Dr Rickenbacker is excellent at what she does. I have been seeing her for years and very pleased with her care and advice. She is kind and compassionate to issues and I would certainly recommend her service to anyone looking.

Very thorough and honest. She has so much knowledge and spent the time to explain things and answer all my questions. I feel as though she truly understands OCD, but also created a patient centered plan, specific to my needs.I trust her and her recommendations.It is so worth it to spend the extra time and money to see a specialist and someone who cares. will continue to see her through my journey.

For the first time in the 10 years since I’ve been dealing with mental health issues, I feel that I have a doctor that truly wants to help me live a better life.I have struggled to balance my mental health with every day life, and havent felt “happy” in many years. My previous doctors would just give me an antidepressant and send me on my way. Dr. Rickenbacker assessed my symptoms and gave me a proper diagnosis (after being treated for only SOME of my symptoms for 10 years) and I have never felt so balanced and mentally healthy.For the first time in years, I’ve been happy and stable for a year now, all thanks to Dr. Rickenbacker. She genuinely cares about her patients and works directly WITH them to formulate a care plan. Being treated properly gave me my life back; I can now function and be productive on a daily basis and do the things I enjoy doing.

To all of you looking for someone that doesnt beat around the bush, and really gets to the root of the problem and wants to help you, look no further! Shes amazing, and honestly, I dont know why I took so long to seek help. You walk around wondering if that dark cloud will go away, or how you can fix it on your own, but sometimes youre not going to fix it on your own. I can see how someone might misread her front desk person, because of her tone/approach, but shes very pleasant and friendly. Honestly she reminds me of me, someone who always gets misjudged on my personality based on my presence/tone. Take the time, and make the appointment, and hey, be nice were all working people and good and bad days! Were all human, do be patient and kind! Love the Dr. Rickenbacker she gets it! Dr. Rickenbacker is very professional and knowledgeable. She actually takes the time to find the right treatment program for you rather that just prescribing the drug of the month. She is very thorough and only looks out for the best interest of her patience.

I saw Dr Rickenbacker for 7 years and I dont recommend. After 7 years, she wanted to treat me like a new patient. I was very sad with the end of our patient relationship.

I have some issue with past military experiences, family issues ect.. which is the letter head it says that the doctor specializes in. I called and spoke with a lady (not the doctor maybe the receptionist) after getting a referral from my doctor specifically for the doctor based on there reviews. When speaking with the young lady said she essentially because of a the words used in the referral counseling needed that I should talk to a counselor and not a psychiatrist, without a explanation of the differences between the two. Very frustrated and unhappy with my brief experience with this office.
