I don’t usually give reviews but I felt I must because they are truly nice. I’ve been bringing my daughter there and like how we are treated professionally with kindness. Angie Rogers, Stacie, Wesley and to the whole staff if I forgot to mention your names . I brought my husband there and was glad that I suggested it to him. I highly recommend this place.

The place is very nice inside and the assistant i saw was very patient. They solved my issues that I know of so far which is really awesome and appreciated. However, when I saw my actual doctor everything felt pretty rushed even though she was nice and I wish I could have been told more specifics about my visit or issues I was having. It took a while for me to get an appointment to get a mole checked on my back and I wished that they could have slowed down a bit to be more invested in my visit and to have explained it better in terms that a non-dermatologist and first timer would understand.

This was my second time going to Pinnacle Dermatology. The first time was for my daughter and second visit was for me.Both times we were greeted by a friendly face and did not have to wait to be seen.We saw Angie Rogers both times and she was very thorough and spent a lot of time with both of us making sure all of our questions were answered and issues resolved.The best part is we could get an appointment within a week! No waiting for weeks or even months to be seen!

It was my first appointment at the Burnsville clinic and I had a really great first appointment experience! The staff was very professional and organized. I don’t have to wait long after checking in. The medical professional who helped me with my skin concerns was able to diagnose and treatment me! Thank you so much for the positive experience. I will definitely be back for future skin needs!

The staff and atmosphere were wonderful. Angie Rogers was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her! She was so friendly, extremely thorough, and didn’t make me feel rushed. I went here on a whim and I am so thankful I did! I will be a forever patient.

Its good to get an annual skin check for someone who has suntanned over the years. Dr. explained sun spots and recommended skin treatments to look youthful.

Amazing, the Dra and her assistant is so nice, the place is so clean and the girl in front of the desk very nice too, excellent job 🌷

We have been very happy with Dr. Angie Rogers. I feel she truly wants to help and doesn’t make us feel like just another patient. The office staff and assistants are friendly.

The scheduler assigned me an appointment in a timely manner, medical provider was thorough, asked questions that made it comfortable for me to respond, and the exam and treatment were preformed very professionally. The business associate was friendly and informative as well.

I have enjoyed being a patient in this practice (Burnsville and Edina locations) as well a very satisfied customer at the Spa for many years. The support staff is always helpful and professional and all the medical personnel are delightful, knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions.

I have been coming to this clinic for years but haven’t written a review. However I had to write a review after my recent experience. I have been going back and forth with different medications and unfortunately discovering a few allergies to medications. After a recent allergic reaction I went to my primary care doctor . They told me I’d just have to let the reaction “run its course”The next day Pinnacle reached out to me to see how I was doing and not only cared to check but fit me into a same day appointment. (Within 4 hours) to get some relief and an injection to help with the reaction. My symptoms have decreased significantly (50% within 24hrs)I can not thank them enough for reaching out and going that extra step. Especially when the primary doctor said there was nothing that they could do. I believe I worked with Stacy the medical assistant, Dr Angie and Dr Carney recentlyEveryone is always extremely helpful and caring. I just really appreciated the care and attention I was given, especially during a time when customer service isn’t always at the peak (pandemic and holidays) . Happy Holidays!

I went to see a dermatologist but they scheduled me with a nurse, Im not sure if they even have a dermatologist in their office. I was told the procedure would be no big deal not true says the painkillers and cancelled training events. I feel lied to on multiple levels and will never go back. Plus what is with me all the paperwork you need to fill out when arriving, yet they cant even send home paperwork for wound care? Not the best experience with after hour care either which we had to call. Beware they take no responsibilities for their actions.Im seeing a real dermatologist to repair the damage.

Dr. Angie Rogers was amazing with my teenage daughter. She listened to her and took time to be sure we both understood the options, side effects of medication and were comfortable with the treatment plan. My daughter felt very comfortable with her and so did I!

Went here because they could get you in right away. Bad news, there is a reason they are able to get you right in. The service is terrible. Saw a nurse practitioner, no actual dermatologist and she was super rude and dismissive. Dont know how this place is even in business. Save your time and money and go anyplace else.

Excellent service. We have been seeing Angie Rodgers for several years and she is the best. She is always ready to listen and prescribe the best treatment.

The past two times I’ve been to Skin Speaks (both times at the Burnsville location) I’ve waited 40-50 minutes past my appointment time to be brought into a room. Once inside the room, the care is great, however the wait time is highly deterring.

I have been going to the Burnsville location for years. So nice to see the same friendly staff at front desk, medical assistant, and doctor. Cozy atmosphere.

Dont even waste your time or money going here. Went to get my skin looked at and she didnt even touch or look at my face just gave me a steroid and said Im not sure what it is. Was in for maybe 15 min.

Excellent! Thorough, knowledgeable, and quick.

A small cancerous spot was found on my forehead. Dr. Carney used the MOHS treatment in removing it. Noone can even see the scar. It was a wonderful experience and I will return to this clinic with any skin issues I have in the future.

So, I have yet to figure out how to test my theory, but Im almost 100% certain everyone at SkinSpeaks is an angel... The Doc, nurses, and front desk is amazing, came in with horrible acne, less than a few weeks later my face is clear as can be. Thanks skin speaks!

Worst Dermatology clinic I have ever been to. They rushed me through my appointment and I felt like a number. Then when it came to my bill, I never received it and sent me to collections without calling me. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.
