Highly recommend! From the moment you walk in the door, the front desk staff make you feel welcome and comfortable starting each session off on the right foot. The therapy program is holistic and thorough, and I got so much stronger and felt much less pain as I progressed. My therapists, primarily Kara and Natalie, were not just experts but true artists in their practice- they not only helped me get stronger and feel better but taught me how to manage and continue to progress after graduating therapy. And Dr Johnson pinpointed my treatment needs, instilled hope when I had very little left, and truly advocates for the best care and therefore outcome for the patients he serves so well. Words cannot express how much I appreciated everyone who helped me, and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

PDR Burnsville has been my home away from home these past few months. Each and every time I had an appointment either with Physical or Occupational Therapy or Dr visit I was treated with kindness, compassion and respect. Including the wonderful staff at the front desk. They were NEVER late for appointments and always sent out reminders - which I really appreciated. Therapists were engaged with me regarding my progress and well being. You have to be an integral part of your own recovery and do the work! The tools given to continue my life long journey are invaluable and I will always have them with me. They recognize the mind, body, spirit connection and relationship with how pain can cause a lot of road blocks to your health and they integrate that into your program. Thank you PDR Burnsville. I have referred many people to your program and will continue to do so.

I cannot say enough good things about PDR Burnsville! From the first time I hobbled in with extreme pain through my last visit – it was clear that everyone there wanted to help. Each and every person made sure that I had the time and space to ask all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood the answers. Both the staff and the program ensured I had the tools and information necessary to work toward recovery, and to continue to lead a safe and healthy life beyond my time with them. While I am so happy to have recovered, I really will miss the PDR Burnsville crew!

Staff was very informative and caring about my rehabilitation process. Everyone employee I worked with was very knowledgeable in their field and it really showed. I feel great after only a two month process after dealing with chronic neck and jaw pain for 6 years. I would highly recommend reaching out if you have lasting pain like I did.

I cant recommend PDR enough. For years I have been seeking help and relief following a car accident. I only wish I had found them sooner!! They put together a comprehensive program that gave me incredible results in 2 months time. Not only did they work on my mobility and strength, my pain is also reduced. This place gives you your life back and gives you hope again. Every single staff member there - from reception, to therapists, to doctors genuinely care about you and it shows in every single interaction. Im a busy mom of 2 young kids and my family and I will always be grateful to PDR. My kids got their mom back.

PDR Clinics is a very understanding and caring rehab clinic to go to. Every time I have gone there, I have decreased my pain level, increased my flexibility, and over all health. I have a lower back issue that causes pain in my sciatica down both hamstrings. I need their physical activity and their education to help me become and stay flexible. PDR and their therapists know when to push me and help me work through the pain. They also, know when to step back and let me continue at a certain level. I know that when I return, I will always work through the moment of discomfort and keep making progress. Somewhere in my, hopefully, distant future I may need surgery. PDR is with me every step of the way along my journey to stay our of surgery as long as I can. I cant thank everyone there, enough. The work they do is outstanding and I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I am finally to a place where I feel positive about all the chronic pain and fusion surgery I have had over the last 6 years. PDR Burnsville is phenomenal. Dr Johnson really did a great job of actually listening to me and put together a great program for me. The front desk staff is so welcoming and make you feel comfortable. The therapists are all wonderful. They help you through times when your struggling and give you ideas that you work through on your own. The thing that was most helpful for me was the mind connection that they help you find, as that is as important as the building strength. I have had a rough 6 years of chronic pain and surgeries and the whole team really helped me with the mind body connection. There are all fabulous!

From my first session to my last PDR has been very caring, friendly and encouraging. I feel so much stronger and my neck pain has decreased significantly. The therapists are top notch!!!

I had a wonderful PT/OT experience at PDR. The program is top notch! PTs and OTs are very friendly and make the work enjoyable. They take the time to listen and tailor around the patients needs. If you are in need of Physical Therapy this is the place to go.

I had been seen and treated by PT and Chiropractic. I was still in pain and needing medication. Tried injections and was looking at a Spine Surgeon until PDR was recommended. Most of my pain was in my neck, but I had back pain since I was 11. I thought they would help, but they did above my expectations. I am no longer looking at surgery and am no longer on medications for pain. They worked on almost my entire body. I could not recommend this place more!

PDR and the amazing Doctor and Therapists there gave me my life back! After fracturing my L4 vertebrae in my spine I was suffering with pain and loss of mobility. After seeing many Doctors and a variety of physical therapy centers I found PDR. After completing my therapy sessions I feel like myself again, pain free and able to live my life again. I wish I could give them six stars!! Dr Johnson and all the therapists who worked so hard to get me better are truly my heroes.

I have been an EMT for almost two years and I have had two back injuries since starting. PDR helped me gain the strength to return to work and the tools to use good body mechanics while at work. I worked closely with Alison, Natalie, Christine, and Dr Johnson. I am very thankful for their patience and confidence in me.

I was referred to PDR by my Chiropractor for lower back pain. I had previously tried three other clinics for physical therapy. I believe the PDR program which includes education, PT/OT in combination with their MedX machines is a winner. I am confident in my home stretching and strengthening routinethat the therapists help me develop. Everyone at the clinic was friendly and encouraged me on my journey to navigate lower back pain. I spent a lot of time at PDR in 2020 and I always felt safe amid the COVID world.

PDR’s professional staff treated my back and hip pain with strengthening exercises and taught me how to maintain at home following my on site treatment. Staff was very knowledgeable as well as friendly and provided a personalized treatment plan in a COVID safe environment. I would highly recommend them!

My care and success at PDR clinic in Burnsville has been incredible. After suffering from whiplash due to a car accident, I started a program for neck strengthening. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The therapists are all highly knowledgeable and very professional. They are compassionate and encouraging. I have learned how to create a home program that will continue to keep my recovery progressing and long lasting. Dr. Johnson is very knowledgeable and was helpful in creating a program that was most beneficial to my recovery. I have regained full range of motion and continue to strengthen my neck and shoulders with the exercises and stretching I learned at PDR. This is a superb program that I can highly recommend to anyone suffering neck or back pain.

I have had physical therapy at other clinics, but my experience at PDR was the best. The physical and occupational therapists, along with the doctors make a complementary team that plan and execute your care. The MedX machines strengthened my back muscles and that, along with the stretching exercises that I was taught, took away the low back pain that had been limiting me. The treatment at PDR is very comprehensive , including education so that as I go forward after completing my treatment, Ive learned how to avoid what caused the pain. Everyone that I worked with, from the office staff, to the PT, the OT and the doctor, were professional, kind and caring. Many thanks to the whole team for their help!

All the therapists here are outstanding. I came here for a different reason than most as I didnt have back/neck issues, but I was having some weakness due to a prior stroke. My doctor sent me here to work on strengthening the weakness, and I came away with increased strength and mobility in more areas than just the affected side.

I went to PDR earlier this year to help strengthen my neck and reduce my migraines. Allison was the best! She worked with me on exercises that I could do in clinic and outside clinic. My experience really helped me!
