Not really happy with them. A decent sized piece of tooth fell out and I was concerned. Called next day and they saw me that day which is great. Showed the first lady which tooth it was and they decided to take an X-ray.. not sure why when all I did was point at it. Then the doctor came in. I pointed at it again... When she was done it was a bit gritty and this place is know for that. I always have to tell them its gritty you need to clean it up and I shouldnt have too every freakin time! Im not going to get into more of that... so I start walking out and I get in my car and I feel my tooth with my tongue and the big gash which is very sharp mind you was still there! I went back in and told them they did the wrong tooth. IT WAS DOWN PLAYED BY THE WAY... she saw it and said theres another one? It was the original one! I said that is was fell out and is bothering me. She goes that small little bump? Yeah no it wasnt that small, I had the piece in my hand when it fell out.. she patched it and she said feel it.. here we go again not smooth... I asked will this smooth out becuase its gritty all she said was just rinse it and itll be fine. No it wasnt. Im tired and frustrated and I never did anything to anyone to deserve this treatment. Ive been nothing but pleasant with everyone that works there so I dont know why I got treated this way. Its a shame too becuase the staff is really nice and friendly but this will be my last visit there. Wonder if thats what they wanted all along.

I, unfortunately, had a mini emergency and broke my front tooth while eating a piece of fruit. I called the dentist office and they were able to have an opening for me within an hour. All staff are professional and have a way to relax you during a very stressful time. I appreciate them more than I could ever express. Clean bright office. All the hygienist and dentists are properly protected and special attention given to protecting the patient. The front desk staff are professional and knowledgeable about insurance as are the hygienist and dentists. Very little pain with the procedures. Highly recommend them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gensler and Dr. Zudans since 1986. I started seeing them at the Burlington Center Malls and even saw My orthodontist, Dr. Murray there for my braces. I have never encountered a bad hygentist and never had a bad experience. I love everyone who works there as they are all great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zudans since he was at the Burlington center. Probably 30 years or more. I had a appointment on February 25 at 9:00 am. I was a little nervous visiting the Dentest during a pandemic.The policys and procedures they have in place made me feel very safe. They are doing an outstanding job keeping the office clean and safe.The staff today was outstanding from the receptionest at the front desk, the hygentists and Mrs Brim.Mrs Brim explained everything to me that was going on with my teeth. These guys are the best. Yes the lobby is a bit dated but the quality of care couldnt be better. I have moved around the country a lot and had extensive dental work performed due to some injuries sustained as child. I know what its like to sit in the chair of a dentist who hasnt seen complicated issues. Dr. Zudans is a skilled dentist and is extremely personable.

I have been to 6 dental offices in my 58 years on earth. During my childhood, I encountered a very kind, experienced dentist who because of his religious beliefs only charged his patients $7 per visit for checkups. Needless to say, he was a rare professional. Since then I have experienced mostly highway robbers disguised as dentists, not really interested in caring for their patients dental health, but more interested in making a profit. Then I came across Five Points Family Dentists just by chance. Years ago my oldest son got braces, fitted by Dr. Murray, a skilled orthodontist whose office used to be in the same building. So, some 15 yrs later, as my insurance list of providers changed, and in my journey to seek a new, and hopefully trustworthy dentist, I decided to try the dentists from the same office building. And I am so glad I did. I am very happy to report that for the first time since my childhood days, I have found in Drs Genzler and Zudans the honest, caring, skilled professionals I have always been seeking! They and their staff are very professional, kind, and honest. Yes, HONEST. It is rare to find a dentist that will tell you when you dont need any dental work done these days! But, these dentists do not appear to be in this business purely to make money. Im convinced that they really care about what they are doing and they know how to treat their patients...with professionalism, respect, kindness, and honesty. And, they are definitely knowledgable and skilled in their chosen field. It is my pleasure to give this private dental practice 5 stars.

Changed Dentist due to a horrible experience. This place was the complete opposite of where we have been going. Friendly staff, professional!

So I called in Thursday morning to schedule the first available apt. Because I was in excruciating pain. I was told tomorrow (friday)at 12pm. I went to Google to get the address around 1030am on Friday and saw it said closed. So I called and they were close. I called several more times but still the same answering machine that said they were closed. I left a message to inquire why I was scheduled on a day they were close. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. These people are very inconsiderate!! Try Jersey dental down the street from them. Jersey Dental is great and when they make an apt they make sure there open to help you.

I love the gentle cleaning from Dr. Gensler, and I always get an early appointment that works with my work schedule. Staff is very friendly.

I went in for a normal cleaning and was told that I had a cavity on my tooth. They filled the cavity and sent me on my way. After this was performed I returned on two seperate occasions complaning of severe toothache and they did not help me at all, They didnt even offer me pain killers. I went the entire weekend in excruciating pain and went to a different dentist on Monday and they explained to me that Gensler and Zudans denstist drilled to low when filling my tooth and put the filling on top of my nerve!!! Now my tooth is infected and inflamed. I called Gensler and Zudan to tell them about this issue and they had an it happens attutude. Stating the tooth ws bad to begin with but if that was the case they should of did a root canal insetad of a filling and when I went back the two additional times for pain they should of admitted they knew they messed up with my tooth. These people are very unprofessional and Dr.Bhrim is clueless!!!!! I will never return here again. Now I have to stay in excrucuating pain for four more days until the other dental office can do the root canal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been charged for a double core build up for my last two upper molars yet after pain, my last tooth and one core build up, just fell out. Disgusting and on Monday, Im going to demand a refund.
