I love this office! I have seen so many dentists over the years and never once have I received such amazing care. There are informative and are always on top of things. I really appreciate all the email and text reminders that I get because I can add them to my calendar easily so I can maintain my busy schedule. When I came in for treatment, I didnt feel like I was just another person on their schedule, but a priority. This type of doctor/patient relationship is rare nowadays, so when I find it, I hold on to it! I had been avoiding going to a dentist for some time due to a horrible experience I had with previous dentist. Naturally avoidance has its consequences. Without getting to far into details I could only chew on one side of my mouth and the pain was ridiculous. So my wife had heard great things about Mosaic Dentistry. Hesitantly I decided to make an appointment to see what could if any could be done to fix or reduce the pain when eating. From the moment I arrived I was greeted warmly and sat down with Dr. Conley to talk about what I was experiencing as far as pain goes and what would be my expectation moving forward. Attempted to try a new dentist. My experience with mosaic practice, specifically scheduling, has been terrible. Lots of automated reminders but appears no one is really driving the bus on actual customer service. Had a cleaning and check-up in Jan, first available for maintenance on a filling in March, thought I’d rescheduled for June (which i found irritating then), show up and get told I’m actually scheduled for a cleaning vs. the dental work. And now, rescheduling means next first available is Sept.In June 2021, “COVID” can’t be an excuse for wait times over six months for basic dental services. Appointment flexibility and access to providers needs to be considered for quality patient care. 👎🏻👎🏻

I just found my new favorite dentistry! Ive had some bad experiences with previous dental offices so I was nervous about finding a new place. But my coworker recommended trying Mosaic and Im so happy I did! Not only is Dr. Conley and her team super friendly and understanding, but they are really caring and genuine people. Even though I was new I was surprised that the hygienists actually remembered little details about me from our previous conversations.Also, I want to mention that both Dr. Conley and her team are gentle with their treatments, especially when it comes to giving oral shots and cleaning around the gums. Usually shots in the mouth hurt a lot but this time I didnt even feel it! Ive had bad experiences with other dental offices where Ive literally left with torn up gums and a bloody mouth, but at Mosaic I havent had that issue. So I am super grateful for Dr. Conley and her amazing team for taking care of me and making sure Im at my best with my oral hygiene!

Mosaic dentistry is the best dentist office I have ever been to by far! The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional! I broke my front teeth (3) a few years ago and they were able to give me a perfect smile back, more recently (December 2020) one of my tooth started hurting and needed to be extracted and they were able to do it right away which got rid of the pain instantly and I had zero pain during the extraction and still no pain to this day! I am now ready for the holidays!Thank you dr A and dr Conley, you guys are the best!

Mosiac Dentistry is always excellent! My experience there is always a 10. The hygienists are thorough and gentle. They do an excellent job of cleaning teeth and charting your teeth to be sure your mouth is in gooD health. Dr. Conley always a through job of examining my mouth to be sure that not only whether I have cavities but whether I have any signs of oral cancer. Everything in that office is subperb. You cannot find better dental care and they are all very sociable and pleasant to make sure your experience is a good one. I have a certificate as a Dential Assitant, so I know a little more than a normal client might know about dental practices and procedures, so I highly recommend Mosiac.

Dr. Conley and her team at Mosaic are top notch. You can tell they have put a lot of thought into their safety precautions after reopening from COVID. From the prescreening prior to your arrival, their team is wearing masks as you arrive (as well as you), they ask you to wash your hands before sitting in the chair.Aside from the cleaning procedures, they are extremely friendly and well skilled. I am so thankful for Mosaic Dentistry and their phenomenal team! Having seen an out-of-network dentist for a few years that I loved, I was very apprehensive about finding a new office. Needing to get more extensive work done, I knew it was time to find a dentist within my network and close to where I live.The first time I saw Dr. Conley it was because I was having quite a bit of pain in my tooth and jaw. Her office got me in the very same day that I called in and took such good care of me. I was also able to make an appointment that day for the crown that I needed on one of my teeth. I was pretty anxious to go in and get this done, but Annissa and Dr. Conley are so warm, calming, and patient, and by taking the time to really talk to you, asking questions about you as a person, explaining things fully about the dental procedures, and being so understanding and knowledgeable really causes that anxiety to go away. Friendly, modern, and informative. They had some really cool technologies, like a device that maps out your mouth. They also inform you of what theyre measuring/looking for as they perform the actions, so you can understand what theyre doing.

Both Dentist and Hygienist were sweet and explained everything very thoroughly. Also I got to watch The Office on their flat screen which made the appointment go super fast.

Ive been to Mosaic Dentistry twice so far: once for a cleaning, and once to get fillings. Both visits have been enjoyable (as much as visiting the dentist can be). The facility is clean, and the staff is really prompt in getting you in once youve arrived at the office. Dr. Conley is very thorough and friendly. She provided detailed explanations for all of my questions as well as tips for dealing with dry mouth. Annissa are Lupita are both super nice as well! The lovely staff really makes getting cleanings and dental work a much less painful experience.Another tip: The lollipops at the front desk are sugar-free and super yummy!

The images they take of your teeth, to show you what is going on in your mouth is pretty cool. I am 48 years old and had a bad experience with a dentist when I was in high school. I have not been to a dentist until recently. I first tried a chain and it was obvious that my money was gone right away with minimum services done. I did some research and my wife made an appointment with Mosaic Dentistry. Best decision ever! I was made to feel comfortable and confident. A plan was outlined and described. I had two extractions and I can say that the only pain that I am experiencing right now after 12 hours is from me having my mouth wide open. To sum it up, the entire staff is awesome! You will not regret it!

Had to remove a crown due to decay, had little to no discomfort during the procedure. Always asked if things are still okay, always thinking of my comfort as well as making sure to explain all the things they will be doing. Good staff.

Had a chipped tooth and had to have a crown put on very good experienceFor my first time staff was very caring and checked up the next day to make sure everything was OK and I was pain free.Highly recommend.

Had a lower crown come off on a Friday night so I couldnt call right away, but called on Monday. They asked if I was in any pain and I told them No. They were able to work me in on Tuesday and got me put back together. Did a good job, no problem since it was re-cemented. They adjusted the bite well also. I had some tooth sensitivity on the tooth above the crown and now that is gone too.
