On 24-Sep-21 had a 1-hour 45-minute wait after appt. timeGlasses prescription was okay, got the glasses they did not fit the same and the ear sides were badly splayed out, tech acted like she had better things to do than fit my glasses.Did not get much time on the try out contact exam part – instructed to “just keep blinking and read” .The contacts dont seem right, prescription has Add at High have to hold the phone at a full arm’s length to barely read my phone. Right eye contact has a better distance focus than the Left, a bit of a distraction when driving, and cant read road signs the same distance away as the glasses

Horrible customer service! No one bothered to help me at all. The one girl never smiled, never said hello, never bothered to get out of her seat. She did say “can I help you” but she didn’t help me at all. The other was business doing I don ‘t know what. I would not feel comfortable buying glasses at this location.

Probably the worst customer service ever received every single time. No one acknowledges you when you walk in the door. I’ll stand at the counter with workers all around for atleast 20 mins before someone even says any kind of Hi, I see you. They all just have very bad bed side manners and etiquette. Don’t bother calling the place because they’ll never answer. Appointments are always running ATLEAST an hour behind every time. If you don’t have to go here, I would not recommend it.

Optometrist is top notch. Other employees are hit and miss. I picked up two sets of glasses on different days. One just handed me the case and said have a nice day. The second was very helpful, adjusted the glasses, asked follow up questions, etc.

It is easy in and easy out to this plaza from Ford Road. The parking lot is very busy so be careful. I find the staff here to be professional and able. Their quality products are worth viewing.

We had a really bad experience with a VisionWorks in TN and werent really worried about trying a different location because of it. But because of everything going on, this was the only place that had exam appointments available sooner rather than later. Im glad we went. There was a little bit of a wait but it was ok because we got to look at glasses. The doctor that was there on Saturday was super nice and knowledgeable! The staff was really friendly as well! A couple of days after picking up my glasses, my 2 year old got ahold of them and bent one of the arms pretty good, I took them in and they helped me with them and were understanding and kind! We will definitely be going back!

Standard eye exam. No true diagnostics performed, lots of upsell with no conclusive results or directions. Expect a referral to someone else. They will give you the hard upsell on everything explaining none of the possible options. You have to tell them what you want. Even telling them and directing them and documenting that I wanted my old lenes returned they weren’t. They offered no answers or anything to make me feel better about it. Definitely not returning. Go to a real eye doctor MD. This is just a guy who processes you for glasses. Nothing else and as others elude to unprofessional.

Best experience buying glass by far. From the convenience of setting same day appt. to the ordering of my prescription sunglasses and glasses, Ciara checked me in when I entered and also did my field vision test. Super sweet gal!Andrew nice guy, helping me out with sunglass and glasses. Can’t forget Dr. Schrot helping me to see clearly now. Excellent service, friendly people.

The staff was very friendly. The doctor was extremely friendly. Only complaint I have is the doctor didn’t really address the issues I had. Just said “it’s fine” and sent me on my way. Felt like I wasn’t really heard. Overall, for the same prescription it was good.

I had a 3oclock appointment that i left work early for. After not being greeted when i arrived and left for 49 minutes (i looked at my watch). They started seeing walk-ins. When i called it was appointment only due to covid yet they let walk-ins. This place is run very unprofessionally. While they had a nice selection they really didnt have anything that the others do not have. Take your money elsewhere where you will actually be serviced.

So far i have to say this place is a rip off..... Please ask questions prior to being taken back. They charge $50 to $80 for contact fitting fees. These are not covered by insurance, they know this and dont seem to care about ripping of its customers. i wont be going back. i have been wearing contacts for years. If you look up contact fitting the DR would give you a free for him sample ask you to wear it a week or two and then follow up and ask you to order based on feedback. My dr didnt have the set he wanted me to order and so he fit me for the wrong stuff. So what did i actually pay for? Plus, they wouldnt let me leave until i bought new contacts.

The eye doctors was great, she talked to you like you were her best friend. She did an extremely thorough eye exam, even though they were super busy, she really took her time. The people working the front of the store were also really nice, and again even though they were really busy, they took there time, and helped out, and talked with you like there was no one else there but you! Really impressed!

Dr. Monty was AMAZING. So polite so kind and took his time making sure my prescription was just perfect. Michelle in the front was just as amazing. So patient with me as I tired on lens after lens. Helping me pick out the perfect pair for me. I will always do business with them and I highly recommend them.

Come in for an eye exam at 5:40. 1 hour later and 10 minutes after they close shes still waiting for the exam. Empty lobby, one that person getting an exam? Trash business with rude staff.

Darlana allowed me to exchange my glasses beyond the 100 days (policy) by being considerate of the lockdowns due to the pandemic. Kelly gave a good deal on the lenses as my insurance couldnt be applied.

1. Eye exam for lenses prescription is $80; not cheap when you pay out of pocket. 2. When you exit you would expect them to give you a prescription(which you initially pay for) with all the papers they give you. Seems shady why they would do such things to customers since they want you to keep purchasing from them.Just shady tricks they play on their customers. Staff is nice: probably the owner probably trained their staff this way.

