I love this dental office! The staff is amazing, especially with my autistic kids. They are gentle, and efficient. It is wonderfulf to have the orthodontist in the office that can consult while you are sitting there, if you need it. The office is fun, and I cant say enough nice things about the staff. Best Dental office ever!!!

My daughter had her first dentist visit today with a hygienist named Beth Ann. I can’t speak highly enough of how easy it was to make an appointment, check in and out, and my daughter is a fan of going to the dentist after being terrified. Ms. Beth Ann was absolutely beyond fantastic with her and made her feel so comfortable and even excited. Everything seemed sanitary and everyone was wearing masks and following proper protocol. Dr. Mauney was awesome too. We will continue to attend this practice.

Good place very nice people

Drs. Clifton and Mauney are the BEST! Our middle-school son fell and broke 3/4 of his front teeth off and Dr. Mauney repaired them beautifully. We were able to get an appointment quickly, and the staff was very reassuring during a stressful time. When the time came a few years later for our son to get braces, having the dental records available in-house made things that much easier, and Dr. Clifton was wonderful. Highly recommend. Lovely people who care and do top-notch work.

I would give 5 stars if their availability was better. They are only open 4 days during the week and its always very difficult to get in appointment without a child missing school. Miss my childs former dentist and ortho from out of state, never had to miss any school! Aside from that very nice, knowledgeable and great staff!

I recently relocated to the area and was nervous about finding a dentist for my children, because I had been to several dentist before finding a decent one back home. I decided to try this dentist and couldnt be more happy. My children ages 2-16 all love coming to the dentist. Even my 9 year old that had lots of dental work done before and used to dread going to the dentist, enjoys going to this office. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist. My 16 year old has braces, so i can also recommend this practice for orthodontic needs as well. GREAT DENTISTS AND TECHS AND FRONT END STAFF. wish i could give 6 stars!

My daughter is visiting from Texas and made an appointment to take my grandson in for his first dental visit. Very knowledgeable staff . The office was very clean and had a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in their patients. Dr. Mauney and his dental hygienist Lisa did an age appropriate exam on my grandson and gave information on his dental health care to my daughter and answered all her questions . Would not hesitate to recommend this practice highly!

My three daughters have been seeing Dr. Mauney, Dr. Clifton, and their wonderful staff of friendly hygienists since they were very little. This is a practice geared towards kids, with a very warm and friendly staff, and plenty of games and toys in the office to entertain and distract. Weve never been given a hard sell on expensive orthodontics or unnecessary procedures, something I have unfortunately encountered from my own dentists in the area. My oldest daughter is about to graduate high school but says she doesnt want to stop being seen here until they make her, which I think is a great indicator! I heartily recommend Dr. Mauney and Dr. Clifton to all my friends with kids who are looking for a new, kid-centered dental practice.

Our dental journey began here years ago when our son could finally feel safe and get the dental care he needed after trying three different dentists.Four children and four happy faces. Warm, friendly, and welcoming staff who give exceptional care and treatment in addition to great preventative education for patients.Extremely grateful to this practice for meeting the needs of four children with a variety of personalities!

My children have been going to Dr. Mauney for about 5 years. We always have a positive experience, in terms of how my children are cared for and the conversations we have with Dr. Mauney and his staff. I appreciate the welcoming, friendly office, the scorecards and suggestions for my kids brushing habits, and the kindness extended by each person who works there. It truly is a kind and compassionate practice with wonderful values.

Dr. Clifton and Dr. Mauney are not only amazing at what they do, they are also fantastic people. If you are looking at this photo of their staff, you should know that most of these ladies have been with them for YEARS! There is a reason for that-they are great to their clients and wonderful to their staff. My boys have been with them now for 15 years and I couldnt imagine taking them any where else.

My 14 year old daughter has been a dental patient of Dr. Mauney since she was 20 months old. She has been a orthodontic patient of Dr. Clifton for the last 3 years. The staff are always friendly and work well with children. My daughter actually enjoys going to the dentist!!

They took time out of their busy schedules to be attendings at the Orange County Health Dept. Dental Clinic.So when I had my son I knew the doctors would provide the best care for him and both have exceeded my expectations. We love the Clifton & Mauney practice and have been patients since the pre-school years. Both children have had braces and both kids really enjoyed the fuss made about getting their braces off, even the cool almost-14-year-old! Everyone in the office is friendly and top-notch at their job. Drs Clifton and Mauney have created a happy workplace that shows throughout everything the staff does.

Our children have been patients at Dr. Clifton and Mauney since they were toddlers. Everyone in the practice obviously loves being around children. I have watched my son talk Dr. Mauney’s ear off about Rubik’s Cubes, and his interest never waivered ☺Paula was equally patient during our first round of braces consultation answering each and every question posed.The handouts, magnets, etc that are sent home with families have been a lifesaver for us. Braces bracket loose? There are home solutions to try first.One of my children was very fearful of the dentist, specifically around the X rays. The hygienist remembered this about her from a previous visit and gave her a preview of what was going to happen at the next visit to ease her fears.The cleaning “score card” is a source of healthy competition in our family….which child has done the better job with teeth cleaning that last 6 months?Dr. Clifton is both knowledgeable and relatable as a fellow mom. I remember bringing in my rambunctious toddler in with a tooth injury, and she reassured me that she too got those phone calls from preschool. She even personally thanked me for our family’s holiday card at a spring check up this year.So, all to say, we love Dr. Clifton and Mauney and would recommend them to all families in the area!
