an hour to be called back. They called a gentleman and his son back that came in AFTER me..... The lady then called me back just to ask me what was going on and the physician didn’t come in until 40 minutes later just to tell me there was wax build up.... It took her (the assistant or whatever she was) another 30 minutes to come to in and actually start getting wax out. She was in there maybe 10 minutes, then left and got the physician. The physician was so ROUGH with my ear. She says “oh there’s still wax in there” walks out doesn’t tell me what she’s doing and then sticks something in my ear trying to pull wax out and now my ear is bleeding. It bled for 2 hours after I left. Prior to leaving she brings in my discharge papers, hands them to me and walked away. I will never go there again! Simply because of the wait time and how the physician acted over all.

They were a bit standoffish and even a bit rude at times. Johnathan was nice and the nurse who did my test was super nice but seemed a bit overworked, get my girl some help. I tried to call multiple times about my results as they hadn’t even set me up for the patient portal. They wouldn’t answer the phone or return any messages. I ended up having to call the East ridge location who picked up immediately and got my results back to me very quick. A week later this clinic I finally got a call from them with my results. Props to the nurse and the East ridge clinic though.

I came for Covid 19 test. They were very friendly, efficient and thorough. This was my first time that Ive ever used their services here, and Im glad I decided to use this place.

Unbelievable how bad the hold my spot process is. We needed a covid test and got a spot for 3:50p. We are given notice that it is delayed and we should arrive at 4:12p. We arrive at 4pm and are told to fill out online paperwork. We fill it out and are given a time of 5:07p. I am told that if you are called and are not there, you go to the end of the line. So i go home and return by 4:50 so as to not lose my place. I arrive and am told there are still 3 people ahead of me, but that it has been going quickly. I sit in my car until 7:35, when its finally our turn ... three and a half hours to get in the door.The staff was nice enough and seemed quite competent, but theres no way I would voluntarily go through this again! Its hard for me to imagine how this system could function more poorly!

Just had a chest X-ray . The X-ray tech was able to take X-ray quickly and I was able to get back to work afterwards.

This was the most efficient visit Ive had at a doctors office during the COVID season. Very quick. Very convenient.

Providers are friendly and thorough. Nurses and office staff are rude and unprofessional. Instead of answering the phone they just picked it up and left it on the counter with me on the line. Did not even initiate approval on CT scan the provider ordered after 3 days.

I came in for a quick checkup on my lunch break, 10 minutes before they were closing. The staff was rude and short with me and wouldnt assist me in anyway other than repeat saying We close in 5 minutes as she stares blankly at me. Horrible customer service for a physicians care.

Was told a covid test would take 48-72 hrs to receive results, wasnt called back until 5 and a half days. I missed the call and tried calling back. It is difficult to get in contact with them since the calls are automated. They didnt even leave a message or email the results. It has been 8 days and the results are now useless. The checkup also seemed rushed rather than a thorough review. Would not recomend.

Staff was friendly enough. Working in plumbing, I get little sympathy for working in less favorable conditions at less favorable times. I understand that times are hard and the Healthcare industry is undervalued, under staffed, and under appreciated (arent we all?!), but transparency, communication, and professionalism go a long way.I was skipped by a group of 4 (which they assumed I was apart of, presumably because of my skin color) with no insurance or a hold my spot appointment for a covid test, although I was the second one in the door at 8 am. I get a text that says my appointment is at 8:42, but dont get called back until 10:55-- after multiple attempts to inquire as to my position in line or an estimated wait time.No one likes to wait, but when youve clearly been looked over and there is no communication as to why it is frustrating.

Scheduled hold my spot appointment. Been waiting almost 2 hours. Kept calling to ask how much longer, they kept saying you are next. I dont mind waiting and I understand the difficulties facing these facilities, HOWEVER, communication is key. They could have reached out and let me know of the delay, but no, I have to keep calling and calling and calling. I dont understand how there can no be better streamlined processes in place to get people in and out for a simple test. This is ridiculous, truly unacceptable

LGBT and Planned Parenthood unfriendly. Waited 3 hours for anxiety and the doctor, whose name I didn’t catch, briefly touched on the COVID-19 related anxiety that brought me there. He then immediately launched into attacking my PCP, Planned Parenthood and my treatment management with them regarding my gender transition and HRT. Argued with me for 5 minutes about labs and how I should see an Endocrinologist that he was all too eager to suggest. I ended up walking out the door after he continued to disrespect me and my previous and continued treatment at Planned Parenthood. Definitely do NOT recommend.

Signed in on line. Had to wait 80 minutes for a procedure that took all of 97 seconds (removal of 9 staples. Apparently I was removed from the queue and put back numerous times. No explanation for the long wait until I asked. Very frustrating. Staff was generally not friendly, except the guy that was with me for 97 seconds.I would not recommend this facility.

I visited this location for a pre- employment screen and TB skin test. Overall, I had a good experience at this location.

I’ve called over the past week 4 different times and left voicemails for lab results and all 4 times I have had no call back ... very disappointed and will be going to my insurance to let them know.

I have been waiting for over two hours to see a doctor just to get my regular medication refill. They refuse to do it over the phone, made me come into an office during a pandemic just to wait. Still havent been seen, although Ive seen plenty of people come and go to be tested for COVID-19. I strongly believe that people that just need medication refills, Or a follow up appointment, should be fast tracked so they are kept away from possible COVID-19 exposure. Ive gone in to check my spot three times now, and all three times Ive witnessed people sitting in the waiting area without a mask. This will be my last time I come here Im looking for a new doctor

I had a covid test wed, 1-6-21 at 1pm, i was told by a nurse to call back friday 9 am to ask if the results were back. the only time they answered the phone i was transferred into their lousy calling system again. i had called 6 x friday 1-8-21. the last call was 5:45, system placed me on hold until the clinic shut down at 6 pm. i never was told if the results were back or not. horrible customer service. could be called physicians dont care. the east ridge clinic was so much better than this. they dont mind taking the cash. 1-9-21, i left two messages-answering service and lousy in office computer system. they did not return the call around 9am as i requested. front desk did not acknowledge much about phone system. they wont answer when open. they have never called back from leaving 8 messages. a nurse will answer your message as soon as they can,not even a call that the result is not back yet- what a fairy tale. i had to go back physically to get any information. i was 1-10 21 5:22 am, now the live answering service will not acknowledge the call.5:;27am the service took the message. i called the main # at 8:25, the front desk answered, i asked to speak with a nurse, placed on hold 5 + min. front desk was to leave the message. asked what is was about. the front desk told me the test was negative. i went to pick up a hard copy for work. test was collected 1-6-21, received 1-7-21, reported 1 7-21. if the reporting was received 1-7-21 at location electronically, i was not told for until 1-1o-21. i many several days of quarantine. no nurse ever called me-job efficiency-ZERO! 7 hours after i picked up the copy of the negative test result-someone at the clinic tried to call me-what timing. AVOID THIS LOCATION!
