First time coming to Lash Lounge & Kathy was AMAZING! Super friendly, thorough, and clean. Im super excited to start regularly coming to the salon for my lash extensions. Previously was dealing with a lot of premature shedding of my lashes & it just seemed like they werent lasting like they should. She educated me a lot of taking care of them correctly to help them last. A few days into my set now & Ive had barely ANY shedding! Will be coming back regularly to Kathy!

Also had a lash and brow tint + lash lift with Lucy B, and she was fantastic!! Everyone had masks on, so I felt very comfortable! Already have another appointment booked!

First time getting my eyelashes done! Lindsay did a great job! I was really nervous having someone touching my eyes for that long but actually wound up falling asleep. Love the final product and will be going back for touch ups!!

I got lash extensions by Lucy today for the first time (the classics) and had a great experience in a very relaxing environment. I liked the individual stations being completely separated by walls and curtains. The consultation and explanations of aftercare and policies were all very thorough. She had a light hand so that made it even more relaxing that I took a nap. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get last extensions! I was blown away by my experience with Kathy today! She was so patient and detailed. She asked me a bunch of questions before we got started to make sure she understood my expectations. Plus she was very efficient. I blocked three hours off in my calendar for my first set, but she was done in just over an hour and I was thrilled with the result. My lashes look great!

Lucy is amazing stylist! My lashes looked brand new after my visit. It was the most relaxing experience I’ve had. She really took her time and was very very careful and gentle. The establishment is very clean and you are asked to wash your hands before your appointment, along with everyone wearing masks. Highly recommend!

Went and spent 100+ tip on eyelash lift and tint and my eyelashes look no different at all. Not worth the money at all. Everyone was super nice though. Would not recommend. I should’ve just gotten lashes because I spent the same amount. Lol I wish someone would’ve said “don’t expect much” or something. Now we know why they don’t post before pics of the lifts tho.

I wanted to get lash extensions for a trip to Florida. I couldn’t be happier with the results! I got a full volume set from Lindsay. I’ve gotten them done in the past at other locations and my eyelashes ended up falling out so quickly, I was hesitant to be disappointed again. I’ve had them on for a week now and I haven’t lost a single lash. I got caught in a bad wind storm and it felt like my eyelids were going to take sail yet somehow they are perfect still! I would highly recommend Lindsay and I’m going to make sure I book her again for my fill. Excellent service and amazing results :)

I got lash and eye brow tint with eyebrow threading.The color for eye lashes and brows were great, no complaints.What I did not like and would like to be discussed with client before:- threading included threads only and it should be no SCISSORS. I never style my eyebrows with scissors and nobody told me that they will cut half of my eyebrow volume... unfortunately i realized too late that half of eyebrow is gone already.... so the issues is that it was never said to me or asked before the procedure. I hope my eyebrow will grow and I will have back the volume I had.Last thing: when I came they told me to go to restroom to wash my hands (am... I mean I wash my hands and use sanitizer, but sending me walk over the whole salon to wash my hands instead of offering me a sanitizer is weird) ... I thought maybe they do all Covid protection measurements etc, which I understand. When my specialist came to take me to to the room, she just walked out another lady from the same room. the chair was not sanitized or cleaned (you could see dust and hairs on it)... So their extra protective measurements go to clients hands only.Thank you for great eye and brow tint, but everything else is just ... bad.

After my experience at The Lash Lounge Carmel, I’ll never go anywhere else. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a really nice receptionist, who is also very helpful with any questions or issues you have. The salon is super clean and pretty and their COVID response and procedures make everything feel as safe as possible. Lindsay did my lashes and they look great. I signed up for a membership and can’t wait to go back in two weeks!

Do not get your eyebrows done at this establishment. Half of my brow is gone and one is so thin compared to the other one. It’ll take months of growing them out to fix the damage caused.

I always thought eyelash extensions would look fake, but after discussing my concern with my stylist Lindsay, she advised me to try classic lash extensions and I LOVE them! They look like my lashes with mascara, and have really cut down time on my morning routine!

I am very disappointed with The Lash Lounge. I was underwhelmed from beginning to end. First, I was early for my appointment, but the receptionist did not even give me my paperwork to fill out until 5 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. She wasnt even busy before then, she was just scrolling on her phone. Very unprofessional. When I was finally taken back into my room for my brow threading (10 minutes late, even though I was there very early and it was a slow day), my stylist was not friendly. I talked about what I wanted, but she did not listen to me or even acknowledge some of my requests. She did not cleanse or sanitize my skin at all, not even before beginning the threading. After my brow threading, I noticed many areas where my skin was bleeding; I have never had this happen before with any threading, tweezing, or waxing. Today two days later I still have the little wounds under my eyebrows. To make it all even worse, she made it seem like she was so inconvenienced by me being there. I am VERY disappointed and will not be going back.UPDATE:The owner did get in touch with me after I reached out to the store and refunded me as an act of good service. He made it clear that he did not expect me to adjust my review, but I wanted to update it here as I appreciate good customer service after the unfortunate circumstances occurred during my service.

I am really disappointed by the customer service at this location. I had called in to ask if they had any evening appointments available. I was told they did not, but there was one on Saturday. A few minutes later, I went on the website to see PLENTY of available appointments, so I booked one. The text message came through that theyd confirm with me. They never did.I was a loyal customer to Lash Lounge before we moved to Carmel. I cant say that Im missing much now, since they cant even get their online appointment system to work.
