I went there for my roots coloring and first time since my stylist from a different salon was on honeymoon. The owner (one of the) applied a product that didn’t cover my grays at all. I left the salon half of my grays notcovered.(i didn’t even think to check before I left because that never ever happened before) I went home and saw it in the mirror and called the salon back. She didn’t even bother to apologize for the poor work she did. A decent business owner accepts their mistakes and apologize. She booked me for three days later and i was 7 min late to my appointment. She and her very unprofessional receptionist told me i am late and i can’t get in. I was beyond shocked. She said she is booked after me. Then i said take the blow dry time out of my time just redo the color (i paid for for root coloring and blow dry) which you messed it up in the first place. She assigned a worker who is not licensed stylist, just answers phones. This place is really a very low standard place. They don’t even know the most basic job which is root coloring. It is a village hair salon and the quality and the service (manners) is what you get from a third class hair salon. I am never going back there and i don’t recommend anybody to go there. By the way the prices they give you on the phone is not what they charge you. Waste of my time and money.

All the staff was very friendly & it’s such a warm welcoming environment, Tiffany was amazing she really has a magical touch when it comes to color! My hair has never looked so good! I will be recommending this place to all my friends :)

I saw Tiffany for hair extensions and color. She listened to exactly what I was looking for. The custom color and extensions that she placed were absolutely amazing. This is the 1st salon that Ive left Where I was extremely happy with both the color and the extensions. I highly recommend this stylist and this salon.

Savannah is truly a master of her art. She took the time to ask questions about my hair and what my goals and steps are to getting what I wanted in a style. She was a great listener and took great care of me while I was in the salon.

Candace Is AMAZING! @candaceelisahair. I have used her a few times and she listens to exactly what I want and then gives her professional advice and takes her time making sure my hair is perfect. It’s like she is working on her masterpiece each time. My hair has been healthier and stronger and longer than it has ever been since going to her. Thank you again Candace!!!

Ive hesitated writing this review yet felt it was important for others to know. There are 5 things that went wrong....I finally got my hair colored after over a yr letting it go natural aka Grey. I had an event coming up so decided to jump in & do it. I I had scheduled an appt and when I arrived the person I was scheduled with informed me she specializes in color so someone else will cut my hair. (I have no complaints on the haircut - it was done very nicely). I showed the person about 5 pictures of my hair color / style that I wanted. It was past pictures of myself not pictures from a magazine. I assumed I was dealing with someone that could look at the picture and get a good idea of the color I had used in the past which was a red-ish brown/blond. 1st issue: Well she kept asking me questions to which I got confused and said yes to burgundy vs red. Now that was my partially my fault because I said yes. But that is where it went all down hill from there. 2nd issue) she did my hair a DARK burgundy that wasnt a consistent color throughout either that I actually cried when I saw it. She was nice and said we can fix it..... I told her I had done highlights in the past to help the transition of the grey growing out so that there was blond next to the grey. Well she said she would put in highlights - when she did, (3rd issue) she didnt pay attention at all to how I part my hair - which I told her as well so highlights were not placed where I part & she even made a comment we can fix that next time. Not only that, (4th issue) when she put on the blond she teased my hair up so there was a distinct area of burgundy hair then the blond so as my hair grows out, it becomes VERY apparent that I have grey roots. Then to top off this, (5th issue) I had booked on-line which lists hair cut 47+ and all over color 73+. she stated my hair would be an extra bowl of color so $25 more - then when Im not happy she says she wont charge me for the highlight - just the bowls - so this disaster of a haircut cost me about $240. I was very vulnerable dealing with some major personal issues so just to get out for more than an hr was not a small feat & have regretted going there everyday I look at my hair. I did give 2 stars because the haircut was really good.

I had never had my hair professionally done before so I was a bit nervous. Candace made the experience amazing, from the consultation to the end result. She asked a lot of questions about my hair, she was honest about what would work and what wouldnt, and you could definitely see the experience she has in her work. She treated my hair like an art form. The end result was absolutely beautiful and I couldnt have been more happy! Also, I was very grateful for the way my daughter, who is 7, was treated while I got my hair done. All of the women at Posh made us feel very welcomed and made sure we were taken care of. All of those lovely ladies brightened up the mood and created a joyful atmosphere. Candace absolutely has a new permanent customer in me!

Unfortunately I will not be returning since during my visit there I was told I could bring back products if I didn’t like them and was specifically told to try them out!Just now I went back to return the shampoo and conditioner as it dries out my ends but leaves my scalp greasy and was told I shouldn’t have been told I could return products that have been used. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Beware as the stylist will tell you one thing and the manager will dismiss you and not take any responsibility to make it right!!!!!!!!!

I Loved my hair dresser Nicole Nieft. She did a great job and wore a mask. I love my hair. She was very professional but the girl behind the counter was not. I believe she should be wearing a mask when near a customer. When people approach the desk they have to be less than 6 feet to pay. When we took a picture of my hair I had to ask her to please back up to six feet.

