First time coming here and I already feel like family. After going through my first exam with Dr. Hickson he thoroughly went through all of the spots for concern and made sure I understood what I was looking at unlike any dentist Ive been to previously. Afterwards the hygienists and receptionists all were very friendly, great conversationalists and great at their jobs. I felt so welcomed, and now my teeth feel very clean and healthy thanks to everyone at Burlington Dental Arts! Ill definitely be coming back and recommending to everyone I know.

Today I went to this office, seen Dr. Christopher Hickson and my impression was beyond over the top amazing. I have terrible anxiety, the staff and Dr. Chris went the extra mile to ease all my anxieties, answered all my questions. Our whole family will be going there for our dental now.

🦷3 abscesses in the same tooth. I got stuck with this guy after my good dentist retired also. Wouldnt look in my mouth unless his nurse assistant gave him the go ahead. Wouldnt answer simple yes or no questions. Save yourselves and run for the hills, I waited too long.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of service I received from Burlington Dental Arts. I recently had to change dentists because my dentist of 35 years retired. I was concerned that I would not get the same high level of care. Im happy to say that the staff is really professional and exceeded my expectations. Melisa at the front desk was super helpful getting all of our insurance information straightened out on our first visit. The hygienist took great care of my 9 and 13 year olds, and explained issues and tips very clearly. Glad to have found such a nice place!

Usually going to the dentist really BITES. But at Burlington Dental, all my fears were NUMBED.But really they filled two cavities for me today and I didnt feel a thing. I was in and out and have always had a smooth experience with insanely friendly service.

Dr. Hickson did a fabulous job with my procedure. I was comfortably numb and did not even feel the injections with his technique!
