I think shes a great dentist. Ive had some serious work done here and its all been well done and pain free. I have no complaints except the chairs are kind of small, but Im pretty large, so theyre probably not that small. I would recommend her to anyone.

I hadnt gone to the dentist for years, putting it off out of fear. Then it happened, broken tooth. We had just moved here a few yrs prior to that and my stepson was going to Dr. Saxena so I made an appointment with her. Of course not seeing a dentist for years showed with several cavities. Dr. Saxena made me feel comfortable and relaxed, filled in the cavities and now Im there twice a year for checkups, with a lot less anxiety. Been seeing her probably around 15yrs now. Great staff too 👍

First visit today, was referred by a friend. Office is very well maintained and has a nice quiet atmosphere. The staff, and Dr. Saxena very polite, non judgmental and very patient and understanding. Will to break everything down so you know what you are dealing with, front office staff great with breaking down expenses. Awesome, totally awesome.

Horrible experience with Elizabeth Perez. Dr. Saxena would do well to hire more well-tempered and qualified employees who can conduct themselves professionally and ethically. Ms. Perez is certainly not one that promotes this office well to the general public who have many options for dentists in the area. Ill definitely be heading somewhere else.

I have been coming to Dr. Saxena for about 20 years! I’ve always been greeted with kind receptionists and hygienists who call me by name (and my husband and kids)! Dr. Saxena has always been gentle and has taken her time to talk with me about life, family, my kids, etc. at every visit! I have been going to this dentist for at least 5 years and I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. You can tell the main dentist, Himi Saxena, treats her staff and patients really well. All staff members I have encountered are so nice and they get to know you and remember all the conversations that youve had. They really treat you like an individual; as opposed to a number. They always swiftly take me back for my appointment and I really love the texted appointment reminders. Lastly, I have Lumineers and they have always been very delicate. I would highly recommend this dentist office. Other members of my family started to go here (upon my recommendation) and they too had great things to say. I couldnt be more pleased.

Have been with this office for years. The office staff are wonderful and Dr Saxena makes every dental procedure experience pleasant. No matter what procedure I have had there has been minimal discomfort during and after. My boys prefer going to Dr Saxena instead of a pediatric dentist. I highly recommend them.

I went here for two years.When she did a filling on one of my front teeth, my retainer didnt fit anymore. So, I went back in, expecting her to shave that part of my filling down, until it fit. But she took my retainer and shaved it down. When I later had an appointment with my Orthodontist, I told him what happened, and he gave me a very puzzled look.Then after a filling or two, I had been taking really good care of my teeth, flossing more often and really keeping up with my brushing twice a day. I was kinda proud of myself. But when I explained to her how id been flossing, she yanked a mouth model of the counter and pointed at it saying no I need you to be flossing here and here. & sure, I would have been fine if she calmly said hey, try like this next time but she didnt need to get an attitude.Then ive talked with another patient, and weve both had similar experiences where she tries to talk you into going after the beginnings of a cavity. So then youve got 6 appointments lined up, where she plans to drill your tooth for the beginning of a cavity.Ive since found a new dentist.

I always experience both warmth and professionalism at Dr. Saxenas practice. The office and waiting rooms are quite clean and I have never been kept waiting. I actually look forward to check-ups - they are pleasant and pain-free!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of Dr Saxenas staff and of Dr Saxena herself. While very straightforward (in terms of the task at hand) she manages to be very friendly, too. While obviously competent at dentistry, she showed an apparently genuine interest in life beyond fixing my teeth, beyond North Carolina. I will happily return for my 6 month checkup.

Bad experience, had to get my tooth pulled because this doctor did a fill in on a tooth that needed a root canal or an extraction,charged me for cancelling an appointment 24 hrs before appointment date. I would NEVER go back to this dentist EVER. Thank god i found DR. Wang, my teeth are all fixed she is AWESOME.

Warning! They will purposely do procedures that are not covered by insurance. Then haunt you to set up the next appointment and to pay the bill. If they told me the x-rays werent covered I wouldnt of gotten them.

Though ive need a lot of work on my teeth she still treated me fairly and kindly. My wife who needed no work was treated the same and not upsold on unnecessary work as ive had other dentist try to do to us both. We will be her patients as long as she will have us.

Dr. Saxena is the most wonderful dentist I have ever been to. I was very afraid of dentists due to a traumatic experience. Dr. Saxena has been very sympathetic and gentle with me and I would not recommend any other dentist besides her. If you are afraid of dentists, Dr. Saxena should be your 1st choice!!! There is not enough good words in the dictionary to describe Dr. Saxena and her staff. I had a bad experience in 2010-2011 and told myself I would loose all my teeth before I saw another dentist. One day I was in so much pain and I was recommended to Dr. Saxena Office and she broke my fear of dentist. Her and her staff was so nice and gentle. They were patience with me and ensured I knew everything was ok. They talked me through every step and before I knew it I was done and I did not feel a thing. Let me tell you I am addicted to going to the dentist I have gotten almost all my dental work completed and she makes time to fit my schedule. I recently had two broken teeth and guess what I now have two perfect teeth. I told her I wanted a crest smile and in less than a year I love my smile. Not only did she and her tech do an awesome job with my dental work they made me feel like family and helped my mental fears. I cannot say thank you enough. Did I add that the staff is awesome and they care about their work. They are artists in their field and they love what they do. My experience was one of the highest point in my life.