Lydia is so amazing! I had terrible DARK brown box colored hair after quarantine but didn’t want to completely destroy my hair trying to strip it out when I went in for highlights. She gave me options and was super sweet about her approach and my hair came out BEAUTIFULLY. I now drive in from North Dallas to see her!!!

This salon is fantastic! Candace did my hair this time, and she’s everything I want in a stylist. She listened to what I wanted and made smart recommendations, she was quick, efficient and focused while dying my hair which I appreciated. I got a balayage look with a blunt bob, and it looks awesome! I will return and recommend this salon to anyone.

Payton has done two haircuts for both my girls and has done a great job. Lanza products are completely awesome and plant based too.

Candace was wonderful and the salon was immaculate. She was fun and was so sweet with my daughter, even showed her how to style her hair. We will be back. Thank you!

Omg yall. There is so much life, body and shine on my head right now thanks to Candace. She is the first person to cut my hair right since losing a stylist Id seen since 2014. I walked in with long hair that was limp and all one legnth and she breathed new life into it. She listened to me and really took her time. 10 out of 10 will absolutely go back!

Not the best service I’ve ever experienced. I asked for a half highlight and the lady gave me that but I think she messed up and gave me a glaze which I never asked for but was definitely charged $25 extra for. It’s 3 weeks later and my hair looks like I never got anything done. She also had the ability to give me a $25 off discount but instead said I could come in next time for a deep conditioning treatment. The card clearly said it was my choice but she basically fed it to me like the deep conditioning was my only option. On to the next salon!

I went in for a hair cut and was completely satisfied with the cut. In fact the stylist did a great job. However the hidden fees on cuts were a bit of a put off. It is helpful to know up front what you are paying for. I went in on a budget and left paying more than was discussed. I was quoted $47 over the phone and when I checked out the charge was $10 more for texturing and thinning. I was never told this would be an extra charge for my cut. However nice place and cut was great. Just be up front with extra charges.

Kaleey did a great job taking the brassy, too blonde, color out of my hair. I love my color now, and the cut is nice, too. So glad I found her! Highly recommend this sweet and skilled hairstylist, and Posh is a very nice salon. I liked it a lot!

I am new to the area and wanted to try a newer salon because theyre usually into more modern styles and tips. I searched around and came across Posh Salon, so I figured I might as well give it a try. Absolutely loved. it. !!!! Not only did they do exactly what I wanted( I brought in a picture) but they also recommended product that I am so happy with. 10/10 recommend!!!

I went here a couple weeks ago for the first time. The lady who did my hair wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable. I explained what I wanted at first and then she had to ask two more times because she wasn’t really paying attention. (All I needed was a trim and to even out my layers) I was more looking for guidance and asking questions but she didn’t really seem to help. She couldn’t find several of the products that were supposed to be used and used random other ones instead. She shampooed my hair and just lathered it on, rather than gently massaging it into my hair. Then, at the end the blow dryer was extremely hot and was burning my scalp while she was pulling too hard with the brush over and over. By the end of it my head hurt and was unsatisfied. Not a very relaxing experience. Overall very sloppy and very overpriced for the amateur experience and mediocre haircut I received.

Everyone is friendly and kind. Its an inviting environment. Awesome customer service! went in for a baylage and trim with Alyssa. She listened carefully on what I wanted and my hair came out amazing. Thank you Alyssa you are so sweet!

Proximity is what brought me to Posh Salon but Kaleey is what has me coming back! She does such a fantastic job with my cut every time I go see her. I trusted her to color my hair for the very first time in my entire life and she did not disappoint! I absolutely love my color and will definitely be returning to see Kaleey when it’s time to refresh! I will continue to recommend Posh salon to family and friends. I can’t wait to see the new place!

It is a shame they cannot get organized as I had an appointment on my calendar for this Saturday with Jordanne who I found out 2 weeks ago (by calling to make an appointment for my daughter) that she was no longer working there. I just now saw that my pre-booked hair cut with Jordanne is on my calendar for this Saturday. So I called the salon to ask what was done with my appointment, and essentially they just completely deleted this stylist and her appointments.Why wouldnt you call the stylists clients that are already scheduled that she is no longer with the salon and try to get you in with someone else??Many other little things that clearly show the lack or organization and/or management of this salon had been clear all along, but I stayed because of the stylist. Taking my business elsewhere and would recommend those that are looking to maybe look elsewhere.

I paid $40 for the stylist to be rude to be and wash all the toner out of my hair and proceed to use the most drying shampoo there was! I will never go back to this place. I have no idea why I even paid considering the blowout was flat and left my hair feeling dry. I told her i wanted volume and the ends flipped and I walk out so dissatisfied and upset because this salon is so close to where I live. And not to mention I had to wait 30 minutes even tho I made an appointment for a simple blow dry.

Ive made this my salon and Kaleey Sulaica is a wonder.My hair is curly, thick and coarse and she always does such a great job!Highlights, lowlights and color are on point and perfect.First time Ive found someone I want to stick with. Cannot recommend highly enough.Thanks Kaleey!
