I had an appointment at this clinic this morning that I had waited two weeks for. I assumed that the Park Nicollet Womens Burnsville Clinic would be in the Park Nicollet Burnsville Clinic Building. I got to the Park Nicollet Burnsville clinic only to find out that the office is across the street at the Fairview Ridges Clinic Specialty Building. I called the Womens Clinic Line and advised them that I was in the parking ramp across the street and would be late for my appointment. The woman said: you have five minutes to get there. I drove across the street and literally ran into the building. When I got up to the clinic, which was on the fourth floor, I explained to the staff at the desk what had happened. She told me that it was up to the doctor if the doctor could fit me in. She then sat there and chatted with her colleague for a full 15 minutes while I waited to find out if I could be seen. I was only 10 minutes late for my appointment. finally asked her when I would know if I could be seen and she said that it was up to the doctor and that the doctor was with patients. She never once intervened on my behalf to call the nurse back. I ended up walking out as I have never been treated that way in a medical clinic.

Irresponsible medical staff. They just point you what to do without any explanation and ignore your questions. What they do well? It`s to get payment from patients.

Do not bother going here. I checked numerous times that I could be seen. I am 4 weeks post-covid. The doctor in urgent care last week even confirmed I could ans sent through an order to be checked today. I arrived for my appointment today and the doctor would not see me because I have a cough. I asked why and they said each provider gets to individually decide who they see (even though I had confirmed with urgent care and the clinic when they called to confirm the appointment).They also told me that for a physical all they do is check you. If you have any questions or concerns about your health or need anything else they bill you separately. None of it makes sense.

This place was disappointing. I was told that my appointment was at 7, pulled up to the parking lot to see what time they opened (sometimes right at 7) and it said 8:00. Called to leave a VM since they said they opened at 8 saying I needed to r/s. Decided to walk up to the building to see if it was actually open since I only saw nursing staff going in. Got up to what was called the OB/GYN clinic and lights were all out. Decided to go back downstairs and find my actual doctors name, and found what suite she was actually in. (Now where I was told to go) Finally made it to the clinic and I was told right away I will need to r/s since I was late. I explained why I was late and the receptionist showed no remorse whats so ever and said its not my policy I explained to her that I need this today because it is time sensitive, she still told me I cant be seen. (10 minutes late) I then asked is there any other times soon that I can be seen I need this done and she said that it wont be soon. I finally told her that I was needing to leave since my 1st impression is not worth me coming back. She said ok. I am new to Minnesota and never have been to this clinic nor an OB before, and my impression was awful. The first impression starts at the front desk and I will never come back due to that. I was very excited to see Mary Sharkey but I will have to take my business to a different clinic.

Came for my checkup and Dr. Gupta was very friendly including the nurses and front desk staff. Planning to do prenatal care here in the future.
