DONT get a haircut here. Lulu has a terrible aditude. She wont ask how you want your cut. Then when your telling her, she would interrupt and tell you what she wants to do.She kneept saying, once I cut its too late. Like she didnt know how to do here job. Lulu must have made so many mistakes with people hair before. She was defensive and rude every time her mouth opend. I will never go back again.God help her and bless her to change her horrible aditude. Her life must really suck.

They gave us a hard time about needing to use a scooter and wanted us to walk a very long distance, almost went somewhere else just for that reason. Another employee came in and said we could bring the scooter inside. The stylist did a good job but very little flexibility

I get my haircut and color with Carol Anne. I love the way she takes her time and asks exactly what you want so that you will leave completely satisfied. My husband and I drive all the way from East Round Rock just to get our hair done with her. She gets 5 out of 5 Stars from us!

Mandy cut my sons hair, after being highly recommended, for the first time the other day. She did a wonderful job and was so kind and good with my little 6 year old. She spiked his hair into a Mohawk before styling it to try to get him to crack a smile for her. Will definitely be returning!

She totally messed up my hair!!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted it to look like. (A previous pic of myself with the hairdo). She said she knew how to do it BUT CLEARLY DID NOT!!! My hair was super long. She cut it so short I cant even get anyone to fix it. It looks chopped!! If you cant do it at least be HONEST so I can go to someone who does!!!

Left the salon without a haircut. Waited for 25 minutes just to hear the salon manager (Dani) who I had an appointment with say she does not know how much longer it takes for her to finish up with the previous client. Rude behavior and no apology whatsoever until I actually mentioned that I’m surprised she’s not even saying I’m sorry. What an attitude from the salon manager! Terrible disappointing management skills I’d say! And probably terrible haircut too- who knows

I absolutely love this salon we have been clients of Dani the manager for about 5 years. She is the BEST and can do anything and everything. Customer service is excellent too;) went one time to another salon they totally screwed up my hair, got an emergency appt with Dani and she fixed it right up;) Love Love Love this place!

$22 for my 11 year old son to get a fade and some curls cut off the top. His side burns were completely crooked but I knew nothing could fix that so I didnt bother to complain. Wasnt happy about $22 for a boys cut and they said they raised their prices.

Dont come here, Mandy the rudest most disrespectful person that works here..I waited from 8:55 to 9:15 as she casually came in late.. I was the only person there however she proceeded to tell me she wouldnt have someone else coming in until 1pm and she had an appointment so it would be awhile. Yet she came in late. Ill never go backUpdate : came back in and asked about availability seeing no one was there and yet again lol the blonde lady finds reason to not cut my hair. Haha its funny actually I hope this place isnt paying her a salary. She will find a way, anyway to not cut hair...there is no way this establishment can make money that way. Ive always been taught to staff a store the way you want it not the way the customer flow is. Prime example..they should shut the place down or re staff for sure!!

No price signs or information signs in store. Website says kids 12 and under are kids cuts. They are franchise and do not have to follow suggestions from corporate. So...... Kids are 10 and under after haircut. Was then talked to like I was an idiot by Manager then on follow up call from owner.

Got a part and she literally cut the skin on my scalp the whole way across, never had a hair dresser manage to do that. Rushed the whole cut. Simple haircut couldn’t accomplish

Apparently theyre busy. I waited a long time at the desk, trying to make my presence known. I could see them and it was possible to see me. I made noise. Not so much as a hello. Ten long minutes later, I went down the street.
