The knowledge, understanding and the eagerness to help you out, is a 10+.I was in a situation regarding my insurance that left me in doubt and fear of what to do, and a phone call lead me to Jenna in the Billing department. Jenna was very understanding and made me feel at that very moment that I was her priority. She is a blessing, for a stressed person!! Jeanna understood my issue and was willing to explain options and listen to me.I have been using Skin Care Doctors for many years now, and I highly recommend anyone to do their skin care with them. I had some cosmetic treatments done for my first time ever at Skin Care Doctors by Joanne Ostman PA-C,.It was so exciting but at the same time I was very nervous.Joanne was very in-tune to me and was very calming and reassuring and made it very pleasant.I am so Happy with my results Joanne did a excellent job!I will definitely be back to see Joanne in the future.Thank you so much!Vicki Tintes

Bottom line here is you are just a number with a dollar sign. DO NOT EXPECT EVEN ADEQUATE CUSTOMER CARE. If you take care in your own health without a doctor or nurse interaction you can use this practice. They simply dont care about the patient.

This office disappointed me on so many levels. The office visit was cursory and I felt like just another number. I tried multiple times to call the office and always had to leave a message to get a call back. And if you want to forward your medical records to another provider, good luck. The doctor needs to review them and sign them and it can take up to three weeks for them to be released (even though I signed a provider release at the initial appointment). Im still waiting and its almost 3 weeks since my request to release the records. Unacceptable. I told my GP to not refer to them anymore. Do yourself a favor and find another dermatologist.

This office has amazing experienced doctors. However, they are so busy good luck getting in to see anybody. Every time I call the lines are busy. Also, I will leave messages with my name and number to call me back in order to schedule and I never received a call back from any of the front desk staff.

Dr. Pappas is, by far, the best dermatologist I have gone to. I have gone to 5 dermatologists, over 35 years. He is thorough, a great communicator and very professional. I feel that his recommendations for treatment are research based. I highly recommend him for any and all skin care issues.

Saw Dr. Wriston today, very nice doctor, felt really comfortable with him. Was willing to work with me and give me options as opposed on insisting on a specific course of treatment. Would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Last time I was there I had Dr. Pappas and he was great. Unfortunately, I just got a letter saying that April 11 is his last day, so I should make my yearly appt with someone else. This is the 3rd time this has happened and it makes me wonder why the turnover is so great.

I was able to get an appointment much more quickly at this location than any of the other clinics locations. I didnt have to wait long in office, the doctor was polite and efficient, and the nurses were very friendly. Im glad to make this my new dermatology clinic.

I followed Drs. Cooper, Camp and Bongers from their previous clinic in Owatonna to Skin Care Doctors. They are all great. I had more than a dozen skin cancers diagnosed and removed. Dr Wriston is a wonderful dermatologist who really knows what hes doing and can find even the smallest bad spot on your skin. Dr Camp can do skin grafting that is amazing. Both are also very caring about you as a patient. I highly recommend them. Sometimes its hard to get the staff to answer the phone and call backs may not be timely but please keep trying.

Wont be going back. We have all been seen at this office, with hundreds of insurance dollars being paid to them and hefty copayments. My husband was a little late paying one $20 copay and when he made an appointment, was told that even though we have insurance, he would be required to pay in full in cash and that he would be reimbursed once insurance paid. They are not the only option. Rude billing person.

Have had opportunities to see multiple physicians at this office. Id recommend any of them to family for their skin care.

Felt rushed during the appointment. Doctor treated the new nurse to the clinic poorly. I had to call several times because the receptionist desk was busy and I left multiple messages to cancel my next appointment. Finally they answered after over a week of phone calls and cancelled my appointment.

HORRIBLE!! Never ever ever again!!!!!!! Went in for a routine removal of small skin on face (decided to give them a try..as I thought that was the place I usually go) and I now have a noticeable scar in the area and a bill triple what I usually pay. The billing lady was rude-so I talked with Karen who insisted I was given information about scarring (I dont remember this at all) and that was that. Horrible!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and take your skin care elsewhere!

I have been going to this group for a number of years because I am prone to skin cancer and have had all 3 types. While I like the doctors I have seen, I have 2 complaints:1. In April, I had a squamous cell cancer removed. 2 weeks later I got a call that I needed to come back in because not all cancer was removed in the first procedure. That happens. However, I could not get an appointment for 6 weeks!!! I tried to get an earlier appointment but could not. Today was my 2nd appointment; the first incision is completely healed so I have to start all over again with the healing process. I wonder if this had been melanoma if I would have had to wait so long.2. In the Edina office, Fox News is always on. I asked if the station could be changed and was told that other had also asked that question, but they could not change it on orders of the practice owner, Dr. Ebertz. Personally, I dont like to have my blood pressure raised right before having a procedure.

They can never get your insurance information right, they also fail to give the other companies th ey use to read your labs or anything else done there your insurance information. Because of this company Im in collections. I have call multiple times on this issue since 2016 and its already March 2017 and their incompetence is ridiculous. Do not go to them.

The MDs didnt seem to care about my cystic acne break out, in fact one told me I should just deal with it, and the receptionist staff is so unbelieveably rude.

Dr. Weston and Dr. Camp are both awesome!

Dr. Samuelson left Skin Care Drs. last year, under somewhat mysterious circumstances! No one there will say what happened, nor where he is now.
