I like the state of the art equipment, especially the mouth scan. Everyone took their time to explain the health of my teeth and preventative measures.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at a dental visit! Very courteous, professional, meticulous, and fun staff, and they walked me through my entire checkup in as much detail as I wanted and were happy to answer all of my questions. Excellent facility, well-equipped with good tech, clean, and comfortable. They are also very willing and well equipped to work with patients with all levels of dentophobia. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Dr. M was great. I only had consulting so far but i am 1000% sure i want to do my teeth here. Let me say that i need multiple surgeries, cavities filled, root canal, and many other cosmetics done, and Dr. M was so wonderful at explaining everything that i am actually excited to do my dental work here. I will update once everything is done, which will take a year.

I’m a regular at their Nashua, NH office and today went to their Burlington, MA office. I’m very pleased with the dental care I have been receiving. They have taken ample time to be thorough both in their work and their discussions of my needs and my questions. The office was spotless and the people very friendly. The hygienists explained each step of the cleaning process as well as when she took the x-rays. I appreciated the virus remediation UV light and air changer. Dr Slava and the hygienist answered all my questions and gave me plenty of time.

From the moment you walk in you are treated with nothing but the utmost professionalism and dedication to customer service. The staff and Dr. M are amazingly skilled, thorough, and have great bedside manner. Despite being in the middle of a pandemic, they bent over backwards to accommodate me with a last-minute schedule change, and fit me in same-day, and did so with a smile. The treatment was very efficient, painless, and for the first time I wasn’t left with an entirely numb face and drooling for hours. Not sure what Dr. M did differently, but the anesthesia was amazing! Everyone you meet there is pleasant, be it via phone or in-person. All of the equipment is new and shiny and the facilities are state-of-the-art. I would highly recommend this practice! (maybe I shouldn’t since this will make it harder for me to get an appointment!)

I continue to be impressed with Greenwood dental. Such compassionate care, feels very safe during COVID. And thoughtful, responsible dental care. I don’t feel like products or unnecessary services pushed and cutting edge technology available. Dr. M is really personable and lovely and I am totally afraid to going to the dentist and have seen lots of dentists in my lifetime. I’m glad I have found Greenwood.

Dr. M put me at ease and meticulously cleaned each of my teeth.5/18/2021 I had the pleasure of Dr. Ms husband at this visit, and I immediately felt assured that I was in good hands. He gave me great advice on over the counter mouth guards, instead of trying to sell me one that I could not afford. The practice is also very accommodating for people that work during the day.

I called the office today for an appointment and I got it on the same day. After examination in the office I was offered to do a procedure immediately. It was performed in a very professional manner.Overall I am very satisfied with service, modern equipment, personnel attitude, clean environment and well arranged procedures for Covid-19 prevention.

It was great experience to have dental cleaning at Greenwood. I was quite hesitated to go to dentist because of pandemic. Very soon, I realized my worries were unnecessary when I got there, they have viruskiller installed in every room and along with other completely new devices to prevent spreading virus. They did really good job in terms of taking care of everyone’s safety ;)

Everything about the group that works here, I could rave about. First and foremost, they do a great job with cleanings. They don’t magically find cavities that dont exist, unlike other establishments I’ve been to in my life. They have taken care of a few crown replacements I knew I needed done, and it was a breeze. Lastly, they are simply awesome people. I actually look forward to going to my cleanings there. Each visit, it’s as if I’m visiting friends I haven’t seen in a while. Highly recommend!

My daughter has had several visits so far with the Burlington/Greenwood dental location and I have nothing but great things to say. She gets so excited to go to the dentist. Staff are incredibly friendly and make her experience worth while. She gets to watch a Disney+ movie during her cleaning visit and wears some cool sunnies for the bright lights. During this pandemic they have maintained their cleanliness and have the proper technology set up in each room to help make you feel safe (high-tech air quality system). I would definitely recommend for anyone with a young child in search of a new dental office!.

Best root planing experience I’ve ever had! The use of a new, effective numbing gel completely eliminates the need for old-style, horrific needle injections!! You must try the new technology! Have NO FEAR. Great people, excellent new office, and you can even watch a movie whilst being worked on. Best dentist / dental hygienist experience ever!

I would (and will) highly recommend Greenwood dental. I have very sensitive teeth and gums and going to the dentist has always been a really painful experience. I’ve told other dentists about this before and they didn’t do anything to lessen my discomfort. Greenwood Dental was very attentive to my sensitivity and I left without pain. They are also very informative without being pushy. The office space is very new and clean and the gentleman who works the reception desk is very friendly and helpful. So was the hygienist. I will definitely be back!

I will start off by saying that I much prefer one on one care and treatment. I like things laid out for me and do not like surprises.I went to Greenwood Dental after an awful experience at a different dental practice last week. I could not believe the night and day difference and how I felt genuinely cared for here. From the check in process that took all of 5 minutes, to the exam, and then the explanations for treatment moving forward. I was beyond impressed. They really are a great group here and I will definitely be back for my future dental needs.

They do a great job explaining everything theyre doing and why. Very high tech. You can watch movies while theyre cleaning your teeth. Highly recommend

I had a routine checkup recently which had been delayed because of Covid-19 requirements. Part way through the cleaning I realized that I felt no anxiety. The staff at Greenwood dental works incredibly hard to personalize each dental visit, even going so far as to not use certain instruments that may cause pain or anxiety in patients. They offer great medical advice and consulting without making you feel as though you need x, y, and z procedures. They offer cleanings during mid-day so people with 9-5 jobs can come during their lunch breaks. Additionally, they have a tv screen with tons of movies you can watch while having procedures done. I truly felt like I was their only patient, they were so attentive. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Dr Slava at Greenwood Dental has been the best dentist I’ve had. In addition to doing an amazing job with the services I’ve had (regular cleaning, Invisalign, etc.), the office/clinic is so clean and they’re very flexible and accommodating with scheduling appointments. Highly recommend Greenwood Dental! Also they don’t try to get you to do any unnecessary treatment like other dentists. I was going to another dentist in Burlington prior to going to Greenwood Dental and they told me I needed all these treatments and spent a good amount of money which was totally unnecessary. With Greenwood Dental, you get a very personalized and pleasant experience!

The facility is super new, clean and very functional if you do get in a waiting situation. There are two partitioned work spaces in addition to the standard waiting room furniture. I like that the office is located in the 3rd Ave shopping area because there are always ample parking options. The staff is courteous and responsive via phone or through digital communication, which was a great surprise. I find that sometimes online forms are more aggravating than a hold on the phone line but at Greenwood I received a response within a day or so the first time I inquired about going in and they even offered the paperwork online so I didn’t have to spend extra time in the office filling out paperwork. My most recent visit was due to an urgent repair needed on my lingual bar and they were able to get me in the same day with no wait in the office; granted this will last as they build clientele but I love it for now... it feels VIP. The dentist is very aware of patients discomfort and skepticism. She is easy to talk to and makes you feel confident and well cared for.

I even heard my 4 year old child giggle next door..not common in a dentistry. The vibe and environment was modern and energy was great. The office manager was super cool. One of the staff chris took care of my form and help do my cleaning.
