This was my first time at this Dentist. The place was clean and well taken care of. The staff seemed caring, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very comfortable which I rarely do at a dentist. They did not try and rush me out the door and took time answering my questions. Happy with my first visit.

Provider was super to understand and put me right at ease. Her assistant was super at answering all my questions and concerns.

I took my 3 1/2 old daughter to Midwest Dental for her very first dentist appointment... what a fantastic first experience! EVERYONE in the office was so welcoming and kind. My daughter felt so comfortable - she did not hesitate to let the dentist and dental hygienist look at and clean her teeth. I would definitely recommend anyone/everyone to visit this great team. From the minute I walked in the door on my first visit I felt welcomed. The receptionist greeted me warmly and patiently handled my billing and next appointment scheduling. The assistants were friendly and helpful and Dr. Tae Kang was kind and knowledgeable. They all made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I have always been nervous going to the dentist but the staff at Midwest Dental are amazing and super nice! From the moment you walk in they make you feel welcome and at ease. For patients that hate the dentist or have anxiety this is really important and relaxing - You feel like you’re visiting your favorite family member! Everyone is very professional and compassionate honestly I cant tell you enough good things :) Love them all!

They were fantastic when my 7-year old had to have teeth pulled. They were reassuring and helped alleviate his fears. He came out of the appointment feeling so proud of himself for being brave and in no pain whatsoever. They entire staff are so wonderful! I wouldnt go anywhere else and would recommend them to anyone !

I love Midwest dental from the time I come in and greet the lovely receptionist to the time Im sitting in the chair chatting with the calming and sweet dental assistant waiting for the dentist who is ever so nice and pleasant and nice makes sure I am relaxed and ready. Everyone is so nice and great here I love coming , plus its right in town and I dont have to travel I love that !!

My wife and I looked for years to find a dentist office that would serve our entire family. We finally found the perfect office with Burlington Dental Health Care and have been very happy for the last 4 years there! The front office staff is amazing, the hygenists are fantastic and the dentist is very nice and very capable! Thanks for your service to me and my family!

Dr. Berghuis and her staff were very friendly and did a wonderful job.

They used to have a decent dentist. Theyve been trying new ones out recently. They have a new dentist now. Shes literally one of the worst human beings Ive ever met. She argues amd shes rude and concided. Some dentists you can tell that theyre in their profession to make people happy and keep their clinets teeth healthy and beautiful but, this woman is not in it for joy. She always sighs and she is obviously very unhappy to be at work and not in it to help people. She is extremely unpleasant. After having a broken spirit and no hope for my future here.. I pulled myself up, I searched until i found me and my soms a new dentist. A very caring one. Someone who will do anything for his clients to make them proud of their smile. He is sweet and very trustworthy. The staff at Midwest dental is not one i ever want to see running a business with this much control over someones body. They disgust me, be aware. Be careful. Find a dentist who cares about you as a person not a paycheck.

The staff is very friendly and you can tell that they care for their patients. I would highly recommend Burlington Dental Health Care to anyone who is interested.
