I went to Indiana Permanent Cosmetic in Carmel, almost three years ago and am just now getting a touch up! Before finding this gem, I had my eyes done 3 times and every time it didn’t last over a couple of months. I am super excited to be back and love the look I am getting! She is amazing! I had my eyebrows done 1 month ago. I absolutely love them! Jeet did a fabulous job giving me the eyebrows that I had desired for so long. Jeet is very professional and she is a true artist.

First of all, Jeet is wonderful. She is truly an artist. I was so nervous about getting permanent makeup, because Ive seen some pretty scary results, but when I flew with a fellow Flight Attendant who had the most beautiful eyebrows, I had to know where she had gotten them done. I ended up loving them so much I asked Jeet to do my eyeliner as well. I get so many compliments, and it is saving me so much time getting ready (awesome for my 4:00 a.m. shows)!

I was nervous the day I got my eyebrows tattoos. My eyebrows faded to dark ashy grey color instead of the brown ink she used. I honestly wish I’d never had them done. They look horrible! I can’t even cover them up. She tattooed two totally different shapes on my face! And to think I paid someone to do this to me. Wow!

It’s my experience that Jeet is the best in her profession. She corrected a prior eyeliner job beautifully that was a total disaster. I highly recommend her services!

Jeet was amazing! I had my lips done first and she did such a good job that I returned 3 weeks later to get my brows and eyeliner done. My eyeliner had been done previously and she did a fantastic job of correcting errors that were made previously. Jeet takes such care to make sure you are comfortable throughout the whole process. She ensures there is minimum pain and most importantly is a perfectionist and does an absolutely wonderful job. I would highly recommend Jeet for any of your permanent cosmetic needs!!!

Great find! My brows were ashy from age and I needed a warm redo. Jeet nailed the color and they look fabulous.I also so had her do lash extensions and they lasted well over my 3week unexpected hospitalization. Highly recommend.

Jeet, the owner did a fabulous job correcting the horrible eyeliner I received from her competition in the same building. I’m a little swollen today but I had an invasive procedure performed- it’s to be expected. I was anxious in the beginning because I’ve never had any tattoos or permanent makeup. I was afraid that I couldn’t handle the pain. I was nervous that it would be too painful to tolerate. The first step of exfoliating the eye lids was a little painful but it only lasts a few seconds. After that, numbing gel was placed and the rest was awesome! Jeet is amazing and a perfectionist! She put me at ease and took her time. She explained everything before she did it and asked if I had any questions. I’m so excited!! I love the eyeliner and thrilled that I did it! I will most definitely see Jeet in the future for any of my beauty needs! She is wonderful!! If you are considering permanent makeup, you must call Jeet!!

I waited too long to have this done. My eyebrows look outstanding! I used to take between 15 and 35 mins to draw on my own each morning. Soooo very stressful!! Not anymore. This is definitely a 10 star! My eyelashes started out very short and broken. I have only been to two extention touch ups and my real lashes have grown to the point where I can get longer extensions. I allowed another artist to apply permanent eyeliner at a lower price and lets say I still ended up with Jeet to not only correct what was done but to do it right the FIRST time. No reapplying needed and the extra few dollars was well worth it! I almost hate to share her but Jeet is nice professional and is becoming so popular you better secure your appointment now. A+++

I had both lids lined and Im thrilled with the results. I have been a client of Indiana Permanent Cosmetics for lash extensions for more than 4 years after moving to Indianapolis from New York City where I had also been receiving lash extensions. I get more complements than ever and strangers cant believe how lucky I am to have such naturally beautiful lashes. I have always been happy with how full and natural my lashes look. Not only does the owner do great work but has always been more than accommodating with my work and travel schedule. I appreciate how quickly she can complete my fill-in while still making my lashes look great. Im a lot of things but a liar I am not. My brows were done over 2 years ago. I was told they would fade...they got darker instead of lighter. Now, I have to find/pay someone to undo this work - costing me more $. In all fairness, Jeet has reached out to me to try to understand. But, this does not help me my eyebrows, or my pocket...

