Great price for hair services (says my daughter. I just get cuts. )But the people are top notch. My stylist is very experienced. And she takes the extra time to do a LOT of little details. Who trims errant eyebrow hair? I didn’t even think to ask until I noticed she was doing that to me!Word to the wise…management is trying to steer everything appointments to minimize people waiting up front because….covid. So call ahead and schedule.They still will try to work in walk ups. And they have more stylists on the schedule. But they are getting pretty booked up.

I have used this location for years and everyone there has always been very nice and professional.

My hair had been done at a different salon and was burnt, then when they went to fix it they made it red. I tried green shampoo to tone the red and my hair came out green. I came in today and Indra fixed my hair and brought it back to my natural color. I cant thank you enough and will definitely be back!

If you go here, ask for Roya. She is incredible, truly. Been going to her for years. I have never left with a cut I didnt love, and wasnt excuted with attention to detail, precision and care.

Worst haircut.. this is after showing pic on what minimum touch needed..to my shock.. very first this is cut too short all the way up on side...

I guess stylist who performed my hair cut doesn’t know basics , she could not able to trim my sidesAnd back Side properly it was way uneven and rest wasDisaster . I tried toExplain later had to gave up.

I had a good experience here. I have long hair so they charged me an extra $10, but my entire experience was good. Went for a shampoo and hair cut. The lady was very patient with my curly hair and she did a great job with my hair.They don’t charge an arm and leg like most salons , and also there was no wait time.

My daughter, 10 years old, has long hair, right past her shoulders. She only cuts the ends trimmed, nothing special. They had to rinse her hair because of covid, they did not wash. They charged for a wash and cut plus an additional $10 because she had long hair. Total bill for ends to be trimmed $30. I will not be returning or recommending this establishment.

Walked in early afternoon. Two people on staff. One was helping a customer at the desk. The other was finishing up a kids cut. I looked at different products on the walls waiting. One took the customer back from the desk to fix something and the other rang up the kids cut. Said by to him. Started talking with the other stylist and went off to sweep. Never said hello, welcome in, do you have an appt, nothing. Neither of them even made eye contact with me for the 10 mins I was in.

Pretty good little salon. I always get a good cut in here, and its usually not crowded. The stylists are always pleasant and they dont try to push exorbitant products on me like so may other places do.

Went to get a haircut for a child and myself and saw five people cutting hair with two people waiting. I was impressed and decided this was going to be a good experience. First customer had their haircut finished went to the front to pay and talked to the Barber for 10 minutes. Had to give the Barber credit for listening but as the person said goodbye the Barber turned around and went to the back and never came back out. I figured it was lunch time as sit was around 2 so left it at that. Another person came in and found the sign in sheet on the other side of the desk. I didnt know that you had to sign in and had to wait behind two other customers who signed in. I decided to leave with my boy and go elsewhere. The Barbers in the shop didnt even seem phased by this. Honestly this place must be good if a shop can just let customers walk out without getting a haircut, Im just never going back as they really dont seem to care if you come in or not.

Upon making an appointment for a style, specifically a braid and curls, I was told any stylist could do the work and would consult prior to doing the work. When we arrived, two of the stylist skipped us and I had to ask since we had an appointment. They said only one person could do an updo. When the manager welcomed my daughter to her salon chair, we showed her a photo of the braid and curls. The manager said she doesnt do braids, but updos instead. I said I would do it myself and leave and it wasnt a problem because I was not going to pay for something the stylist couldnt do. Then she said she would do it and wouldnt discuss anything else with me like price. I had no idea how much it was going to cost or had any faith it would turn out good because of her initial hesitation. The manager started curling my daughters hair with a straight iron and a lot of hair spray. Finally she attempted the braid 3 times and it was still very messy looking. After an hour and a half, she was done and there was very little curl and a messy braid. Then she charged me $79. When we got home, there was no curl and the braid was even worse. I completely had to redo my daughters entire hair as my daughter was so upset in tears. I had only an hour to redo her hair and makeup for the homecoming dance. While I was working on my daughters hair, my husband went back to the salon to discuss the customer satisfaction policy. After he had to wait several minutes for the manager, he finally had a discussion with her. He politely and calmly told her that his daughter was in tears and his wife had to completely redo the hair style and what was their customer satisfaction policy. Never once did he ask for his money back or say anything else. The manager started complaining about having to stand and do my daughters hair for and hour and a half while having a bad back and she couldnt help the hairs were sticking out of the braid and that my daughters hair was not holding a curl (which she curled with a straight iron, not a curling iron). My husband continued to ask what the companys policy was for unsatisfied customers and she would never answer. She was extremely defensive and made several threats about not giving him his money back or calling the cops even though my husband never raised his voice and only asked what was the companys policy. So not only did my daughter receive the worst hair style that I paid $79 plus tip, but my husband was completely harassed by the manager.

Victoria destroyed my beard, if you dont feel comfortable with cutting or dont know how please tell the customer instead of just starting to cut.

YOUR SKIN COLOR MATTERS :-(I couldnt wait to be back to write this review. I usually dont and I dont remember when was the last time I wrote any review in any site!! Took my sons there and the lady was sitting to near end of the store on the last chair. She still sitting there asked in mild voice how she can help? I really wanted to tell her I was shopping for groceries. No smile and never got up and she still was sitting there doing makeup on herself!!. There was no one in the store. Highly unprofessional and non-courteous for an obvious reason (will tell you why in a moment). So I waited and someone walked from their resting room towards cashier,asked to write the name and I did and asked my son to take the seat. I watched someone white now walked into the store and now I saw a warm smile on the lady sitting on the corner, she got up and with all professionalism welcomed them. So now comes back to the obvious reason - Skin color matters. So if you are with brown skin - think twice going there here man. I wish these guys writeup a board that we prefer whites or something!! After my first sons hair cut I asked to do my second son, they said to wait now because several others who came after me were waiting!! Imagine that..Wonder how these franchises work.

It was very clean, they wiped down everything, and they listened to what I said and I got exactly what I asked for.

Nope nope nope. This salon is so dirty! Hair in all the draws, residue everywhere. None of the implements are placed in barbacide or sanitized between clients!I merely came in to have my hair washed as I’m not able to currently (surgery). I was charged $16.50 and my hair wasn’t even blow dried properly before I left. Half my back was soaked as well. Never again.

I went there last night. The lady who did my hair, did it exactly how I wanted. I was so pleased with the finished product. It was just fabulous.

Staff is very friendly and did a great job! I was a bit disappointed about the pricing, however. On my receipt it showed I paid $3 for shampoo and $5 for conditioner, $8 for a wash!

Good haircut considering I could not understand a word the hairstylist said, nor could she understand me. I have been there 2 times and each time ended up with someone who I could not understand.

A great experience! I went in for a trim without an appointment and theh saw me right away, got me in and out quickly but still took care of my hair just like I asked them to!

Worst experience ever. I was trying to correct her mistakes by being courteous and telling her what she did wrong and I was stunned when the stylist said,You are wasting my time.Will never recommend it nor visit again.
