Today my second child got braces on here. My first one couldn’t wait, but not this one. He was super scared and had tons of anxiety surrounding what was going to happen! As always, the staff was exceptional and put him at such ease he didn’t even realize he was done! We are so thankful! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else🙂

Dr. Severt and her staff are wonderful! I had my braces almost 30 years ago with Dr. Davis. I come from FL, every now and then, to have my retainer tightened. They are always very helpful. They are fantastic! If I lived in the area, my son would definitely come here! Thank you for everything and Ill see you in a few years!

I am a mature woman that was having problems with my teeth. My dentist suggested this could be corrected with orthodontia. It felt odd to start this at age 60 but I was happy to think my tooth issues could be permanently resolved. I am so thrilled to have landed in the competent, warm, friendly, welcoming, professional and technically precise hands of Dr. Tammy Severt and her practice. Every person I have interacted with has made me feel like I am a person- not a number. They were responsive each time I needed them to be. I cant say enough good about Dr. Severt and her team. I had a great experience with Jackie the Orthodontic Assistant. She was amazing, friendly, and made me feel like a VIP. Jackie went over everything with me in detail and answered all of my questions. Dr.Jacox was very nice and helped me understand the options available. Everyone in the office was super friendly, too. Highly recommend this office and I will definitely go back to see Jackie and Dr.Jacox :)

I would highly recommend this practice to anyone with a child in need of orthodontics. My daughter was both excited and nervous about the process, and Michelle and Dr. Jacox showed a genuine interest in her concerns and goals. They spoke directly to her about what to expect and when, which gave her a lot of comfort. My daughter felt an immediate connection with Michelle, who is so personable and upbeat that my daughter looks forward to her appointments. We appreciate all of the time and attention they give to us to ensure that we have a great experience with this process.

Everyone at the practice is terrific and upbeat...even in these crazy days of COVID-19. The safety procedures made me feel very comfortable and safe, but I expected that before I went because of the high standards Dr. Severt and Dr. Jacox and the staff have in “normal” times. Happy especially today because my retainer was ordered, so I’m in the home stretch! Recommend this group to anyone in need of orthodontic care, regardless of how young or mature 😊.

I had a great first appointment with Dr. Jacox. The team is clearly prioritizing patient safety and health with additional measures in place for the Coronavirus. The assistant was super friendly and everyone does a great job setting expectation for what theyre doing or going to do. Dr. Jacox provided great treatment options and answered any questions I had. Dr Severt and team are so nice and efficient. I have been very pleased with the improvement we saw with the use of active retainers (prior to full orthodontics). It really made a difference in the appearance of the front teeth while we waited for more permanent teeth to come in. Both my kids had these retainers, one for a large gap between the front teeth and the other for a twisted front tooth. This helped them have an improved self-image going into middle school!

Both of my girls had orthodontic treatment with Dr. Severt and both experiences were great. The office staff are friendly and helpful. We never had a difficult time getting an appointment when we needed one and their payment plan made treatment affordable for our family. We highly recommend Dr. Severt!

Dr. Severt and her office staff were very professional and always kind. They offered several dates and times when scheduling our next appointment which made it easy to fit it into our busy lives. They were able create time for us quickly the next day when my daughter broke a wire. However, Dr. Severt stands out as an excellent Orthodontist when she took the time to speak to us on a weekend about painful swelling my daughter was having. We were embarrassed to find out it was just food trapped under her gums, but she attended to us with grace and kindness. From our experience, Dr. Severt offers expert Orthodontics with the gentleness of a mother.
