Today I had a scheduled apt at 10:30am, but I showed up early because of the weather (I wanted to get in and out). The gal that checked me in was super helpful and had a great attitude. They ended up getting me in within 10 minutes of being there. The tech that assisted me was just as wonderful and made me feel at ease. The office felt very clean and the COVID precautions were excellent. I would highly recommend getting any imaging tests you need done at this facility.

Brought my 81 year old mother for a Dr appt today. Her Dr was not listed on the directory so I had no idea if we were in the right place. Not a single person inside the bldg to ask, nobody doing Covid screenings either. I called the phone number to find out but after 11mins on hold because they are experiencing higher than normal call volumes I gave up & guessed where she needed to go. Such a far cry from Park Nicollet across the street!! Hopefully this is her last appt here.

This facility is fairly new with the latest technology available. The MRI machine here is the best. It is more open and bright and does not feel like you are in a tube. They even give tours before procedures to make you feel more at ease!

Had a prenatal high-risk Level II Ultrasound with Sonographer Marney and just loved her. She is bubbly and positive and made the whole experience very fun. Ive had US techs before that just go through the motions and dont share the excitement of seeing your baby moving around in the womb. I wish I could see Marney for all my appts. The Dr was displayed on a screen from the SLP location, which worked out just fine. I was able to communicate with him about concerns and upcoming appts with ease.

I was seen in the Radiologist Diagnostic Ctr - - I had an ultrasound and a CT Scan done of abdomen. Both tests were done without any delay and the staff was great. I will return to FVR Specialty for nay other needs I have in the Specialty Clinic area. Wonderful service with a smile !

The specialty care center is very nice and clean. I love that there is Jazzmans Coffee shop on the main floor. The gal making the coffee makes one great cup of coffee. As a repeat customer I actually enjoy Jazzmans over Caribou or Starbucks.The other day while we were waiting for a prescription at the Fairview Pharmacy we found out that Fairview is closing down Jazzmans and wants to focus their attention to the We proudly serve Caribou Coffee Shop at the hospital. This has got to be the most ridiculous idea I have ever heard. We find comfort in enjoying a cup of coffee while we wait for our appointments and waiting to get our prescriptions filled. This was a great way to help with our anxiety.Fairview Management....before you think about your pockets and profits please consider what affect closing down this wonderful little coffee shop will have on other patients and families coming for appointments. Jazzmans was a service that brought us comfort and was an appreciated element to great patient care. Now you want to make us go all the way to the hospital for coffee....no thank you Fairview. We will be taking our business elsewhere and transferring pharmacys. I will no longer be recommending Fairview to my friends or family.

Went in for my tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy with Dr Zieski. Pre op nurses were caompassionate and explained everything to me into detail. Anesthesiologist came in and made sure I received a patch for nausea and I was in surgery just a few mintures after my scheduled time. Post op nurse Lori was amazing. I have terrible anxiety, so when I woke up in the recovery room I was very scared and started crying, she took care of me every step of the way. She gave me popsicles and fed me ice, then I returned to my room and got to leave by 11:30 am! Healing is a process and I am very thankful I chose Dr Zieski and his staff at the Fairview Ridges Specialty Center!

Really quick and easy procedure done, the doctor was friendly and informative.

Visiting cardiac rehabilitation center almost every week. And, they deserve five stars every time!🤙
