Best dental practice in my experience. Everyone working there is professional & extremely caring. Dr. David Cusanello is an extraordinary dentist. The office is lovely & the equipment is state of the art. He’s been my dentist for many years. A friend recommended him to me when the previous dentist I was seeing for dental implant work was not providing me with the expert care I needed. I was about to go away on a backpack to the mountains and I developed nagging pain under my lower denture. I called the office and explained my urgent need for immediate attention, and the dentist was consulted. I was accommodated immediately with appointment and came in to experience the amazing relief from pain due to a very quick adjustment to my denture. Dr. David Cusanello is amazing!

Excellent dentist and Prostidontist. My teeth were in terrible condition after radiation treatment for cancer. Dr. Cusanello was able to completely restore my teeth. They feel terrific. I can bite into, chew and swallow all of my favorite foods again with ease. Apples, raw carrots anything I want. The teeth look great and I love my smile again. Dr. Cusanello and his staff are wonderful and do everything necessary to make sure you are comfortable during treatment. State of the art facilities and equipment make the process efficient and the final product fits perfectly and holds up. I love that I can floss between all of my teeth again. I am keeping Dr. cusanello as my general dentist and highly recommend his practice to anyone looking for a great dentist for lifetime care and advanced capabilities when required

They go above and beyond...blood pressure, internal and external oral exam, excellent preventative dental care. When I’ve needed work, exceptional work every time. Dr. Cusanello inherited someone elses mistakes, with my challenging tooth situation. But he was patient, professional and generous with his time. He gave me the pertinent information needed to make a decision about how to proceed, and then went out of his way to make the appointment at the oral surgeon for me, before I had left the office. So I was astounded when his secretary told me he had told her no charge, when I went to pay. After 11 days of heck with my troubled tooth, it was like a ray of sunshine poked through. I would recommend Dr. Cusanello because he was truly looking out for me, at my most vulnerable.

The team at Lexington Prosthodontics continues to demonstrate their skill, professionalism and caring during these trying times. I was apprehensive about my first visit since the pandemic hit, but once in the office, those concerns were greatly reduced by the protocols they have in place, along with their positive and empathetic attitudes.

It was the highlight of this new-but already rough year. The level of comfort I got after my conversation with Dr. Cusanello was just what I was looking for. The staff was courteous on the phone and in person. I will be returning for many years to come. Best change I’ve made in a long time.

Just the best group of pros. Doctor Cusanello is very skilled and a pleasure to work with. But youll spend more time with the nurses (hygienists? assistants? not sure of current correct term), and they are all really great. I usually see Leora and shes an ideal healthcare provider, smart, skilled and caring. They also work hard to book appointments to fit your schedule.

I have recently started working with Dr. Cusanello. He is very clear, straightforward, friendly and easy to communicate with. i chose him because I was told he does beautiful work, his prices were reasonable, and I really appreciated how clear he was about what he recommended and why. I am not done yet. I am still wearing my temporary partial and am looking forward to getting my four new permanent teeth in a couple of months. So far working with him and his hygienist has been a very good experience.

I went to Lexington today to get my teeth cleaned! My hygienist Melissa was so thorough with information regarding brushing my teeth, flossing and overall use of electric toothbrush. I don’t have dental insurance and the dentist David Cusanello was very sympathetic and is giving me a courtesy call for my next appointment. The LP staff are back with even more intense infection control practices during the Covid-19 pandemic. Got my overdue cleaning yesterday and plenty of advice on keeping my 68-year-old teeth and gums healthy. My several crowns, all installed by LP including one thats 45 years old are still in great shape!

I have horrible anxiety with the dentist from past experiences and I don’t worry about that here. They are amazing, super friendly and great at what they do. I had a lot of work done with Dr Cusanello (multiple fillings and a crown). Everything was done beautifully, and I wouldn’t change anything about the care I received. Definitely recommend them!

I am a difficult case, with a pair of 25+ year old implants that required diligence to successfully locate suitable replacements. Additionally, a broken screw in one of them was skillfully removed in prep for installing the new replacements. And, the brand new office and equipment is state of the art!
