Dr. Jack is awesome and is patient with you when examining. If you need her to go back or forward again to try to see which is clearer or brighter. Jason was also very helpful with the picking out of the frames,I feel he was very honest with what he thought looked good on me as well as wanting me to feel good about my choice also. Everyone is very kind and helpful there.

I got my glasses at a different Optometrist and was having trouble with them slipping. I went into Vision Center and they were extremely helpful. They spent time adjusting my frames so that they fit properly and gave me lots of information about what was wrong with my frames! Ill go there next time I need glasses.

Came by with my grandparents yesterday and had the most wonderful interaction with a out-of-the-way service provider here. The young man was incredibly kind and made all of our days. Thank you once again ☺️

Visited the office today to have my frames repaired, unlike most eye care places they have someone who can and will fix your damaged frames.Ill be joining there as a patient soon.My vision insurance finally has them as a provider I can visit. I had Dr. Jack as my eye Doctor at a previous office and Im so glad I can have her as my doctor again.

Wow! What a wonderful experience. Staff is not just friendly and helpful, but they actually understand their profession and give you expert advice. Ive been to other places where all what the resident drones know, is how to photocopy a prescription, fill out a form and handle the cash register. At Vision Center the staff knows what they are doing. Warmly recommended.

I have been going to the Vision Center since I was very young to see Dr. Cassidy. He is great. Very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful! The facility is always well kept and clean. They have great magazines and coffee in the waiting area. I also love their wide selection of glasses when I am in the market to buy some. I have never had any trouble finding frames I like. I highly recommend the Vision Center for any of your eye care needs!

Have been coming to this eye care center since I moved to Michigan a few years back, the staff are very kind and the services they provide are great!

I went to vision center this afternoon to see their selection, since my son broke his frame yesterday. The guy who I talked to were very rude and told me upfront that I need to have the patient here. Then I asked him about the time frame of getting a new pair of glasses. I dont feel he wants my business there. It sounds like I am wasting his time and why I havent left already. My son was in school at the time. Thats why I didnt take him there. Also I am glad I didnt take him. I wouldnt want him to be treated like I got treated. I still took a look around the store. The selection looks good. I am giving two stars for that. But the store is totally not welcoming. I would not recommend it to anyone

I go there to see Dr. Jack, and she is very helpful and seems genuinely concerned about my eyes and vision..

My family has been getting classes and contacts from the vision center since 1998. We have always had wonderful service here.

Walkin obviously has higher priority. I scheduled 10：30 and arrived at 10：10, wait until 11: 10, the doctor finally appeared and said we have to do the exam for this customer first since she walked in. So, dont schedule, walkin next time……
