Rude rude rude... left sitting in room 40 min... when tryed to ask question was snapped at by assitant told to wait for denturist... 40 min later were told he didnt know how long it would be... he was busy... we decided to leave and reschedule...when i called to reschedule i was told we wernt welcome to come back!!! was she treated this way because she has state insurance... not a big money maker for them??? dont tecommend if u dont like being poorly treated!!

Our family has been going here a few years now for anything from cleanings to crowns. They are amazing with my kids...and the adults! Their staff are friendly. Good at what they do. And the crown I just got today to replace an old, broken one feels so fancy and lovely.

Everyone Ive met so far is very pleasant and Dr. Han is a treasure.

Do not go here. Ruined my mouth and Teeth. I sent a dispute and I was ignored. A young person did the cosmetics and it was a joke. Thousands later they dont care or take accountability. Bham.

As a medical professional I’ve had to take my clients to Northwest Dental for their denture needs. What I noticed was the way my clients were treated, it was with tremendous respect, professionalism and kindness. I knew that I would be needing a full set of new dentures soon as mine were over ten years old. I knew that Northwest Dental was where I was going to have my new dentures made due to my observations of the work and treatment of my clients.My new dentures fit like a glove and they look natural. I had to have implants in my lower jaw due to bone loss, so my lower denture had to fit just right. Don was able to accomplish this. He was really picky on how they looked and fit, for that I am extremely greatful. He instructed me on the proper care of my implants, something that was not told to me when I got them. I feel that Northwest Dental went above and beyond the norm. They truly care about their patients.I thank all of the team members for providing me with my “pearly whites”. I want to say Northwest Dental is by far the most excellent dentistry available in all of Skagit County. I look and feel beautiful and am very pleased with there professional and friendly professionals that they have working there. I feel and look great. Thank You Northwest Dental I will be back and I will only trust them for all of my dental work needed.

I like the denturist. Very nice, cares about the fit and feel of the dentures. They do very good work :)

Had dentures made, people were nice, but trick you to sign acceptance form,right before final fitting, so when they dont fit correct, there is nothing you can do,and they tell you to go somewhere else, to get your new denture to fit correct. Denturist,take no pride in the work they perform. Would definitely not recommend,scammers!
