I see Sarah, one of the senior stylists, and she has worked on my hair for a couple years now. She does such incredible work that I booked her for my Wedding last year, and I couldnt have been happier with the way it turned out. Sarah is a gem, and the staff does a great job too! I definitely recommend this place to my friends if they are looking for a good stylist.

I enjoyed the salon a few times - its a great environment. The first time I got my hair done I loved it, but over time the way the stylist did the highlights they became stringy looking and turned my brunette hair bleached blond. The last time it looked so bad that I called in a day later - No refunds if you cant make it in and most available times were in the middle of the work day.

I booked first haircut appointment for my 1.5year old. Ive given all the details at the time of booking the appointment. The reason I went in was because her hair was getting all over her face. The hairstylist first just trimmed a cm off and I wasnt happy. It wasnt even a hair cut, just trimming. I told her I need short and that her hair needs to be off of her face. She just went on to say I cannot do anything to keep her hair off the face. It is a lot of money for a baby haircut. It looks much worse after a wash. If they couldnt accommodate a baby, they could have not booked the appointment. Im having to book an appointment elsewhere immediately as her hair is just a bigger mess now.

I had booked with this salon for my wedding. 6 weeks out my stylists canceled on me. When I called to talk to the manager she apologized but said she’d get to the bottom of it and call me back and she never called me back like she said she would. Very unprofessional environment and obviously not reliable. Would not recommend.

I just relocated to Carmel from Scottsdale, AZ and was worried to find a new stylist. After 10 years with the same stylist it was a big deal to find a good salon. Nicole Bryan stylist, Jordan, is a great stylist. She really took her time to understand my preferences on my first visit yesterday. My color, highlights, and cut are fabulous. The salon staff and ambiance was perfect. I have found a new “Hair Home”

I love this salon! Katie T. has been cutting my hair for years, and Im always very happy with results. She takes time to listen and gives great advice. The salon is beautiful, and the hair washing stations are particularly comfortable. Plus, you can enjoy a glass of wine, cup of coffee, or soda while you get your services. I also know the management treats their employees very well, and Ive seen several of the same stylists there for years - happy work environment.

My fiancée went in with dark brown hair and asked to be turned blonde. After hours in the chair and $300 later she left with highlights at best. A serious waste of money and not at all what was asked to be done. Won’t be returning and wasting more money. Even paid for one of their top professionals and it made no difference. Master or not. Couldn’t get it done and offered no discount or explanation beyond “this is what I could do”.

Jordan is fantastic for a curly girl cut! Ive been to 4 DevaCurl stylists and she is by far the most knowledgeable, detailed, and passionate Ive had.

Too bad they shut you down. You took all precautions and if a woman is accustom to having color done it is easy to follow your direction and video. Just wanted to shout out and thank you! I love the salon but my stylist is the reason that I keep coming back time and time again. Gabby does the best work that I have ever seen. The minute you walk in you can tell its a great atmosphere, you can feel the positive energy. Very welcoming and every staff member I interacted with was nice and accommodating. Excellent communication, easy to schedule appointments in the evening, they use a text reminder system, service has always been great for me (I get relatively simple hair styles, nothing super exotic) with very consistent results. Pricing is not bad for what you get. Ive been going for over a year now every 5 weeks.

Ive only been here once, and with one hairstylist(Hilary) and its was a hairtastrophe!! I showed her a picture and said I wanted it exactly like the picture, the finished result looked nothing like the picture, like no correlation. She even looked at the picture several times!! Would not recommend Hilary

Updated: I went in two weeks ago and left really disappointed by my curly (deva) cut/transformation with Jordan. I was so disappointed I left a review so other people with wavy/curly hair would be warned. About a week later I received a call from one of the owners. He listened to me and offered to take time to try to give me the experience I was originally expecting. I went yesterday and he did just that. He has more experience with multiple types of textures of wavy/curly hair. Not every curl texture can be treated the same and that is one reason my last experience wasn’t a success. He was old school when cutting my hair and looked at each wavy/curl individually which is how the creator of the deva cut intended the curls to be cut. I still won’t go back to the designer who didn’t deliver for my hair type, but I plan on going back to Tyler.

Brooke is terrific! She always does a great job. You really need to book appointments in advance if you want to see her, but that is typical of most great stylists.

Great first visit to Nicole Bryan Salon. Went to Jordan and she did a great job. Very nice and beautiful place.

I will never ever visit the salon. The haircut I got was not like I wanted or I should say the one who was giving me the cut was not at all experienced. I think she was a newbie. I was really upset after isaw the cut. Even though I told her to not touch my length and still she cut more than I told her. Very disappointed. I have been to different salons for haircuts but this was the baddest experience I ever had. Couldnt even give a simple layer cut. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Ineffective, egotistical, and incompetent owners make this place a nightmare. Management is spineless and the salon is run like a high school drama club. Staff and customers come second to the owners own sense of grandeur. Favoritism is rife and managements motto may as well be penny wise but pound foolish.
