This place was wonderful! The staff was great. The nurse was wonderful and NP Jonathan Drumm was amazing as well. He was very thorough and explained things so well, as well as the procedures and care he felt would help. I got in at a time it wasn’t super busy so I was in and out in less than 45 minutes! My visit was for a simple COVID test, required for travel. The appointment took all of 5 minutes. Front desk staff was extremely courteous, nurse who administered the test was friendly and I was in and out extremely quick. Great experience and I recommend this location!

Although the wait time can be long, and sometimes it’s rushed getting through vitals, I haven’t ever had a bad interaction with a physician here. They’ve also been helpful and seemed to want to listen to me, as well as providing speedy service after understanding my ailment.

Fast, friendly service. Appt times are honored - I did not wait beyond scheduled time. After nasal swab, I waited 15 minutes for initial results. During that time, MD on duty explained the testing process and that final results would be provided within 24 hours; he addressed many other questions as well. Rapid test is truly available unlike falsely advertised Rapid testing at several other locations.

As long as I get the results fast.

From the minute I entered until I left, it was a 5 star operation. Checked in and had a short wait. I had a disjointed finger that was adeptly taken care of, x-rays taken, and was in and out in about 75 minutes. Pleased with all the help I received there, and will not hesitate to go back, if needed, and to highly recommend to others.

Lady that works up front is rude and seems lost, acts like she hates herself though so that could be the issue. Other than that not too bad of a visit.

12 year old fell carrying a glass coke bottle and cut his hand. Called to see if they could do stitches and they said yes- got there right at 3pm on a Friday and were out the door after X-rays to check for glass fragments, a good cleaning, and 6 stitches before 4:30. Quick, clean, professional, very kind, did a great job overall but especially great helping to keep a nervous 12 year old informed and calm.

Hixson office took almost 4 hours to get in. When someone is that sick that is awful having to wait that long. I felt so bad yesterday I truly Considered laying down in the cold floor for some relief.However the downtown office with xray went smoothly and the xray tech had amazing attitude!

After a week of dealing with poison ivy, I made an online res with Physicians Care Northshore. I choose this location based on very positive past experiences dealing with everything from a cat bite to a wicked ear infection. The online process was easy and took very little time. Once I arrived for my appt, my wait was very short both in the waiting area and exam room. The NP, Jon Drummond [?] was top notch. Empathic and knowledgable. Sent my RXs to my choice of Pharmacy. Got me a steroid shot and sent me on my way. Ill definitely go back — hopefully, not any time soon : )

I travel for my job and a health issue arose, and with the circumstances, I was rather anxious, staff made me feel comfortable and listened to result of my issue and my concerns because of it. EDIT TO UPDATE: After the company responded with an email for me to reach out to, I emailed and its been over 2.5 weeks and still no response. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN CARE OF. Had a migraine and after waiting on video for 20 minutes past my telemedicine appointment time, I called to see what was up. The receptionist told me shed check and call back. She never called back. Then, when I tried to call back, they screened my calls. They answered when I used a different number, and after I was annoyed about this, they refused to speak with me further and would only talk to my husband. Very frustrating, very painful to continue to stare at screens with a migraine, and very belittling only to have them speak to my husband on my behalf. I waited an hour to finally see someone.
