We love Hershey Orthodontics, our oldest had her braces here and our other two children will as well. They are so supportive and really spend time with the kids, making them feel comfortable.

Dr Hershey and her team worked very swiftly and accurately to fit my child’s braces, who has no tolerance for pain. To my surprise, my child was all smiley and happy, not complaining of any pain or discomfort thanks to these majestic workers.

Dr. Hershey started seeing our son almost 3 years ago. I appreciated that she didnt jump on the get braces twice bandwagon. Instead, even though he was years from braces, she continued to see him every 6 months to monitor his progress...at no charge!! Her entire team is polite and professional. Today was finally the day...braces! Prices are fair and with their interest free payment plan it is beyond doable! My son is thrilled and we couldnt be happier with our choice to use Hershey Orthodontics!!

I was able to get an appointment the day after I initially called. Online forms were available to fill out ahead of time. Appointment was on time with necessary pandemic safety precautions. Everyone was personable and efficient. And they did not require me to take home a lot of papers, but agreed to email to me. So far, so good!

Dr Hershey and staff are an absolute pleasure to work with! The office is friendly and kid friendly. My daughter had to have braces unexpectedly, and the process was quick and seamless. Hershey worked with our dentist sharing information so each was prepared for every visit! The team took the time to explain all aspects of the treatment to us as well as our young daughter. They instructed her on maintaining a beautiful smile through good oral hygiene. They also have wonderful customer appreciation events and incentives. My daughter recently got her braces off and she has a beautiful smile. They continue to monitor her progress with her retainer. Well done Dr. Hershey and staff!

I called to see if could obtain records for my Mom and the woman that answered the phone sounded annoyed by the request and when I asked if she had received the fax. It sounded as if she was busy doing something else and even sighed when I asked to verify the fax number. Not the best customer service.
