Taking my son to Morgenstern Orthodontics was a GREAT decision. First- location, location, location! It couldn’t be easier or faster to get your kid there from NCE, Pollard, or Northwood. The entire team is kind, personable, thorough, really downright awesome! I never had trouble getting an appointment. They are very timely answering emails and always quick to get my son in if he had an issue with a wire- only twice in 18 months. Dr. Morgenstern is fantastic! She was always running on time to see patients and was great to work with- my son never complained about going to see her. His teeth look amazing! I will be bringing my daughter here as soon as she is ready for braces.

Morgenstern Orthodontics is a fabulous business. My son needed braces, the entire process was easy. The appointments were prompt, we were always met as family. My son really enjoyed going... which is saying something! The pictures and x-rays he got to keep and look at made his day! Whenever there was an issue with his wires or brackets, theyd work us in on the day and fix it with a smile!I cannot recommend them enough! We will be using their services for our daughter as well, when its time.

As a recent “graduate” of Morgenstern Orthodontics, I wanted to write how happy and satisfied I am with the outcome, process, and experience overall. It is a little awkward to seek orthodontics at my age (59), but Dr. Morgenstern and her staff made me feel welcome from the very start and gave me treatment options that would work best for me. I chose to wear invisible aligners which worked great in straightening my teeth without being overtly obvious to others. Many of my friends did not even notice that I wore them.Having worn braces when I was much, much younger, I was particularly impressed with how the technology has improved. Dr. Morgenstern’s practice has state-of-the art equipment and is set up in a very pleasing, relaxed, and aesthetic manner. I feel that I greatly benefited from Dr. Morgenstern’s academic success at UNC School of Dentistry and Orthodontics and the knowledge and experience she gained there. She brought those skills to her private practice and has an extremely focused and friendly approach to patient care. During my appointments, I had the chance to see her interact with patients of all ages and can say that both she and her staff treated everyone with the same kindness, respect and professionalism as they did with me.Part way through my care, COVID 19 hit and stay-at-home orders were issued. My treatment had to be put on pause until it was safe for the practice to reopen. During that pause, Dr. Morgenstern called to check in with me to see how I was doing, both from an orthodontics perspective as well as a general well-being check. That was unexpected and genuinely thoughtful. I was also kept informed of the reopening plan and precautions that would be implemented and have felt very safe in returning.I am finished with my treatment now and am very happy with the results. My only regret is that I will miss seeing Dr. Morgenstern, Anne, Erin, and Savannah every month or so. Thank you for an excellent experience and for a beautiful smile!

Dr Morgenstern is always asking my input in my treatment and all options are presented. They are very accommodating with scheduling. Appointments are never rushed. I recently finished my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Morgenstern and I am so incredibly happy with my results. Dr. Morgenstern worked with me from the very beginning to align my treatment with my goals, and I cannot overstate the importance of this. She went above and beyond during COVID-19 to ensure my treatment stayed on schedule, including getting my aligners shipped to her house directly when the office was closed so the shipment would not get delayed. She was patient in her explanations, thorough in her details, and so easy to get along with (as is the entire staff). If you are thinking about getting orthodontic work done, I cannot recommend Dr. Morgenstern enough!

I could not have asked for a better experience with Dr. Ashley Morgenstern. Dr. Morgenstern is as empathic and caring as she is thorough and precise with her orthodontic treatment. I had a really high aesthetic expectation to give my face and teeth the most harmonious and flattering proportions. Dr. Morgenstern went above and beyond to make sure my teeth were healthy and moving appropriately while I was wearing braces, and that my smile was virtually perfect before we removed them. She also took great time and care to make little tweaks to my teeth after we took off the braces so that any imperfections in the shape of teeth were minimized. Those little changes made a HUGE difference to my smile overall! I am so happy I found her. She has a great eye, provides thorough clinical care and has an excellent bedside manner-- a professional through and through! Cannot recommend her enough!

Dr. Morgenstern is incredibly sweet and caring. I had to get several teeth pulled out and then put on braces to align my teeth, and Dr. Morgenstern was very detailed throughout the entire time I had my braces on. She is very willing to listen to any concerns I had and would make sure I was happy with any decisions made. I took my son to Dr Morgenstern with major orthodontic issues. He had to have teeth pulled and surgery to align his jaw. Braces made the teeth straight, however he had to also have the jaw realigned and teeth built up. Dr Morgenstern was there for every step of the process. She made sure we understood everything that was involved and answered all of our questions. Dr mogernstern is very professional but also very kind and caring. A truly amazing doctor!

I had the BEST experience with Dr. Morgenstern! My permanent retainer, that was mounted to my teeth back in 2000, broke right when I moved to NC. I found Dr. Morgenstern online and easily made an appointment with her within a few days. I had multiple nightmares in the past about having my very heavy duty retainer removed. Dr. Morgenstern was so gentle while removing it, which took some work. She knew I was nervous so she took the time to explain exactly what she needed to do to remove my permanently glued brackets. She went over options with me on what I needed going forward; I had my new, removable retainer in no time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing orthodontist!!

My experience with Dr Morganstern was outstanding. I really felt invested as a patient. My teeth were small prior to treatment and that was the one big thing I didn’t like about my smile. I let Dr. Morganstern know and she went above and beyond with also performing a laser treatment that removed the excess skin above the teeth. Therefore exposing each tooth more, and giving me a beautiful full perfect smile. I without a doubt would recommend Dr. Morganstern to anyone who wants to improve and perfect their smile!
