My check-in was quick, simple and flawless. The doc was kind, professional and explained everything. I left his office with no questions. Dawn was super kind and knowledgeable. She did all my measurements for my glasses and worked through my insurance and total cost. She was a joy to work with.

The Dr was fine but I had an appt earlier that I was going to be 5-10 late for and they made me reschedule. Then when I went I still had to wait 35 minutes before being called back. So I had to leave without picking out my glasses because waiting caused me to be about late for my next appointment

Dr Dickerhoof is very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help me get contacts that would help me see better close up. She explained everything regarding the photos of my eyes and answered all my questions.

My eye exam was very easy and professional. The nurse and the Dr thoroughly explained everything that was happening. The eyeglass assistants were extremely helpful in guiding me through my choices and what worked for my face, age, and coloring.

Dr. Amundson is an eye doctor who cares about his patients. He takes all the time you need and answers all of the questions you have. One of the main reasons I chose Dr. Amundson is because he offers retinal imaging. It allows him a full vision of the inside of my eye, and allows him to track my eyes health over the years. I highly recommend both Dr. Amundson and retinal imaging.

Today I have to be honest and tell you that this was a very disappointing experience. There was nothing personal about it it was strictly business. No one smiled no one asked anything of a personal nature no one attempted to develop a relationship with your paying customer. The attitude that was presented today was one that I interpreted as youre just another customer paying us we dont care about you and that is that. Now, it may just have been me as I noticed that other customers received a little bit more positive response from the employees there. Overall however I would rate this as definitely a 1-star experience and Im seriously considering finding another provider for my eye Care. Thank you.

This was my first visit to Pearl Vision and I was very pleased with everyone who works there.Very friendly and professional.Dr.Amundson did a very thorough eye exam as well.He took time to answer any questions that I had and made me feel very comfortable.I will be going back there every year for my check ups.

Very prompt and helpful staff. Theyre all very sweet and they are knowledgeable. Only downside was I was not made aware of charges up front. I was not informed that there would be a $60 fee for contact lenses evaluation.

After my visit there I was instructed to go to my Family doctor, which I did, the same day He ask me to go to an Ophthalmology Dr because the pressure in my eyes was 31 and 33 (very high), On 5-27 I went to Canton Ophthalmology had a complete work up and the pressure was only 14 and 15. I have a CT scan with /without contrast schedules for 5/28/20 at 10:15
