Google should give an option for zero stars because this is a place that certainly deserves that! Rude employee who is either overworked, tired or just needs an attitude adjustment! This was a major waste of money and time. Stay home unless you want someone to treat you poorly and charge you too much for it.

Hit or miss depending on who you see. The nurse assistant I saw today was, unfortunately, not the nicest or most helpful person I have met in a healthcare setting. Even though I told her that I thought I had either bronchitis or pneumonia, and *not* COVID since I am fully vaccinated for COVID and have not been around anyone who has it, she told me that it was best for me to leave the Minute clinic, go get tested for COVID in an outdoor setting, then once it was confirmed that I did not have COVID, I could go inside of a CVS and be tested for pneumonia or bronchitis. Her quote to me: We dont want you walking around Target if you have COVID. So I left without her even taking my temperature. At least I received an appointment cancelled test from them right away after I left. Hopefully I wont be charged for that encounter.

Took my teen to this location for an athletic physical and the PA had no idea what she was doing so I had to pay for that appt out of pocket and make another with our primary doctor to get the physical done right which will cost more.

Christina the N.P. was excellent. She was very friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. This was one of the best experiences we have had outside of our beloved primary care provider. The location in Target is convenient, and while the timing could have been disastrous (after saying “6 minute wait time” when we checked in on the kiosk, it said it would be 1 hour, 24 minutes) the provider saw us almost right away.We would definitely come back - especially if Christina was here!

Had a great experience today with Elizabeth - great win my 7 year old and extremely happy to get him seen on a Sunday so quickly.

We have been coming here for years and it is always s great experience. They do their best to get us in to see them in a reasonable amount of time and are thorough during their exam. The practitioners are always kind and great listeners. They are very upfront with how long you’ll have to wait and who doesn’t like walking around target as you wait. I would highly recommend Target/CVS minute clinic.

Same experience as several others. Waste of $100+. I got to suffer through two additional weeks of a sinus infection due the PA to not listening to me. I even asked are you sure this is not sinusitis? Yep, it was. She told me it couldnt be just yet, even though she never asked how long I had the symptoms already! She said Id have to fight off this virus for the next several days. The PA was more concerned with pushing the flu shot on me than diagnosing me. Thankfully I went elsewhere after two weeks and got antibiotics which took care of it.

Had to wait 90+ minutes before I was seen and when I was seen they had to keep re-listening to my lungs because they weren’t sure if there was something there or not. They ended up saying we will just call this bronchitis and asked me to pay 129.00 because I had no insurance and wrote me a prescription for some cough medicine that I was already taking... such a waste of money.

Awful experience. I have never seen something so poorly run! Management needs to implement better training and maybe hire some practitioners who dont treat patients like dirt. Wish there was an option for zero stars. Should have read their reviews prior to going. Never again!

Been there twice, was seen immediately with no issue, diagnosed strep the first time and ear infection the second (many months apart) and I was able to get medicine and get treated right away. No issues here.

I was told when I got there that they were not sure if I was in the right place. They told me they didnt want to Bill me if they couldnt help me. Then they sent me into the other room for about 5 minutes and then they told me that they couldnt help me. Even though they told me they werent going to charge me if they couldnt help me they did anyways. Its one thing when youre ill and you already dont feel good but when people take your money and dont even help you I dont know how they can sleep at night. Worst experience ever

This is the second time I wasted my money there. I wont do it again. The minute clinic is an hour clinic at best. The urgent care is more qualified for anything but a flu shot.

They gave my husband a flu shot when he had bronchitis for 11 days! His immune system was already weak which caused him to become very ill. They have flu shot quotas they have to meet now and don’t care about a father with small children. My husband is shy and just went along with what they did to him. Unbelievable! No words...

I also had to wait over an hour, but the service was done efficiently and carefully. Someone should be at the front desk.

This place is an absolute joke. Waited 35 mins. Nurse practitioner there has no clue what she’s doing and has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Told me there was nothing wrong With me and rushed through in 3 mins. $139. Complete waste of my time. Avoid at all costs

Unbelievable. This minute clinic is open until 7:30 P.M. I arrive at 6:48 with no one greeting me in the front. There is a sign that says we take our last appointment 20 minutes prior to the close time. I walk to the back, knock on the door, and politely ask if I could give them a urine sample for a possible UTI. She was so rude and told me to re-read the sign. I even called beforehand, ensuring I could get in. She wouldnt turn the kiosk back on for me. I went back to the pharmacy and had them help me find an OTC UTI test. They are worthless here. They didnt even have to do anything but have the lab check my sample. No wonder why this place only has 1 star.

Impossible to have a worse experience here. They wont be in business long.

Dont go here! Worst minute clinic experience I have ever had. Not only should it be called the hour clinic since the wait time is over two hours but no one greeted me or the other patient in the waiting area and we sat there for over 30 minutes. Then, the receptionist walked right by us with her purse to go to lunch, didnt make eye contact and still didnt speak.

Waited for an hour and a half. Not only was the check in times off there was no one at the front desk to greet or help anyone. I sat and waited the last hour and not only did no one check in and go into the rooms I never once got told about the wait time or did anyone greet me. Worst clinic ever.

Check in was annoying. But they actually listened to what I had to say. I was in and out with my antibiotic prescription in 10 minutes.