My daughter introduced me to Jeet for permanent eyebrows. I had old BLACK permanent brows that had started to droop. She not only worked diligently uncovering the black, but also repositioned them with perfect shape and color. I was extremely pleased and impressed. It took 10 years off my face! Edit: My post is not full of lies, her response to what I said shows exactly the truth in my post. I rescheduled only one time after finding out about the risks of moles and wanted to check with my doctor and tattoo removal nurse before proceeding as sometimes you cannot get new tattoos while getting a tattoo removed.Unprofessional and unreliable. I contacted looking for someone to do a simple beauty mark. Like anyone I had questions and concerns and made sure to do my research and my due diligence before committing. I asked for some pictures of other beauty marks she had done, she sent me one photo that was really poor quality and I asked if she maybe had some more in natural lighting. She responded no and then basically said that she did not care to take pictures of those. I thought that strange to not want to portfolio your work but never the less was still interested. I was going to come in on a Tuesday and she was supposed to call me Saturday to Sunday before to get medical history but never did. I originally wanted to tattoo over some existing moles but then after doing my research found out that tattooing over existing moles can cause changes in the cells leading to malignancy in extreme cases, it is highly advised against to tattoo over existing healthy moles. Due to this new information I decided Sunday night after she did not call me for my medical history to reschedule and wait until I could speak with my doctor. I asked Jeet if she was aware of this risk as I was concerned, she was very flippant about it and proceeded to talk rudely about how she is experienced and this is just a dot and she does other stuff all day long. Overall came off very rude and unprofessional. I did not like this at all but was still wanting to get work done by her because there are not many cosmetic tattooers in Indiana. I was never once rude or out of line. I told her I was concerned about tattooing over moles and that it was highly advised against but I was still interested in getting a new one added to my face. I let her know I would contact her after she got back from some time off in July. I was completely professional. I go to message her today and see that she blocked me, although she claims this was an accident which I suppose it possible. Nonetheless, this is something I have never experienced before and is unacceptable. I did nothing inappropriate to this woman. I only asked questions and stated concerns and it is her job to inform clients of how things work when dealing with procedures like this. It was very unfortunate to me as I was looking forward to working with her.

I have gone to Indiana Permanent Cosmetics and Skin Care for approximately three years now and have been extremely pleased with all the applications that have been done for me. Ive done facials, threading, lash extensions as well as eyebrow and eye liner permanent makeup. I have been in the cosmetology field myself (knowing how to treat customers) and cannot say enough about how professional and nice that I have been treated since Ive been going to this office. Jeet is AMAZING! I would HIGHLY recommend going to her and will definitely be back. My eyes are hooded and regular eyeliner smudges easily and doesnt last at all. I had went to another permanent makeup location TWICE to get permanent eyeliner and within 72 hours both times, the eyeliner was COMPLETELY gone. I went to Jeet to try one last time but had convinced myself that I was wasting my time. She was incredibly kind and explained every step of the procedure and after care. She spent extra time on my eyes, promising me that she would make sure I did not have to repeat the procedure. There was a huge difference on the technique she used verses the other person that did it unsuccessfully. It has been a week and my eyeliner still looks perfect. The owner has always been very professional, respectful, and done meticulous work. She has also been very accommodating whenever I have had to change or reschedule an appointment. First of all I love Jeet. She is amazing with eyelashes. I am very disappointed with the permanent cosmetics though. She had said that it would last ~ 10 years. By 3 years my eyeliner started turning pink. It has been maybe 5 years now and it looks like I have pink eye everyday. She called once when she was running a special and she said she would give me the special price but I already paid once to not to have to put make up on everyday and yet I still do. Just be sure you know what you are getting and what the warranty is.

My experience with Indiana Permanent Cosmetics and Skin Care was nothing less than amazing! It was definitely the best money I spent in 2017. I had a mole removed a few years back which left a huge white spot in the middle of my chest. She was able to match my skin color exactly with a cosmetic tatoo! I questioned the color at first, but she reassured me that within a few days it would match...and it did! I cant say enough good things about Jeet. Very very pleased with the results.

I am very pleased with Jeet’s lashes. I have had extensions for about 6 years and the trouble is having them not shed to quickly and not flipping left and right. Jeet’s lashes are great as they last and look like they could my own. Also as a scuba diver the real test is a dive trip. After a week of diving in Saint Lucia my lashes looked beautiful.

This woman, Jeet, is incredible! She has been doing my lashes and permanent makeup for 5 years now. She has been doing it so long that she can get a full set of lashes on me and not miss a single lash in no time! She just takes so much pride in her work and makes absolute sure Im 100% satisfied...which I always am. I also adore her as a person. I had gone to see Jeet to have my brows micobladed. She said she could do them for me. $700. What she did was give me a power brow, no hair lines at all and told me it would fade in 6 months to 1 year and than if I still wanted she would do the hair lines. its been about three years now. No fading. Never wanted what she gave me , and I have no idea when or if Ill ever get what I paid for!

I have been going to Jeet for 6 years and would highly endorse her work. She is honest and cares about her customers. I have gone scuba diving with these lashes and they are great!

If a client isnt satisfied with their results -she will correct without charging. She rearranges her schedule to adjust to clients needs. Now that is customer service!! I suggest you look into her services if you want the best outcome.(you get subpar services if you pay for subpar services). I adore her as a friend and a business owner! I highly recommend her !!
