Dental care is good but the business office can’t process the billing. Takes months to complete claims and you never get statements. Changing care.

Dr. Said and his wonderful assistant Mel treated me like the special flower I am! I had dreaded the idea of the root canal procedure and was very anxious about it. They were professional, calmed my nerves, constantly concerned and observant with my comfort. Also, they laughed at my jokes and got the Is it safe reference when I requested to be asked that often.Looking forward to receiving my crown!Dont think and just go see them for your dental needs.

Me and my fiance Saw him at his own dentistry cities dental studio. He never completed the work on my fiance (20 root canals ) which he was left to finish up the next week and put the permanent fillings in. Well due to a infection he caused and we were waiting for it to clear up he went in and gave him antibiotics and told him to come back next week. Then closed his business. Wont complete the work he started even though insurance already paid for it. PLUS he either has to have the work completed or 20 teeth pulled. PLUS THE TWO TEETH we paid for out of pocket from dr saiid, now have to be redone because they were not done correctly. Have had to have three teeth pulled myself because of 1 faulty root canal that spread. we have called him. Pleaded to have work done, but no because insurance isnt accepted even though hes already been paid for it! . Im finally dealing with the board of dentistry and a lawyer. If you could to anyone else. Do it. The new dentist we go to asked if we had our work done in the US .... that says alot. if i could give zero stars, i would. He destroyed my fiances teeth and they are in worth shape then when we started with him. and thats saying ALOT

We have been with Dr.Nimitz for over 30 years when they started at Northtown and they have been their for us when ever we needed them.

I have never been treated so rudely at a place of business. I checked in ten minutes late for an appointment and was told the doctor could not see me. I was never told of a late policy on the phone nor on their website. Instead of being apologetic and kind in telling me that the doctor could not fit me in, they were rude and short. I asked to make another appointment while there, and they said I could call in. If they could have shoved me out the door, it felt like they would have.

I find that staff at Northtown Dental to be very pleasant and courteous. I was having trouble with a tooth and they were able to get me in quickly. This is the best Dental clinic I have gone to in over 10 years.

We had another wonderful experience at northtown dental. From the front desk to the dental hygienist, they were all smiling and engaged with my kids and took excellent care of them. The hygienist used a mirror to show my oldest daughter how to properly brush her teeth so that she could see what she was actually doing with her toothbrush.

Ive been going here since I was in kindergarten, Im 37 now and still make the hour drive to see my dentist. An absolutely great, friendly, professional group of people.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Nemetz for many years and he is an amazing dentist. I don’t have issues with my teeth, but my husband previously had many poor experiences and after much pleading, finally was able to convince him to try the dentist again. What agame changer! He is no longer nervous of the dentist or what is going to happen. I would recommend Northtown Dental to everyone!!

My insurance would have covered the visit, but they denied me because they dont accept people on medical assistance. Not an ethical business practice if you ask me. One star for class discrimination.

They are incredible! Once I explained my fear of dentists etc, they made sure to explain everything in detail and really make sure I was going OK at every step. Was a late emergency appointment and Im so thankful they got me in and took such good care of me!Thank you Dr. Sorenson

Dr Nimitz is a wonderful dentist and has very reasonable fees. He and his staff are fabulous and always try to fit me in when I have an issue. I HIGHLY recommend him.

My wife recommended me to Dr. Nemetz 6 years ago and I havent looked back. When I arrived to Northtown Dental Center, funds were very tight on my end, but the pain in mymouth from my teeth couldnt wait any longer. Dr. Nemetz provided me many affordable treatment options that allowed me to get my teeth back to full functionality with zero pain. With every 6 month cleaning, we revisited my treatment plan and it was always on my terms. He kept me going, while never being pushy and when I was ready for my first crown, I couldnt believe how painless the process was and how great the outcome was! Thanks again Dr. Nemetz!

When I called in the lady that answered the phone was very short and quick to get me off the phone didn’t care at all about the pain I was in just told me to call somewhere else wouldn’t even give me the number I will not be going to this dentist ever