I had a great experience last year, so made an appointment for this year as well. Apparently things have changed.After setting up my appointment a year ago, and two weeks ago confirming my appointment, (and receiving confirmation text messages four days prior and the morning of the appointment!) I drove a half hour on a snowy day to get my eyes checked. I arrived at the store a bit early and looked at glasses for about 10-15 minutes before anyone so much as acknowledged my presence. At that point, an employee took me back as if to check me in; unfortunately, that was not to happen. Although I confirmed my appointment on the 6th, I was told that I was double booked and that my appointment had been rescheduled for earlier in the day. They claimed to have called (also on the 6th), but I never received a message. The employee apologized, but there was nothing to be done - no fitting me in, no compensation or coupon, just an offer to reschedule for next week.No, thank you. This appointment was made a year ago and confirmed two weeks ago. I received confirmation text messages four days before, and again on the morning of my appointment. I took over an hour of my time for this on a snowy Saturday, and was turned away. I will not be going back here.

Awesome service. The young lady that helped me today was so nice. Even though I get my prescription glasses from the VA, when I came in with a missing screw to hold one of the lens in, she not only replaced it, she changed the nose pieces as well. My only regret is I didnt bring in an extra Tim Hortons in for her. :-)

This place is a big rip off if you are going for an eye exam. Please ask about all the costs. I ended up paying a lot of $$ inspite of my insurance covering eye exam :-(. They told me the list of things not covered after the exam was done.

They had a great selection of glasses from every brand, and with their sales, it was cheaper not to use my insurance. The only thing I could say to improve is for the staff could hace taken more initiative to help me find glasses that work for my face, but I know that is just a personal preference. Overall, they were very nice and friendly.

Absolutely fantastic. The service was probably the best retail experience I have ever had. The staff was a delight, the doctor both friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is immaculately clean and organized.Even if you have to drive our of your way, the service alone is worth it. Absolutely deserving of business.

Went here for the first time yesterday. The whole staff is great. My son had a terrible melt down about the NCT test. The staff was great with him about it. They have a great selection of glasses. We will not be going anywhere else!!

I’ve been in a couple times and there customer service is horrendous. You’d think they’d treat people better when they spend that much at your store. And if you come in for a repair they will absolutely not help you, they’ll say they fixed your glasses but did not.

Went here one time they were good .then i make an appointment for the 2nd year to come back for a checkup . they make an appointment and then call me the day before and tell me my insurance isnt excepted there anymore. I can say its not Medicare or medicade insurance eather and its real sad when its all about companys trying to make more for them . than think about a customer and one that wants to return back again for another check up using there insurance

They are the worst! My mom made her contacts appointment at 11am and the doctor decided to take a lunch at that time so she didn’t get to see him until around 12. They then decided to take someone else instead of her so she had to wait even more. Once she finally got in, they did one part and said the doctor who does contacts isn’t in today so she will have to make another appointment. Made another appointment then they decided without telling us that the day she made it for wasn’t good for them and changed her appointment date and time. DONT GO TO THEM!

Undoubtedly the best experience I have had taking care of my eyes, the teams I have interacted with set the bar high.My first interactions began last year with a new employer and vision plan; at that time Michelle did a fantastic job laying out my options and patiently helping me select the best fit (and best look!).Just this weekend I pulled a hard Velma and broke those same glasses; however, Kelly was quick to help me get a replacement ordered today. She even went above and beyond by calling me back when she found a better option for me!All around great experience with a great team!(For those complaining about costs: this store and team dont set the rules, get over it. High prices are the symptom of US not having healthcare, your insurer, and rates set by sellers. Anything outside of experience or expertise is beyond the scope of what they can control.)

Worst experience I have ever gone thru. NO where to sit while waiting for the doctor to see you. Doctor Lavine is a so so doctor, not very detailed in the exam at all. Once the glasses finally came in the sunglasses were defected and had to be sent back, I am still waiting for them. My scheduled eye exam was set on February 16 2017. Today is March 10 2017 and still no sunglasses. Called the store to see about the status of the glasses and they are schedule to be in March 13, 2017. Almost a month since the exam. I payed over 500$ for my prescription glasses and sunglasses. I have been wearing glasses most of my life and this is by far the worst experience I ever had to deal with. I do not recommend this store at all and will not be back.

I went for eye exam met any mexican his english is very hard to understand and the computer takes too long for the staff to work and they keep on waiting.Be careful , know about your insurance plan ahead before u go the staff DANIEL doesnt know anything about our insurance plans.MICHELLE the store supervisior can conveniece you for anything so be sure about your choices and insurance plansI suggest not to go.

Made an appointment here for a contact lens exam. Scheduled for 4:30. I was still waiting at 6:00 PM. Got up and left along with three other customers who were ahead of me. No advanced warnings on the extent of the wait. Horrible experience.

Spare yourself the grief by going to this place. They may seem to care about whether or not your glasses work properly, but $500 and 3 visits later my lenses still are not correct and I am currently having ongoing drama trying to actually get the refund that was issued to me. After multiple calls and trying to sort out a mess that they created (and unfortunately cannot help me with) I am still trying to fix the mess they made by them issuing a refund to the wrong card...THREE MONTHS. And they are sorry for my momentary inconvenience, but they have done all that they could...well how about making sure that the customer wants the refund back on the card that they picked? That would be great. And how about being more proactive with actually getting answers as to why a refund didnt actually go through?**The manager took the time to rectify this situation and I was able to get my refund. She was apologetic and friendly. It was an unfortunate scenario, but it ended up turning out okay.
