This is something that is listed directly on their website under the services that they offer, right under Cosmetic Services. Key note. Cosmetic.The receptionist spoke to me like I said the moon was made of cheese. And that she never had someone just reach out for this service before She kept talking about referrals and other irrelevant information to what is just a cosmetic procedure.It is a very common procedure, and one that is thoroughly listed and described on their website, down to even what laser they use to do it.I ended up just hanging up and calling somewhere else who actually knew what I was talking about and the services offered. If the receptionists here dont even understand the services their own dental office offers that is concerning. With such good reviews, that is a shame because I would have loved to come here.

Have been a patient for more than 10 years, and have always had good experiences there with their friendly staff. Hygienist did good job cleaning this time as always. Had my fillings replaced there a while ago; an excellent job. Totally recommend to anyone in the area.

I have received excellent hygienist and dentist care from Complete Dental since Jim opened his business. My cleanings have never been painful (like previous providers) and the root canals, crowns & fillings have been state of the art, delivered by friendly, compassionate, competent staff.

I just has my first visit at Complete Dental. Julie was great getting me in quickly and working with me to get my records from old dentist. I had Gilda as my hygienist. She was great. Very comforting and great at explaining everything she was doing. Dr Kostas was great and went over options for some work I need done. There is absolutely no one that I would rather have working on my teeth than Dr. Kostas! He is patient and caring and explains everything that he is doing every step of the way. He does beautiful work! His staff is sensational... they are warm and inviting at the reception desk, and his hygienists/dental assistants are professional and friendly. When I first came into Complete Dental Care in 2018, it was for an emergency tooth infection. They took me in the next day and got me sorted out. And then, over the last year and a half, they’ve completely fixed me up over the course of 7 or 8 visits. Dr. Kostas and his team have been incredibly pleasant to deal with (especially Jen)! I really cant say enough good things about Dr. Kostas and his team at Complete Dental Care. I have an obscene amount of dental anxiety, and he and his staff are always so gentle and patient with me, whether its routine work like a cleaning or something more invasive like a crown. (Side note: This is one of the only places in town that does same-day crowns...SUCH a huge relief to be able to get a major procedure done in one afternoon!) The front desk staff are stellar. Thats what I love about my dentist, Dr Kostas. He keeps up with new trends in dental care by constantly taking classes. That is really important to me as a patient, especially since technology is changing so rapidly. He is definitely the best dentist I have ever been to!

The staff is very friendly, and I went twice for cleanings. At the first appointment, Dr. Kostas told me I needed 5 fillings immediately from my x-rays, without much explanation. I got a second opinion on the same x-rays, and I was told I had one minor cavity that didnt need to be treated immediately, and everything else looked good. The cleanings were also extremely rough - my mouth hurt for two days afterwards.

If you are not happy with something, they will fit you in to correct an alignment that looks good to them but makes you feel uncomfortable.
